I guess I'll add my bad review to the many others. Like others have said, I wish I had read the reviews first. The owner of M&S was adamant about how good of a truck this was and if I wasn't willing to pay full price, I could go look for another truck, as this was was a very good truck. The next weekend I took in to WV. In the mountains it could hardly get out of it's own way. Then the engine light came on. Best of all, I got a Salvage/ Reconstruction title in the mail when I got back. I was suppose to be informed it had a salvage title. That must have been the paper they said they made a mistake on and had me sign in two places. Just like manay other used car salesmen. They lie everytime their mouth opens. When I stopped back and told them I wasn't aware it would have a salvage title on it. His son said it was worth what I paid for it. These are some dirty people. What a shame they continue to cheat people. You think the State Attorneys Office would get involved. Buyers Beware !!!!!

Read the other reviews as I see I should have before buying the truck! I was told there was nothing wrong with this truck but after finding problems with it I called him TWICE and all he did was explain that the truck runs fine and he wasn't going to do anything for me because it runs fine. This is only after having the truck less than a week and had a 60 days warranty on it. I have the recording of the phone call. He hung up on me twice also! So all the problems: 1. He had me pay him a cashiers check but said to make it out to him and not his business and he would give me a better deal. The power steering pump went bad on the truck, the computer went bad, and there were TONS of error codes listed from a shop doing a diag. on it. It also had among the codes that it didn't recognize the Vin number among things. So far i have spent over $3,000 on the truck!! NOONE buy from here!!! I WILL BE FOLLOWING up with B.B.B and possible LEGAL ACTION !

Glad I read these reviews before I went forward with purchasing a vehicle I was interested in. While looking at the vehicle, I specifically asked for the vehicles history. They failed to mentioned the truck had been salvaged. After I read these reviews, I asked them for the VIN. A quick Google search led to the original auction site which had pics from when the truck was totaled. Complete Scam!!!!!

CUSTOMER/BUYER BEWARE VERY SHADY BUSINESS THAT MISLEAD THEIR CUSTOMERSI recently purchased a car after being misled by M & S auto sales in Georgetown. I saw a post on facebook marketplace for a 2015 Chevy Cruz with only 40k miles on it for $8,000. I went over there and looked at the car and was told that there was nothing wrong with it and that it had some mud and grass underneath the vehicle but other than that there's nothing wrong with it. The dealer said he didn't know anything about carfax and that he gave all the paperwork to the DMV earlier that day. My husband asked me to give him the VIN so he could try to find out more about it so the dealer wrote down the wrong VIN on a post-it note. Based on that VIN my husband told me that it was just a rental vehicle and that there was nothing indicating any issues. I purchased the vehicle and drove it home. When my husband went to place insurance on it shortly afterwards the system (he works for State Farm) stated that the VIN number didn't match the vehicle. He called me and asked to take a pic of the VIN located on the dashboard. He entered that number and it went through. He then used it to look up the history and found out that Nationwide listed it as a total loss in November. The dealer also listed the selling price as $6,000 but I paid $8,100. He said it was never in an accident yet the DMV listed the last sale of the vehicle by auto salvage auction to M & S auto sales. My husband and I went to return it the next day (12/22/17) and was told no returns were accepted. When I mentioned the issue of the VIN and sale price and he said he would refund 6,000 if we took it to the DMV and had it registered. I told him I wanted the 8,100 and he said he would refund it if I had it registered first (which makes absolutely no sense). My husband called the dealer about a dozen times since the purchase and has been given the runaround every time. That is if he didn't just hang up on him within the first ten seconds.

I had been attempting to get some body work done from here for months, and every time I called I was given the same response- I will call you back later, but I never got a returned call. The last time I called them, I said I was calling to see when I could get the work done, but I was rudely interrupted and was given the same response and hung up on. I will never return here and I hope no one else does either.
