Had a good experience with Kevin. He was very helpful and let us take the car for the day to get MD inspected. Got a good price on a 2009 Honda Odyssey with 171k miles and one owner. Had the car we wanted at the right price. Would do business with again.

Dont waste your time, drove over an hour to look at truck they said they would have, got there and it wasn't on the lot. Test drive another truck and while test driving the abs lights and break light came on and the engine temp went up. Doesn't even deserve a star. I now see,the truck is back on the lot advertised as a Chevy Silverado 2006. The original price was $6995. I now see this same vehicle back on the lot after we waited for it for 4 weeks. The price is now $7999. Do not waste your time and money.

Bought a 2007 Pacifica the first part of October 2015, knew we would have to replace the brakes. Ended up having to replace the brakes, rotors, struts, ball joints, control arms, axles, hub bearings and transfer case. Paid $4500 for a car with a blue book of $7,000. Have put over $4,000 in parts alone. If my husband had not been able to do all the work himself, we would have had at least $8,000 worth of repairs.Went back to Georgetown Auto Sales and was told, "I drove it, seemed ok to me. Sorry about that". Never offered to try and work something out, when asked just kept saying "sorry'. We didn't have the car on the road 7 days. As it is, we have had it 3 months and it has not been on the road but 10 days out of those 3 months.I would warn everyone to stay away and NEVER under any circumstances buy from Georgetown Auto Sales.

Went to go see a truck over there,and spotted the owner Owner sends an older guy,pretty cool,down to Earth too.Just felt like when it coulda been time to get the car tested,owner seemed dismissive to us about a used car.Felt condescending as a potential customer.So we moved on and just had a decent conversation with the guy who was with us.They had a car for sale we wanted for 4k,next day slapped an extra 1000.Just like that.They coulda got it sold regardless.We we're late for the sale.They had the price up a whole week,and when we told them,an older lady with pumps and a teenager skirt came to correct us.Let just say the vibe was mixed.

Worst customer service ever just bought a car for 12k and 2 weeks prior to getting it the transmission is messed up already!!! The customer service yelled at me saying today is not your day over and over and was threatening me I really think no one should ever come here to buy a car.They then put a gps in my car so guys you really do not want to shop a car place like this Noooo

Fair is the best I can say, your average used car sales lot. All prices marked are over book but when the deal was done I had them way under.

DON"T DO IT! I bought a car 6/2/17 and even though I did my research the salesman was able to get over on me.They wanted $4000 for the car and i offered him $3400 and he agreedto excepted that offer. So he went back and did the paperwork cameback out and told me the that I owed him $3860. Now this is my faultI didn't ask why so high. He had me so comfortable it didn't even enter my mind to ask.He just shoved a bunch of paperwork in front of me to sign. Again my fault I should have looked closer. After i paid for the car and drove awayi was looking at the paperwork and notice something wasn't right.Price of car $3400Transfer fee $ 80Title fee $ 35DE sales tax $ 145and NON TAX CHARGE $200The paperwork doesn't have any explanation of the $200 dollar chargeis for.This man has no integrity, no sense of decency, and basically is a pieceof S__T.So please listen to me when I say DON"T DO IT!DON"T PART 2Went back 6/13/17 to pick up my title and tagsAfter a heated beginning I preceded to tell Kevinthe owner that I had to have my brakes fixed at a cost $600.Front Rotors Rusted and warped could not be turnedfront inside bake pad was metal to metalRear Rotors Rusted could not be turned4 Rotors and 4 sets of padsTold Kevin he said i got F__ked and i should spent the forty dollarsand just bought new pads.Now it's bad enough that he charged me $200 for no reasonOn the form I signed in that box it says SPECIFY CHARGEbut there is nothing on there saying why the charge.He also sent me away with a unsafe car.First time i had to use pressure on the brake pedal the cardidn't stop very well.So Kevin even though you threaten me "you put up anotherpost you will be sorry" I had to just so I can let people knowwhat type of person you are. Every word is the truth.Let me end with this DON"T DO IT!

Called these people once and the minute I started speaking I got hung up on. I called back a second time and asked a question or two about their marketing, and I m not sure if they thought I was joking or not, but I asked for a manager and then got cussed out and then hung up on again. Terrible place, terrible people. Go to a real dealership.
