The service dept was first rate. We had to wait four months to get a part to complete a warranty repair on our truck. Burton s service dept stepped up, gave us a loaner car, and kept us informed. They were incredible!

I had the most amazing experience Dana was absolutely amazing professional kind and just a pleasure to work with. I ordered my car so he kept me updated and made my experience easy he s one in a million. Also penny in finance was also amazing in explaining everything and making it a personal experience. Steve was really great at guiding me through the Digital Torture Chamber (DTC) that our lives have become. The process has become ridiculously complicated. THEY ( They Hierarchy Enslaving You ) have someone convinced us that technology has made our lives better. It is dehumanizing us and will ultimately destroy us. I was lucky to find a salesman who still displays a great deal of humanity and consideration.I really like the car. If it proves to be reliable, you have a real winner there.

My '23 Chevy Equinox was in for routine maintenance - oil change, tire rotation, etc. On March 8. A nick in my driver's side door was also repaired and done flawlessly. Everything was done in a timely manner and I didn't have to wait that long. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

She made sure the vehicle was on site before we arrived and had all of the paperwork completed and ready to go for me to sign once I was fully sure about purchasing the vehicle. Eric Rogers was by far the best salesman I have ever worked with at any dealership. He went above and beyond to get all the work done virtually before I even came into the dealership, which I appreciated as I am a new mom. By the time I was ready to sign I was In and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Best experience and I love my new car!

We started our trip from Bethany only to have multiple warning lights, reduced power, etc.Finally got it to run without reduced power and drove it to Burton's Service Dept.Within minutes of arriving Matt had it scanned and handed me a print out.No check engine light or anything on.Drove it back to PA without a problem.Seemed to be a random system glitch but thankful for Matt's willingness to promptly check it out.Also, thank you Pam for answering the phone, fielding my questions and telling me to bring it in.You all made my day!

We stopped by just to look with no intention of buying. J.onathan was excellent at showing us the Buick Encores with our requirements in mind. I can t say enough about Dana Cera who is nothing short of amazing. He gave us just enough urging with ever being aggressive and let me take a few days to make my decision. But compared to other salespeople I spoke with, Dana was hands down the best. He is highly energetic, enthusiastic about selling cars but most importantly is about making customers happy. And today he did that for me . Going above and beyond even though I was a little high maintenance. He is a master at his craft!!!

I recently purchased a Kia Sportage online through OG Burton Lewes. Since I live on the west coast, I was unable to see the car personally, and had to trust that this dealership was reputable. The end result was very good. Getting to the end result was a bit frustrating. My car broke down on Sunday and was towed to the dealership. I called on Monday morning only to learn how busy the dealership was and they would get to my car when their schedule permits. I reached out on Wednesday afternoon and was told they would try to get to my car on Thursday. On Thursday the dealership called and said the car was repaired and ready to be picked up. From Monday morning until the call on Thursday I did not know when I would get my car back.

Although I was pleased with service there before, this time I wasn t so happyI was quoted a price to get 4 new tires on my car and agreed to set priceThe arrangement was made prior to January 31 but they couldn t fit me in till February 5I dropped the car off and was called a couple hours later that my car was finished.When I got there to pick my car, the man at desk insisted that my charge was $100 more than what I was quoted. He explained that the sale promotion had ended on January 31 even though I couldn t get my car serviced till February 5It took an unnecessary argument to persuade the lower priceThe man said that $100 should not be a problem among friendsI reminded him that I was a customer not his friend.This incident really makes me think twice before returning to your establishmentSincerely,Chantal Meyers

My experience buying a new truck at Ig Burton was great. Easy, fast, and pretty hassle free. The people were great to work with, and it was an easy decision to buy from this dealership. I highly suggest contacting Dana. He's nice, informative, very focused on a good buying experience, and easy to work with. I'll be working with him well into the future, as has my neighbor who has purchased 5+ cars from him and has always had a good experience.

Their service is fine but the reps gave me wrong information, saying my tires were good and I could go on a road trip to Florida and back (several thousand miles). I ended up stranded in Florida with a dead battery and my tires apparently at 20%! I have called several times and several people with no response. Never using their service again, and not buying from them either.

Was not expecting to find a car so quickly. The entire staff worked together as a well respected group of friends, yet comfortably professional. Gave a fantastic price for a gorgeous new car when we expected only to afford a used car. The staff at every level were phenomenal.

Avoid at all costs. On top of the expected excessive dealership fees, the service is awful. Expect every visit to come with frivolous services being recommended. Additionally they don't stand behind their work. They replaced a $3000 part on my vehicle under warranty but when their work then failed 15,000 miles later they joyfully said the car was no longer under warranty but they can replace their work if I want to pay $3000 for it.

When I had a small accident with my car, I thought that going to the dealership would be my best option for a good repair.However, I am very disappointed in IGBurton. It took almost a month to get an estimate for the work, and then they told me, it would be another week before the work could be done. In all actuality it was two weeks or more before my appointment for repair.Currently, they have had my car for three weeks. When I called them Monday, they told me. that my car was in the reassembly stage. I called again Thursday and they told me it should be done Friday or Monday!Monday will be exactly 3 weeks that they had my car when they told me it would take two weeks.They kept telling me they were waiting for parts. Why would you do an estimate weeks to a month prior to doing the work and not order the said parts? had they done this my car would ve been done a week ago.And the people that work there don t really seem to care. The woman that answers the phone gives me an attitude when I call and check on my car like I m being a problem to her. I need my car!I hope in the future they learn to order parts prior to the car coming in to the shop. I mean that s what that time is for Right?Never again.

We worked with Eric Roger s to trade in my 2019 VW Tiguan for a 2024 Buick Invista. He truly went above and beyond. We went through multiple scenarios, both leading and buying, changing the terms several times. He was so patient and accommodating. We happily ended up purchasing! He walked me through setting up OnStarcand explained how to activate/ customize other functions. He even called my car insurance company and we got the new car added no one has ever done that. I see one car online interested in buying it for the price that I see online, when I get there car was sold to someone else, but Mr. Dapias Show me Another one with 8k. 2023 Enclave ST Pre-owned very clean with camera all around nice color. I arrived at 840 AM for a tire replacement and I was out of your shop at 915 am. I also asked Shane to look for my disabilty placard which I lost recently. The technican found it when he removed the glove compartment. I was not charged for this service.Thank you Shane and the mechanic.Jim Martin
