Amazing customer service!! They have towed my Jeep and my Focus and were very professional about it and took care of the vehicles with caution. Even put my car on my lift at my house without even asking them.

Harry could not have been nicer. After another towing company cancelled my request, Roadside Assist lined up Wicked Wrenches. They were here quickly, listened to me vent about my 2 year old car not starting, and I rode with him to the dealership. He suggested car rentals in Salisbury and even dropped me off there. He was pleasant company, and a really nice person. I would definitely recommend Wicked Wrenches.

Buddy of mine used this shop to have a known good motor swapped into his mx5 Miata, after about a month of it being there they told him "they could not get it running, come pick up your car and pay your bill."A week passes of my buddy and shop owner going back and forth about him paying for the labor time after book time was already passed, the owner then calls back after the back and forth "I think I can get it running, i think the motor is out of time" mind you the motor ran the day it was pulled and nothing was removed from the motor other than the exhaust. Fast forward again another week of them not getting the car running and my buddy telling them to double check the fuel system bc it ran perfectly fine before it was removed from the old car. Low and behold a month and a half later and they return the car in much worse conditon then it was dropped off, tons of little pieces broken (connectors, plastic panels etc) and still was charged $1900 bucks...do not trust these guys with any of your needs other than an oil change.

I was in a emergency situation in which I was stranded. I was out of state. I needed help and the coolest 6500 flat bed came and assisted. I do not remember the tech but he was awesome and so cool. I really appreciate that in time of need that such a kind employee came to help. The best part was that we had a great chat and it turns out that we both are proud owners of multiple bird species.

Rob and Nate took really good care of towing my motorcycle to my mechanic. Rob tied it down really well where it didn't move as they were towing it. They were very professional and friendly. The only issue I had was the long wait. Otherwise, great job guys.

These folks are cons gave me an appointment to take my vehicle in on a Monday to diagnose problem was told by a friend sounded like timing chain.well after 2.5 weeks and. Many phone calls was told by lady Michelle yes it was timing..had to keep calling to find out when it would be done only to be told they hadn't gotten to it yet.had my vehicle 6 weeks nothing done but cover removed from timing chain then was told it needed a motor.how can you say it needs a motor when you didn't even do anything but remove cover from timing chain.had it towed to another place found out no motor needed.they replaced timing chain did tune up oil change and pressure tested it.no oil leaks found. pulled cams and no bent values or pistons.i got ripped off for the 90.00 diagnostic fee..and they never returned covcer from timing chain which I had to purchse not even the bolts.instead my husband was handed a bucket of bolts and spare parts. By the owner and told he could look in it for what he needed.very unprofessional people.had mydaughter vehiclethere last year. Same shoddy service wanted to give benefit of the doubt when I was told by a mechanic who worked there that they were now associated with another repair shop in Harrington which I come to realize was a lie..oh and at the second shop I took it. To only cost 500.00 plus the parts...they should close their doors I have reported them to better business bureau also..BEWARe Of THEM

Their friendly and professional. The service was excellent and the mechanic worked with me told the detail of what was going on and told me what's wrong and why. He fixed my chevy and now thrres no more check engine light on. Thanks so much Wicked Wrenches for saving my wheels.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! My son took his car for a alternator, and then he needed brakes rotors and calipers. They quoted him a price and never kept him updated about the work. They said he needed a new battery but come to find out, they installed the wrong alternator. They called and said it was finished and it was $500 more than the quoted price!!!!! This place is terrible, if you want your car fixed at the price they quote you, don t go hereServices: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

After having my vehicle for 29 days for and alignment, cam and crank shaft sensor s, timing chain they lost my keys for 4 days, then attempting to pick it up because it was completed, again misplacing my keys. It was in towed to me at 10 PM with the same check engine codes on it that I came in with. Claiming the sensors were faulty they change those out and told me my car was ready we can a half later, I picked up my vehicle with now, for a check engine codes on and the original code still there I parked my car in my driveway I came outside Approximately an hour later with oil leaking completely down my driveway. My car is now at the dealership getting a replacement motor put in due to lack of professionalism, knowledge they put my timing chain in incorrectly and managed to blow my motor.

They did a fantastic job plugging my tire. It was auto brand new when I ran over a screw. To this day, three months later, it still stays pumped up. Great job fellows.

This place is horrible! They lie and cheat people including their employees. If you read some past reviews you ll see that they try to avoid paying their employees. This is still the case and the owner thinks it s okay to threaten people. They should not be in business.

I sent my techs to them in December 2020. They were slow to pay them. I pulled them out 2 weeks ago and a couple techs still have not received compensation for work done.

Towing. Had two apt and never showed up. AAA Had to have another company send a truck. Called Wicked and they said there truck blew a tire. Yah right. Lie thru their noises. Blew tire. Bull stuff.

My roadside assistance set up the tow for me. Everyone either I or my family interacted with was polite, courtesy, knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!

Over 4 hours for a lock out then they show up and didn't even have a lockout kit.
