I had a great experience working with Rocky and Bryan. I had bad luck the first time I went, 2 of the cars I was looking at got sold while I was at lunch thinking about the purchase. I told Rocky my price and mileage range for him to keep an eye out for me. He called me back the next day offering me my price on a more expensive car that I had also test drive and loved but it was out of my price range.I have nothing but good things to say about this team! Thank you for making my first car purchase a great experience!!!

Had a ceramic coating put on my 2024 black z4. It looks awesome like it has a glass coating. Brian s team does excellent work and at a great price compared to others.

I recently purchased a Kia Soul and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Exceptional service, seemless transaction and above and beyond customer service. I have all my cars detailed here every year given the potential for sun and salt air damage. They do an awesome job and are very customer friendly.You can save a few bucks finding a place a few dollars less expensive but you will not find a better car detailer.

Jason from Auto Gallery recently helped me purchase my Pastor a vehicle for his 6th anniversary. We live in North Carolina and Jason was INCREDIBLE! From the first time he picked up, he was attentive, helpful, explained everything thoroughly. It was such an amazing experience. We ve been looking at vehicles for a year and every sales person treated us horribly because we were out of state. The entire time Jason treated me/us as if we were sitting at his desk. We truly appreciate his phenomenal customer experience. It was a one of a kind experience. I HIGHLY encourage to purchase from Auto Gallery. Rocky was also super helpful! I would put negative stars if I could, worst experience ever.. I bought a 2010 F150 it started smoking the day I bought it and has had problems ever since! When I call they tell me I have to speak to the owner who conveniently is either on vacation or out to lunch. Never received callbacks about fixing the truck and when I went down there they said they would order the part then tell me the part came in and then when it's time to make an appointment for repairs stall and gave me the run around and then explained I would have to talk to the owner who once again I could never contact. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM! I'm almost positive from talking to people in Dover about similar experiences and reading REAL reviews that this is exactly why they moved their business out of Dover. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

Alongside of his team of excellent associates, he sells high quality vehicles to a wide variety of buyers, from first-timers to veterans on the lot.Brian walked me through the process of purchasing my 2008 Jeep Liberty with professionalism and charisma. I have never felt this level of care at another dealership. He has honored every bit of the warranty that I purchased, helped me find the exact vehicle I was searching for, and proved to be a good connection to have in the Lewes/Rehoboth Beach area. This place is the most honest and beat place to buy a car firm. These people know what they are doing and treat you with great respect and tell you the positive and negatives of each purchase.My recommendation is Rocky. This guys has been in the car sales business for 20years he knows everything.I bot my first car form here and would definitely buy my second form here

I had heard all around this beach community how great it is to purchase a car here. I can validate that here. I did go to other dealerships to test drive a car or two. Researched the kind of car I wanted and looked online a many dealerships from Salisbury to Dover..and came back to Auto Gallery again and the price and quality were hands down best here. I had a few follow up things to discuss with him and he was eager and quick to deal with it.

Just purchased our second used vehicle from autogallery yesterday. Brian and his staff are always very courteous informative, and they will do whatever they can to get you in a ride that not only suits your needs but also your budget. Twice, my wife and I have gone in telling our exact needs and both times we left happy, and had a great low milage used vehicle. Absolutely the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. I recommend to everyone. Even if you can't find what you're looking for, you will still be glad you came.

Incredible detail job and service! My car s interior was simply a disaster - my 3 year old had done a number on the backseat with chocolate milk stains on the seats, goldfish and animal crackers crushed into the carpets and just an overall mess. The Auto Gallery crew got it completely spotless and looking brand new! They also fixed the latch of the trunk that was broken and washed the exterior for me. So pleased with both the job they did and the level of superior service they offered. Will definitely be back!

Driving around i ended up here at auto gallery and noticed a few cars i was interested in, saw one that i couldn t pass up on, Amy and Jason did an outstanding job helping me with everything i needed To buy my first car as well as going out of their way to help more than they really needed to! The owners and people who work there are AMAZING,It feels like family .I have never had such peace of mind purchasing my NEW USED NISSAN ARMADA .PLEASE IF YOU EVER NEED A VECHICAL STOP IN THERE ,YOU WILL BE AMAZED AT WHAT THEY DO FOR YOU. Tell a friend,They went far and beyond to give what I needed. I Am so happy that I did.Love those guys.

He owes the customer the whole truth when selling used, and is NOT ACCREDITED with BBB. Two lessons learned here- Cant judge a "book" (car ) by the cover & most importantly - never accept AUTO CHECK ( he supplies) as most comprehensive car fact report !!They supply it ONLY because it's FREE- but it does NOT tell the whole story. ALWAYS get the REAL CARFAX. Sold me a beautiful convertible with a roof that turned out to be Dry-Rotted. It leaked in 1 week ( he offered silicone) & ripped after 6 weeks- he said well , ( "AS IS" ). Then next month- ( After I pay for a new top ) the convertible top MOTOR stops working while standing straight up in the air. PART TO REPLACE TOP MOTOR IS OBSOLETE. No wonder most everything on the lot is AS-IS. I feel they owe the customer a full disclosure of ( WHY ) it is being sold "AS IS". I learned later from ( paying for ) CarFax myself- there was also an Active RECALL ON BRAKES (claimed he didn't know) Additionally I learned that all issues are flagged to dealers at car auctions- ( I confirmed this with Manheim) prior to thier acquisition purchase. When I complained- HE THREATENED ME IN PERSON AT MY WORK. I took the loss & traded elsewhere for a 2017 Jeep. Trust ?? -What a nightmare- He turned everything around as if he was unaware & was totally clean & straight up. Hecksher owes it to prospective customers to disclose active safefy recalls rather than pretend he does not know of them. It's called being HONEST- What a joke. He should just stick to selling to ( his group ) of "FRIENDS". '.

Bought a 2007 trailblazer on the 19th of Feb have nothing but issues with powertrain module and evap and gas cap leak 3 replaced thus far still check engine lights the owner CW does not return calls and is very RUDE i call to talk to him everyone says he is not here i go bye to see him as well nothing for weeks till today now again not a phone call they still have my car and here i sit with a new used car first payment due on friday and NO CAR ALL CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS......UMMMMM WELL time to call some agencies and make a complaint.I will keep posting until i get resolve.Buyer beware.Bad bussinessl do not but from this place AUTO GALLERY lewes.......They are not doing honest bussiness.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Terrible experience. Absolute definition of typical lying salesmen. They tell you whatever you want to hear and as soon as you give them a check they stop caring and NEVER keep to their word. I've never been so annoyed and frustrated dealing with people in my life. Problems one after the other. The sign on their door says "Come as a stranger, leave as a friend", what a joke.

I made the mistake of purchasing a Lexus sight unseen from Virginia as I trusted the owner. I was told there was a ping at the right headlamp and after a few months a car dealer placed it on a rack and discovered it was in an accident thus causing the headlamp washer to not work as it was capedMy mistake but you should be cautious and have your purchase really checked out as they won t stand by the sale
