I have to give an updateZack and Zach were definitely amazing. The mechanic told me I needed a whole Pull assembly. Wrong And couldn t get the part for five days. I decided to have the vehicle towed back to my mechanic 120 miles away cost$$$who fixed it for 300 bucks not a happy person.My van broke down in front of this place never been here before Zack and Zach were different counters and were incredibly kind and nice to me as a person with a disability they handled me in quite a kind of way. Unfortunately I had a seizure because of all the stress and Zach and Zack were there and helped and there was a kind lady that was a nurse that helped my girlfriend was with me and it was stressing her out. I can t tell you how much I think everybody there for everything they did to try to help me get on my way. If the owners see this, please let them know how much I appreciate their staff there they were more than kind and gentle to me. Thank you, rob

Great experience! I found a nail in my tire. Called them to see when I could get in. The guy was very nice on the phone told me to come in a couple hours. As soon as I arrived they took the car right in, found the nail, and patched it. They didn't try and push a bunch of nonsense extra suggestions on me, and they had me back on the road very quickly. Everyone who I dealt with was very nice. The work was guaranteed and the final cost was totally reasonable. Definitely will use this place again.

Had flat tire AAA changed flat to spare, called Midway and drove to their shop. Went in shop talked to manager very polite and helpful, they took my car right in to ch close to see if nail. They patched & plugged tire paid was able to get on the road next day to WV. Cannot say enough about the kindness in help we received. Thank you nail out!!

We had a long way home and had an issue with the car and drove into Midway Tire in Lewes. We couldn t have been happier with the people we met. Super nice gentleman came out right away. He recognized our son with special needs and let him stay in the car while doing all the work in the parking lot. They quickly fixed the problem then offered to fill and check all tires and sent us on our way. So very grateful for the kind, courteous and professional establishment! Highly recommend!!!

I bought a Jeep from the Ford dealer next door at 2007 initially we thought it needed an O2 sensor turned out it was a catalytic converter they didn't want to do it at the dealer so they sent it next door they had problems getting skid pans off which is normal for older Jeep took them forever they ended up cutting the bolts and no big deal but that's where it went South I got it home realized that the bolts on the flange to the headers were barely tight one was actually finger loose was leaking like a sieve the exhaust is hanging below the support for the transmission because of that they told me they didn't want to put the skid plates back one that I didn't need them but they didn't tell me it was because the exhaust was hanging too low they did not install all the hangers so the exhaust is rubbing on the support for the transmission pictures included at the end I could do better work in my garage at home then these quote unquote professionals they should stick the tires. the pic to the right shows a brown spot in the middle of the exhaust pipe that's where it's been rubbing eventually that would rub through and create another exhaust leak very dangerous

This is first time to Midway Tire. I walked in to make an appointment for an oil change. First thing i noticed is that the waiting room is filthy. Not a great impression. The guy behind the counter seemed to not want to be bothered. We made the appointment which made for the next day.I walk in promptly for my appointment. Greeted my the same gentleman. Do you have an appointment? I respond yes and handed him the key. I own a 2011 and require regular oil and not synthetic. He assured me that is what I would get.A little over an hour waiting in the filthy waiting room, my car was done. The receipt read synthetic oil. I questioned this and He assured me it is not synthetic and explained how i save money. Instead of $69.99 I was charged only $67.29. Car seems to run ok.

They are great! They helped me out while traveling from out of town after I got a nail in my tire. They were about to close but made time for me and fixed my tire quickly. Very appreciative.

I had an emergency tire problem. I came in, was seen right away, and they took care of everything. From changing my tire to the spare to collecting all warranty information. I couldn t be more grateful for the customer service and the amazing price. If I lived in the area this would be my go to place. I 100% recommend going here.

Can not say enough about this place and Zach! Drove down from Philly for a tournament and as soon as we got here got a low tire pressure that dropped to the point it would be completely flat and he found the problem fixed it right away and saved our weekend!! Thank you!!

Just got new shoes for my Tacoma! So glad the stock tires finally wore out. Midway gave me a great price and excellent service. Upgraded to Hankook AT2s! We will be back for our service needs from here out. Great staff!

May 2023 these guys really helped me out. Same day service, very personable and down to Earth. 2 other shops in the area radiated the "not my problem" attitude when I called and explained my situation. They even found a better deal on the part I needed after I asked if there was any I could pay for expedited shipping. They will work with you if they can and that is rare these days.

the start of my experience with midway tire was great i had dropped my car off with a nail in the tire, in the end they did not have a tire for my car so they told me to go to a place down the street. they acted as if they were doing me a favor for putting my spare on and showed me the tire with the nail through it. after dropping my car off at a new place that did have my size tire they called to inform me that midway tire did not put my rim back in my car. i called back to ask if they had it and they panicked and put me on hold to then tell me yes they did have my rim. i m not sure what they thought would happen but they tried to take my rim and hope that the next place would just charge me for a new one. i was able to get the rim but they definitely tried to pull one over me because i was a young girl, beware.

Nick and his crew couldn't have been better. They took me in right away, did an amazing job, and were super honest. It was the complete opposite of the experience you would have at Fort Avenue Chipotle in Baltimore. Midway Tire and Auto is the best!

$12.50 for "labor" to replace an air filter during an oil change that I am already paying $100+ for is bananas. $25 in "labor" to install the $18 dollar wiper blades during an oil changes is crazytown! Never again.

Preston you have some work to do. Dropped vehicle off, told it would be an hour to diagnose engine light, would call. No call, I called 4 hours later, said they had been busy, car was done. Went to pick up,my vehicle was just started...they were busy...hmm ok. Did not have part to fix, supplier didn't have it, they would try to source it. Weeks later I never got a call, in fact I looked up that part same day and could have had it in 2 days. Meanwhile I got my car repaired somewhere else. Zack does not care and is unprofessional. I heard him cussing while I was waiting and he seems like he's lost, not a good face to your business. Your business is old, but you can at least clean your waiting room. Never again. Don't be fooled by the high rating, that was from the old owner. Go somewhere else, you won't regret it

Gotta echo what others have said. Great service at a reasonable price. On a busy Monday morning, ready to head home, we discovered a flat tire. AAA put on the spare, but then we needed a replacement to get us all the way home. Midway could have easily turned us away (another place did), as they were very busy and the phone never stopped ringing. But instead he told us to bring it over and squeezed us into the schedule. We were done and on our way later that morning. They deserve all the great reviews.

Midway did a great job at a great price. At end of vacation, setting out on five hour drive home, I discovered a tire problem - slow leak that went flat. Midway got me on the road safely, securely, quickly - and at a great price. I went to them with that one obvious problem, they also showed me a second problem I had not seen that would have been a big headache if not fixed - especially if tire had failed on the highway. They were courteous, competent and efficient. Highly recommend them for any tire related issues.

Certainly not Chris s place! Chris sold it to Ford Jan. 1st 2023.Can not recommend and since Ford owns it, cannot recommend it either. Was told by Zac I would receive a call probably by noon when they would come and pick car up and return it when finished .waited all afternoon .no call.Chris would never have done that .if he said something would be done than it would.Will have to find another honest reliable repair shop .suggestion welcome. Sharon

New to the area and was ready to drive an hour and a half home for service. I walked into Midway and met Chris, who graciously took me and my car in. I fully expected a "no," because I didn't have an appointment and they were very busy. My car was serviced and checked over for a reasonable and fair price and it's running great! Thanks to Chris and everyone at Midway!! I will be using them for all of my vehicle needs.

This place is fantastic! The level of customer service is second to none. They had the tire selection I needed for my sedan at a cost savings over what I could find anywhere else. This was my first time here and I highly recommend Midway!

Was referred to this mechanic by a friend. Said that they did great work and didn't over charge. So far I have gone in to have my tires balanced and have a third brake light installed. All were done at a fair price and the job was done correctly.Chris is great and I appreciate his special attention to your needs even though he is clearly super busy!Service isn't amazing but it is after all a mechanic shop so it's what I expect.10/10 would go again.

They were able to get me in the same day I called. Their prices are very good and the job was done well. They did not scratch my wheels or break any studs while replacing the tires which I can't say about some of their competitors (talking about you In and Out Tire Pros). Overall, I am pleased with the job done and will use this shop in the future for tire needs.

The workers there are very attentive. I had an appraisal else where for two of my mechanical issues and it was outrageous. With that knowledge I had about how much it might cost, I asked Midway for a different appraisal. It was a lot more reasonable and they also explained as to why it'd cost as it did. Very honest and trustworthy business.

I got a flat tire on the worst possible day. Lots of plans ahead, and it was all about to get cancelled. I stopped at Midway tires, they agreed to look at it. I could not believe it, but in only about 15 minutes my tire was patched and I was good to go. Those guys are the best. Thanks for saving a day!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Today, Feb 15, 2020, I took my car to Midway Tire and Auto Care to have my flat tire replaced. They were able to see me immediately and had a tire my size and they finished within 15 minutes. Put the spare tire back underneath my car for me as well. All other repair shops nearby were closed or over-booked for the weekend. Friendly, fast and reliable service! Thanks!
