Excellent experience...I went to look at a specific vehicle that no one else had. I am so glad that I did. From the time of my arrival until I left with my new Jeep Renegade, the entire process was painless. They were knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, and so easygoing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Buying a car as one of my least favorite things to do, but Megee Motors shed an entirely different vantage point on the process. Our salesman Greg was knowledgeable, helpfully and just downright pleasant and fun to speak with. No pressure just knowledge to help us and when it came to sealing the dealing - quick and easy. Pat in Finance had all documents ready when we came in - he also asked for ID and insurance card ahead of time to expedite the process.I HIGHLY recommend Megee Motors if you are in the marketplace for a car. Family run business who treat the community as family as well as their employees. Some businesses say your family , but at Megee - they also display these actions and in my book - actions speak louder than words for sure!!!

This was my first time coming to McGee motors. I arrived at my appointment time, and they took me right away, very courteous, and answered all my questions. I waited in the waiting room for approximately an hour, and when they came back after the oil change was done, they went over my papers and everything they did, and the results that they found. Afterwards I was actually amazed how low the cost was and how efficient the job was usually you only get one or the other . My last oil change was with Valvoline and it was a terrible experience so needless to say I will definitely be returning to McGhee motors for all my transportation needs..

Mcgee got me in and out under an hour for an oil change. Staff all super friendly and seem like they all enjoy working here. This was my first experience with Megee. Highly recommend them. We will be returning.

The Service Dept is friendly & efficient. I came in for my regular oil change but also had a problem with a slow leak in one tire. After checking the tire, they did find a nail in the inside sidewall and the tire had to be replaced. That's all well & good. My issue is the amount I was charged for the tire. I have a Jeep Renegade and consider $200+ too much for a replacement tire. I felt taken advantage of as a woman. For a car that didn't come with a spare & having to pay $200+ for a spare...was not in the plan!!!I will still use Megee Service. Just wanted to give an honest review.

Absolutely impressed and grateful for Jonathan and Donald in the service department. I was in a time crunch with a doctors appointment nearby and having car trouble at the same time. How amazing that they took me to my appointment and picked me up and my car had an oil change and a tire rotation in that time. I absolutely love this dealership. It feels like it s family run and they actually care. I highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from them.

My mother purchased a vehicle here, and originally had no issues. When she decided to sell her car she started looking at her options, she visited McGee again and was working with Greg. Ultimately she chose to go with a different vehicle. Greg continued to call her, so she informed him that she was no longer looking for a car; she had made a decision. He has left her messages almost weekly for months, even after she told him she did not want to purchase another vehicle with McGee. Her experience was overall okay, but do not pick Greg as your salesperson; he does not know how to take no for an answer.

UPDATE: Report fake reviews!!!!These people who have only 1 review posted and its to this place....highly unlikely!!!I see a bunch of fake new 5 star reviews are showing up on here again. Paying for reviews again?One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Service staff was incredibly unprofessional, snapping at me, lying to me, springing things that I should have been warned about on me. A woman sat and plucked her chin hair with a flashlight for over 30 mins. Yeah, that's the "great" waiting area mentioned by these fakes. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Recently I purchased a certified used Jeep Rubicon from McGee.The sales team Dwayne and Business manager Pat were great to work with. Fair, professional and responsive.I've been using McGee's service department for my other Jeeps for 4 years.

Due to the advertising on TV, which does not due it justice, we came in for a very dependable vehicle and that is exactly what we left with. Daniel was great and very patient with me on a picking out our new vehicle. We now proud owners of a 2023 Jeep Renegade. Loving it. Thank you again McGee Motors.

It is a more convenient location and I was really hoping to have found a gem. But I don t think so.A variety of polite folks who tried to communicate, to those that seemed defensive and irritated with calls, questions and concerns. Probably will go back to other dealerships.I just hope the car is fixed, after a very big bill.

DO NOT GET ANY SERVICE WORK DONE HERE! "Greedy and unprofessional" are the 2 words to sum up this place's service department. We had warranty work done there, and when my wife came to pick up the car (at the time they told her to come in because the car was ready), she was told that we could not have the car until the the warranty company had paid them. This was a factory extended warranty, and they wanted me to give them my credit card information so they could bill me "just in case". The service department is totally unprofessional and they flat out lie. Go anywhere else, anywhere. Just not here.

On a Wednesday my Ram 1500 had a sensor break which caused unwanted acceleration. I was from out of town visiting relatives. I brought the truck into Floyd Megees service center because the IG Burton service was unavailable to take me. Luckily Jonathan was able to fit me in. They were able to diagnose the problem, order the part and install the part within 2 days. Awesome service. Thank you for the help!

I grew up in a AMC/Jeep dealership family, from Maryland. Westminster AMC/Jeep. I have been to McGee Motors twice now for servicing. As a contact point person, Donald ROCKS! He is both professional and personal. He made me feel confident in the service I was receiving. And both times the mechanics and service team did not disappoint! I picked up my Cherokee after work in the evening and both times I encountered helpful and friendly staff, again. No complaints from me, I'm a happy and satisfied customer! Thank you, McGee Motors!
