My truck wouldn't start so Roadside service called 1st State towing.Brian brings his experience and professionalism and respect. We tried jump started what I thought was wrong with the battery but Brian's mentioned it's my starter.I had to put another RSA claim in again for towing service and 30 minutes later Brian to the rescue and got me home safe. Thanks to Brian and 1st State Chevrolet George Town.

1st State Chevy was easy to work with. The salesperson was very helpful, experienced and kept me up to date on my order status - since I did not buy off the lot and ordered my car I was curious as to when it would arrive. Buy from 1st State Chevy - you won't be disappointed.

Mark in the service department was great. He answered all my questions and was a great throughout the process. My only concern and frustration was with the extended warranty that I purchased when I bought the at your dealership and they would not cover the repairs. Lucky my insurance company paid for the repairs.

Service department was great until the short man Jim whose supervisor is Steven..is involved. Spoke with a gentleman who was well informed while making my service appointment thoroughly explained the situation. They will not honor your Chevy warranty, if this guy is there simple because as he said "They don't have to" , the Chevy dealership not far from here had absolutely no issues and was flabbergasted at the treatment as well as statement " we don't have to" especially by someone with no authority to do so. Would recommend not going with them if you are sent here with your Chevy warranty. The other dealership explained your Chevy warranty is a simple phone call and look up of which took them a total of 15 minutes to accomplish. My recommendation is go to a dealership that doesn't think they can walk all over customers, and who employs people that want to help and do the job they were hired for.

First class service. My salesperson made the sale easy (even drove me to work at 7am so I could drive my new car home). I did not have that kind of service at other dealerships and it made the difference.

We had our Impala and Colorado both in the shop, back to back. The Impala was for a routine oil change, and there was a slight bump at higher speeds. They balanced the front tires and rotated them to the rear ... problem was corrected!The Colorado (new) was in for its first oil change. We also noticed that the roof and a spot on the hood did not shed water as well as other surfaces after having the gloss coat applied at delivery. The Body Shop re-examined the problem and made necessary corrections to the coating.The entire dealership is fantastic! Their expertise in all aspects of the auto business is why we have purchased vehicles there since 2012 and had their experts service them also! And as for Ron in sales, if he ever does retire, they are going to have to pull him out of retirement when we go shopping for another vehicle!

We were told that the tire sensor issue would be covered under the warranty provided when purchasing a used vehicle, then when we were finally able to get in for service we were told it is power train ONLY, and it would cost $750 to change the sensors in the tires.I find these bait and switch tactics to be despicable, and will not be visiting your location again.Please do not contact me again, in any fashion.

The service department ordered a part for my car a week before my appointment which made sure it was ready to be installed. The team was courteous, knowledgeable and sympathetic to my needs. A championship team for sure!

The service department and body shop were professional, prompt and accommodating. I have my 2007 Trailblazer serviced there regularly and found an affordable price for body work after being hit by a deer. I am always treated well on the phone and in person and they can usually get my car in within a day or two

The staff is always so polite, I am treated like a normal human. The service is fast and the communication is amazing. My favorite part though is even though I am a female they are always honest and upfront and don' t try to talk me into things I don't need. Because of this I will continue to use the service department AND will purchase my next vehicle there.

Service manager not friendly at all nor would they take the time to listen to the customers concerns. Always trying to push more services even after stating you re just here for just one thing. Terrible with communication back to customer. Stated they wouldn t reset airbag light in dash even though you re there for a nationwide airbag recall. Said they could but I would have to pay out of pocket, yet will reset oil light after an oil change. Will definitely take all my vehicles elsewhere from now on.
