I used to buy all my auto parts here. Then I went in one day with a UPS package return because they are supposed to take UPS package returns. The elderly gentleman behind the counter gave me a hard time saying something to the fact he hates taking these returns. Very very rude. Mind you I was the only one in the store. I never go there anymore and give Napa all my business. They are pleasant over there.

These guys are cool, they usually have what you need. If it's in Stock on the website they'll have it, if you need to order something they have you covered.Multiple items ordered online aren't pulled ahead of time tho so they will get everything when you get there, so you don't have to worry about waiting the 30 minutes or for a email.

The staff was friendly and helpful at local store. They didn't have my part but a nearby store did. I went to the other store and they had an empty part bag on the shelf and I would have to go to another store 20 miles away to get the part I need. Decided to just go home and order from online. Not very happy. Staff had little motivation.

I am very pleased with the quality of customer service which I received from "Curtis" when I visited the Advance Auto store in Harrington Delaware on Saturday, 9/17/2022. Due to the fact that my Diehard battery (purchased September of 2021) was still under a 2-year warranty I was eligible for a replacement. The staff (Curtis, Warren and Jacob) at the Harrington store location are top notch professionals. Awesome.

The guy at the counter could not even put my phone number in right like 6 trys latter he finally got it lol but I had to show him where the part I was looking for was because he told me they did not have it and tried to sell me a way more expensive part I walked over and was like it's right here for 6 dollars instead of the 50 dollar part your trying to sell me dude he was like oh my bad smh...... so always look before buying

Worse customer service I ve ever seen. I was put on hold, which I had time to drive to the store (15minutes). When I arrived the guy was sitting there doing nothing. I guess he was enjoying his memorial weekend on the clock.

Not impressed with the store or employees. The store is very small and had empty shelves and product without pricing. Won't sell stuff if customer does not know what you are charging for it. jsThe cashier was friendly and pleasant but other workers were not as customer friendly or helpful.

Went into the store in Harrington and asked for help for my 2015 Toyota Sienna reverse lightbulb. And they gave me the lightbulb #7443 ended up didn t fit. I tried to return the product next day and it was different guy at register he refused the refund just because I opened the lightbulb pack. Little upset with their return policy.

They were extremely helpful. I went in for a light and when I went back out my truck was dead. And one of the employees went out in the cold and tightened up my battery connectors. I highly recommend this business. Very nice down-to-earth people and helpful. Thank you guys!

Zero stars. Sold me the wrong cca battery. When I went to return it I was told the cables were hooked up so can t return it, it s my problem. Thank God there is a Napa 2 blocks away with knowledgeable people. I will never go to an Advance auto again.

The guys at this Advance went above and beyond to help us. We were trying to get home from my brother's wedding in Chincoteague VA and had hoped to avoid the bay bridge maybe being closed only to run into the worst flash flooding I've dealt with in 30yrs. We didn't know our serpentine belt had snapped from splash back and drove for over an hour as our battery slowly drained. I saw them and went there. Our battery died right as we bought a new belt, they helped jump our car and helped us find a mechanic still open on a Sat evening. These guys were truly awesome!

The manager had no interest in helping me find transmission fluid for a piece of equipment. Even though the bottles say what it goes to right on the back.

Quality parts with great hours. Best place for them nights when other part stores are closed and you have to grab that one thing to finish that repair you have to complete for you can keep moving down the road in life

went in for wiper blades, not sure of size, found a electronic board to determine size. they only had 1 in stock. 3 people behind counter, no one spoke to us. ended up leaving as my jeep needs 2 wipers
