To start, Caleb is one of the best salesman/ people I have ever worked with. He was honest, friendly, and had our best interest at heart the entire time. The car buying process is not easy especially in today s economic climate but Caleb and Marshall made sure that everything was perfect and helped us secure an even better car than we wanted at a great price! Truly a dealership with family owned vibes and make sure you are completely satisfied with everything before letting you leave! I could not recommend Caleb or Preston Ford of Rehoboth more! We recently moved here from New Jersey and are very happy to have found Preston Ford and Caleb!

This is the second car that I have purchased through Boulevard but, this was by far the best experience ever. I didn t even have to step foot inside the dealership. This entire process was flawless. Gino even had the car brought to my house for me to test drive after I got off of work. Paperwork was already done and ready to go. Oceana walked me through the cars features and even helped me set up the app on my phone for Ford. The financing process was so easy and was all done via the phone. Rose was amazing at explaining everything and I even added the 100,000 mile warranty! This is the place to go when you don t want to spend an entire day at a dealership.

I just wanted to thank Caleb at Boulevard Ford in Lewes. He made the process so easy and really and he helped me get my dream car and he didn t stop working on it untill I got my dream car so I really appreciate him! And also made sure I had the best deal. And he delivered the car to me that helped me out a lot cause I was so busy! But he made it happen I would definitely recommend Caleb as your salesman, you will not be disappointed ! I just wanted to thank Caleb at Boulevard Ford in Lewes. He made the car buying process very easy for me. This was my first big girl purchase and thought I would be at the dealership ALL day, but the whole process took me LESS than 1 hour. He made sure that everything was perfect, answered all my questions, and made sure I had the best deal. I would definitely recommend Caleb as your salesman, you will not be disappointed !

Just bought a 2023 Explorer and had an amazing experience. The process of buying a new car was quick and easy! My salesman Kris Williams went above and beyond to find the car that fit perfect for me! Being out-of-state, I was nervous! And, for what? This could not have been a better experience! Caleb Hockensmith worked with my father-in-law to find me my dream car! Just loving my Ford Edge! The whole experience from start to finish, was smooth and easy. I felt well-informed through the whole process. Caleb was very communicative and professional. They even delivered my car to me from Delaware to Pennsylvania! The delivery team was also a delight. Looking forward to many years in my new Edge! I just bought a ford f150 lariat from this location. My salesmen who was Caleb went above and beyond to make me satisfied. He didn t feel pushy like most salesmen which I really enjoyed. He was very relatable and honest about everything. If I were to purchase another truck I would definitely come back to him! Overall, his services and communication were outstanding

I have Preston for Life and I thought the next time I buy a car, I would like to buy from Preston and keep that service. Now I am disgusted with their service department. They are charging double, triple or more for services and parts. Example: $530 for spark plugs. My backup camera stopped working riight after I had service. My husband said it was probably a fuse problem. I took it in for that repair and they charged $179. $150 for lug nuts which are a $20-30 item.I won't get any other service there other than the free service and I am so angry that I don't think I will ever buy a car from this dealership again.

From the product features explanation and demo drive (sales consultant Caleb), the negotiations and the honesty of the entire Boulevard Ford Lewes staff was awesome. I will be a customer for life.

I recently purchased a new Ford f1-50 at Boulevard, in Lewes. My salesman, Montrell Gilbert went above and beyond for me. When I couldn't get there during regular business hours he stayed late to make sure we were taken care off and delivered my new vehicle the next day. He was very professional, polite, and took the time to answer all the questions I had. I highly recommend any and every one looking for a new vehicle to go see him. I can't say enough nice things about this guy. We will definitely be buying from him again. Thank you, and continue doing what you do.

Montrell Gilbert is an outstanding sales rep. He was so thorough showing me how to work my new Ford Escape. We did a test ride again showing me radio, navigation, heated seats, plus he updated my bluetooth and downloaded my phone with the app. You should be grateful for his customer skills.
