My car was broken down beyond justifying repair with the miles on it a friend recommended West Side to scrap it. I thought I would have to pay to have this done, but these folks paid me!Tim was so nice on the phone and in person. Very friendly and pleasant. He came to my house, paid me, and took my car. Couldn t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend!! Thanks again, Tim!!

I stopped in on today, 9-7-21. It looks like a very nice facility, but they didn't have a part for my 2014 Escape. I needed something as simple as a brake pedal pad. The last time that I visited this establishment was in 2017.

I give them 5 stars! I fully recommend west side!! Great place to get parts, They are very professional and courteous, trustworthy and honest!! We buy parts from them all the time and never had a problem!!

Owner stands behind his merchandise. Fully backs his warranties, and provides great timely service. Professional mechanics, this is the place to get what you are looking for. I highly recommend Westside. Fast delivery and electronic payment options. They deliver to the western shore as well, so a large delivery radius covering the Washington DC and Baltimore regions, plus more locations in the mid Atlantic.

I don t know much about car repairs, more or less how to find parts. I had heard of West Side several times and decided to call. Wow! So glad I did! They had everything I needed and the entire process was so easy and painless! Yes painless! Quick reply and quick to have parts ready! I will go here first! I am happy to leave this 5 star review because it is well deserved!

I chose west side auto parts to get a tail light for my Ford Explorer because they were the only place that had what I needed. When I got there they asked me the type of light I had and to be honest I had no idea there was multiple light models so the guy came out took my light off and matched it up to a tail light they had there and then he put the new light on for me. I will definitely go back and I recommend west side auto parts for any auto part need.

Single father. Was trying to locate some parts for one of my cars. No where does it state that children under 18 are not permitted. Until your ready to walk in the gate. I was simple going to turn around but the nice gentleman behind the counter said he would keep them occupied for me while I was trying to locate this part.Now I understand your conducting business and need some sort of quiet and peace to work. But upon me returning because another customer said they were looking for me in the office the female was rude to me about my children. There no need in calling my children obnoxious or annoying. You could of simply stated they are acting out of line and I would of corrected that but for you to be rude and call them that means you have absolutely zero respect for your customers.Then to the younger gentleman. Who tried to belittle me as a father. Stating I would more than likely have my kids in danger if I took them in the yard. Let me correct you because they wouldn t get a little out of hand with me in vicinity of them they wouldn t of got hurt because I would of had more of an eye on them in the yard then I could ever have with them sitting in a office

Very cooperative, thankful they were able to get the part I needed. In record time things were done, I'm very grateful for that. One last thing, the staff were very courteous and respectful. I will gladly refer my friends to West Side.

Drove all the way from Philly for a few parts I called about and was told by the gentleman I spoke to on the phone that the pick lot was open when I got there it wasn't.

Get to know Hunter. He's a very helpful person and will look forward to working with him in future. We drove from Maryland and found our part for the Dodge Challenger ready and being stored in a clean area. It was in great shape.

Absolutely the best parts yard on the eastern shore. Amazing selection unbeatable prices great staff I literally have nothing bad to say. The yard is clean and neat the grounds are maintained the inventory rotates literally the best yard around.

Needed a headlight and fender, they said i cant see the parts before i purchase them, i cant pull them myself , and i wont get a refund if they are damaged..Tim literally said i will lose my money. sounds like a scam to me, why wouldn't i be able to see what im spending nearly $500 on, stay away from these boneheads

Their online inventory matched what they had on their lot. I had them get a transfer case adapter off of a WJ Grand Cherokee for me. They had it off the next day and called me when it was ready. I will be back. Thanks guys.

Would of have 5 stars , but the very first visit I got a non working part, which I should have known because of the condition of it, but I thought all parts was tested, I did get the right part 30 miles later, but what can I say!

Best help from employees. All were courteous and offered tips advice on how to pull parts. Even provided cold bottled water on hot day. I was given a general layout of vehicles and pointed in direction where I would find vehicles I was looking for. I walked property first looking to determine which vehicles had best parts, then equipment operator retrieved my vehicles and set them up on concrete near buildings. Great prices on parts saved several hundred dollars over online discount website. Tires were 90% tread. Brakes pads 90% rotors all good.Over all very satisfied. Team was above and beyond. I wanted to leave a 2nd 5 star rating. But could only edit current reviewI went back a second day. And pulled parts from a Kia Sportage. Again 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Westside Auto in Laurel, Delaware. Team all around top notch. Great owner. They gave me a fair discount on 2 vehicles I pulled parts for. I would definitely go back to get more parts, when in Sussex county.

Bought a motor from them it worked, and for that, I am grateful the prices are ridiculous. Mileage on the motor was way too high for the price, yet they were cheaper than any other place

Drove to Delaware from Baltimore to get truck part that I ordered over the phone. "Danielle" said confirmed they had the part/ and had it delivered up to the front office in good shape!!!. Arrived the next day at shop to find out they didn't have the part I ordered. Tried to give me an incorrect part to cover up their deception. Making different excuses, why they didn't have the part that they said they had. No regards to the inconvenience of the customer. Their intentions were to give me any kind of tank. Would not recommend this shop AT ALL!!!

These people lie, was making arrangements to pick up a truck right after getting home from deployment. asked them if they would hold it for me till i got back. which was imperative because if I ordered a bus ticket out there from BWI and the truck was gone I would have been stranded as I live in norfolk. But of course he promised me he wouldn't sell it to anyone but me.But of course with the risk of being stranded I had my buddy email him and attempt to buy the truck. of course he entertained the sale and told my buddy to come by and get the truck.If he had came out and said "no I can't hold the truck for you" I would have understood. but to lie and put me in a position to get stranded right after coming home from a deployment is pretty sad.On top of it all, pretty obvious a lot of their 5 star reviews are fake
