Got my car from here just over a year ago. It's still going really well. Payments were low and manageable. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Would definitely get another car here.

I bought a GMC Envoy from them back in October. Here it is 10 months later and we still don't have any issues it ! I really appreciate the staff here, when it came time to my taxes and tags due date I ran into some financial problems and they let me do a payment arrangement so that they could be paid for. Everyone is very friendly. I would definitely be a repeat customer if they have another vehicle to my liking!

around 2010 I got a little chevy aveo from them. It was the right size and price for me and my 1 son at the time. That thing got me from A to Z and later on when I brought a new car I gave it to my mother and she was able to drive it until last year when she decided to buy another car for herself. In may of this year I decided it was time to get another car this time a SUV because I was having another baby in june. We settled on a chevy equinox we paid cash for it no payments and it drives great and passed Maryland inspection on the 1st try and we have had no problems with it. I am a repeat customer and I can honestly say I have had an amazing experience with this company and will have no problems buying another car from them when the time comes again. Thank you for your great customer service

I haven t done business with this company before so I can t give a review on their work. I am looking for a car, I did stop in and ask about the 2005 Honda Element. That s like my first dream car and I finally found one in red that seems affordable. It would be awesome if they had a contact email available on their site because me personally I hate phone calls.

Update: I went and got my suv 2005 ford escape. I love it. Never have had any issues with it. Iove the staff like family. When asked do I know a good used car place I always say auto depot. this place I've gotten 2 cars from them so far and now plan on trading my Nissan Altima in for a 4x4. They are my go to place when I'm looking for a vehicle.

I came to them to get a vehicle and I thought at first oh this is good your only paying on the principle. Then when they came and took the vehicle because I couldn t get the car registered in time (which I take blame for ) I was told to pay $1200 directly to them . GREAT!!! So when I called to say I would be there that week the secretary was very rude and nasty and told me the owner said because he received a letter stating I filed bankruptcy he will not do business with me and if I still wanted the car I would have to pay out right. This was upsetting I have a child who is in a wheel chair we need to get around and all the money out into the vehicle who has money to waste like that mind you the car failed inspection so I had to pay them a portion to get that fixed to take it back to get re-inspected this was in the same week they took it. I even had my lawyer call them and she let them know my filling has nothing to do with them as I want the vehicle so they were not added as a source of Dept. Even with that they still did not allow me to get the vehicle back. When I got the car the first day it wouldn t start because the battery was bad . Which they ended up needing to replace that. They know I live in MD so it wasn t easy to keep the back and forth . This was my experience with this place and the secretary cusses at the customers over the phone I ve witnessed that very unprofessional. Since I couldn t add another response I guess I will add to this one . Look how quickly the owner responded and prior to me writing my review I read the review of others and noticed he has a pattern to respond back to the negative reviews . Rarely do you see him respond to the positive . You guys can see what he states in his response as the tags and reg go is what I stated and the amount I was charged to get the vehicle back . What he can t answer is what that has to do with my filing bankruptcy. If he has an educated background on the matter then he would know this goes for debt you have . They were not debt I occurred. When you prepare your papers for your trusty , they ask for all your bank statements income they need to know how if your renting . By law all letters must be sent out to all parties . As you can see this was not a dept included as I had interest on keeping the vehicle and told them I was coming down with the $1200 . I was denied the ability to do this by the owner because of the letter. Ask yourself this who in their right mind would waste all that money . I put a deposit of $1500 paid $120 bi/weekly and then $140 due to issues with the vehicle where it did not pass inspection as stated earlier . Why would I waste all that money . He had his secretary Nancy tell me and yes she was rude and did cuss he was not next to her at the time of this call . I have nothing to lie about these are all true events I faced with this company and as I stated now am out of a vehicle and transportation for my child who is in a wheelchair which we just got a transport chair for him to fit within the vehicle. I do have the email that the law office did contact them and left a message explaining my case in hopes he would give the vehicle back and allow me to pay the $1200 which was the repo fee along with the charges for tax and regs . So again people pay attention to the reply and then to say that your empathetic. Please do not chastised me . That s a lot of money for someone to put into a vehicle and mind you this was only a 2005 . Signing off a ripped off customer. I was told by Nancy that because he s the owner he can do whatever he wants . So it goes to show the choice was in his hands I can see if I was unable to pay the fees or what not but that was not the case HE Decided to not allow me to obtain the vehicle back . His decision was MADE. It was unjust and not fair. Period

STAY AWAY! Purchased a $5500.00 Vehicle with anticipated items to be addressed prior to passing MD Inspection, but within 200 miles of shuttling to various repair shops, the transmission failed and determined not repairable by transmission specialist in Salisbury, MD. I requested a discussion with the business owner [Steve] to try to work out another arrangement for transportation with some compensation and/or compassion for the costly and unfortunate total loss of our purchase. . . . the owner ignored two requests for some type of reconciliation. Based on this experience and similar testimonies [reviews], I will continue to discourage any prospective buyers from going near this cesspool of junk and double-talk. BEWARE! This business has a sister site close by.

This is the WORST place to buy a car! We bought a vehicle didn't even drive for 25 miles and the gas tank busted, didn't even give us a car to use while ours was being fixed, then finally get it back didn't even have a week and there worried about there $590 tax and tags, when they won't fix the rest of there junk! YOU ALL RECEIVED YOUR $$ SO DO YOUR JOB!!

Bought an engine from these cats, couldn't get compression on any cylinder. When I complained, they just shrugged. A one star rating is too much but I can't get any lower, unlike these guys. They may not go out of business, but I'll never drop a penny anywhere near them.

I am looking for a great buy here pay here that takes trade-ins... No i haven't did any business with Auto Depot but ive heard a few great things about this dealership... So until i go in their and see for myself then i will not say anything (explicit, bash, bad mouth, tarnish nor speak anything negatively period) about Auto Depot...

Omg the worst place to buy a car .the staff is rude especially the old lady. I bought a car the door fell down the clutch went up the inside of the door was peeling off and I only had it for a month.they weren't even willing to fix it for free.they got there piece of junk back I now have a 2004 Kia Sorento from the used car store much better people and better cars

I recently put 2,000 down on a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee with this dealership and after 2.5 weeks of having this vehicle the engine starts knocking granted I put abt 3-4 thousand miles on it but that how I make my living driving to take care of my 1 year old and wife they refused to help in any sort of way to fix the issue only come up with different reasons my car is having problem it went from a bad intake manifold to being a bad motor which is abt 1,500+ dollars plus labor I would not recommend anyone get a vehicle here especially an older one!!

All they want is your $$$. Both cars they we got from the were both junk! Transmission problems on both vehicles. I would not send anyone to them!
