Excellent and friendly staff. Easy to make an appointment. Service is exceptional. J&J Autoglass and Mechanics should be your number one place for your car needs, especially replacing windshields. Highly recommend.

Great experience 10/10. When I first called the girl who works at the front was very friendly and got me in so quick! The owner was a very nice gentleman who took the time to answer all my questions and went so far as to take pictures of my car to explain something to me. It also did not take long at all. Me and my fiance brought our vehicle to the shop to fix our windshield and they did a wonderful job. I would suggest everyone or anyone to this shop to get anything done they need to their vehicle. We did not wait that long either. The employees are very nice and friendly. And they also have reasonable prices. They also fixed something that wasn't the plm and didn't charge.Service: Installation

Problem occurred with another glass company and called J&J and windshield was in stock & they got my son & I in right away..so pleased! Explained everything to us and got us out so quickly. Would highly recommend..friendly, prompt, professional & reasonable!

Had my driver's door window replaced this morning. Unfortunately a rock busted out my window when mowing my lawn. I called them yesterday and they got me in first thing this morning!The owner did a great job and has a great personality! The rest of the staff were great as well! Also had the best price I could find around! They will definitely getting more of my business when needed. I went to J&J Autoglass & mechanic on August 14th , I got my windshield done & they did absolutely amazing ! Wait time was about an Hour . If I could give 10 stars I would ! Coming from Dover this place had the best reviews, I'm glad I took the drive because it was worth it. I will definitely be going back for more repairs to my car when needed .Service: Auto windshield replacement

Called on Wednesday, got an appointment for the next day....windshield replaced in less time than I expected [under 90 minutes]....Excellent service , excellent pricing and excellent people , as a bonus. I would give J&J a six star rating , if possible !

I can say that I am very pleased with their professionalism and work. When I brought my 2020 mustang to get the windshield replaced, they informed me through the physical inspection that they made, that there was a dent on the front bumper that I didn t even know was there! I appreciate that very much as now I have more knowledge of my vehicle. I see that they take pride in what they do and I will be referring my friends their way.Service: Auto glass replacement

I've used J&J twice in the past 2-3 months on different vehicles. They are thorough, fair, safe, respectful, communicate well, and do an incredible job. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I'm a senior citizen and have a 2012 Ford Explorer which developed a leak into the passenger compartment. I contacted a major auto glass company who told me they only replace windshields and not fix leaks. Found another company on line and left a message but they never called me back. Then I found JJ Autoglass and called and told them my problem. Stopped by that afternoon and it wasn't the windshield at all but a clogged drain in the sunroof. JJ diagnosed and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. He didn't charge me a penny. You just don't get service like that these days. Maybe that's why he has 5 stars across the board. I had an excellent experience with this company especially the owner JJThey talked to me asking if I had any questions or concerns- like I wanted to keep if possible several stickers that were on the windshieldHe then showed me under the hood what items were to be removed prior to removing and installing the windshieldHe noticed and brought to my attention a few items that were not properly installed and a missing a clipBottom line the installation was complete in a reasonable amount of time , windshield was super clear and those items he brought to my attention were taken care of including blowing out all the leaves and debris that had accumulated under the moulding under the hood - no extra charge for a complete job well done!Definitely would go back to JJ for any vehicle glass needing repairService: Auto windshield replacement

I called these guys on Wednesday and by Friday morning I had a new window regulator put in. They were very professional and polite. Super fast and efficient. Anymore glass work I need and I'm going back to them. Highly recommend. Go to them, You won't be disappointed. These guys are just awesome, went back again for more work and once again the work was awesome and very quick. Delaware's #1 small business in my opinion.Service: Auto power window repair

This is a great business with very reasonable prices very friendly staff and owner. Best service I have ever had! Quoted me significantly less than all other competitors around. They had my car in the next morning and fixed within an hour. The owner is professional, caring and knows what he is doing. This place is great! Gave me a deal on my windshield wipers and helped me out with my broken windshield that i needed fixed. They fixed it in a matter of hours and next day service when I needed!

Exceptional five star service!!! I had a cracked windshield replaced by "J" yesterday and every aspect of this transaction was professional and courteous. I got an appointment easily. I knew up front what to expect with regards to price and installation. They were on time, fixed my wipers (no charge), and were able to transfer my inspection and registration stickers from the old windshield to the new (saving me a trip to DMV). They tightened a loose rearview mirror (no charge) that several trips to the car dealer couldn't accomplish. If only more businesses were run like J&J autoglass....Without reservation, I highly recommend this business for windshield replacement!!Services: Installation, Wiper blade installation

I called all around the county looking for the best price to replace my front windshield. JJ's gave me the best price to remove my window and install a new one. (hundreds less than safelite!!!!) I'm beyond happy with the service they provided! & Great owners!

This place is awesome!! I needed my windshield replaced due to leaks a huge crack etc. The previous owner installed it wrong!! They figured it out and it looks perfect!! Friendly staff..honest and helpful!! Recommending to everyone

I failed my DMV inspection because of a cracked windshield. I called J&Heal at 2pm they were able to get me a new one the next morning. They came in early to squeeze me in. I was able to go straight back to DMV and pass my inspection! Thank you again!! You guys are awesome!
