We worked with Rob Hammond. He was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles that we were looking at. They had two 2021 ford explorers . We looked at both and picked one. We then did a test drive. He was very helpful going on the features of this vehicle. He was not a high pressure salesman. Once we worked out a deal he went over all the details. While we did the paperwork he had the vehicle detailed and had it filled with gas. It was a pleasure working with a salesman that takes the time to listen to what the customer wants and didn t try to push you into a different vehicle. Would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I and my wife were in the market for a new pick up truck and were in the process of comparing smller models. We went to Boulevard Ford in Georgetown because my Granddaughter told us Barry Akins could guide us through the experience of a Maverick pick up. She was correct. The next day we drove away in a new Ford Maverick Tremor. The dealership has many parts, including a pick up and delivery service in the service department. And a service manager above and beyond. I want to say thank you to Barry for his expertise and guidance, and I look forward to further dealings with him and Boulevard Ford

Yesterday I came from out of state and purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Rob Hammond. I'll tell you now, he is one of the greatest salesmen I've met. He's the definition of "keeping it real" and an all around great guy. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the Jeep I came to see, but he was friendly, answered every question I had (and even had answers to questions I didn't know I had), and made the entire process pretty seamless. 100/10 will definitely recommend Rob and Boulevard Ford of Georgetown any day of the week!

The car buying process is already very stressful. But, walking in I was greeted with such a warm smile and positive attitude by Rob Hammond. Rob took the time to listen to my wants and needs when looking for a vehicle and found the perfect car for me. His customer service is impeccable. I couldn t have asked for a better salesman. Came across an advertisement on Facebook marketplace posted by Robert Hammond, inquired about it, and he was extremely responsive and informative. We were able to put together a fair deal over text message and the vehicle was delivered to me in WV free of charge.I spoke with the sales manager, Hailey Scott, when she called me regarding concerns I had raised to Robert. She was very transparent, kind, and professional. I worked with Kellyann Wilder during the titling process, she explained my options well regarding back end products and was not pushy at all.From one dealer to another, they are a class act and run a good show. I was extremely pleased and impressed with everybody I interacted with.

My husband and I just purchased a new vehicle from Boulevard Ford. Our salesman, Mike, was absolutely amazing! We have purchased many vehicles over the years and never had an experience as easy and smooth as this was. Prior to contacting Boulevard, we went to multiple other dealerships and it was absolutely awful at each one. From the moment Mike answered our call to the moment he delivered to our home, he was wonderful. He took the time to answer our questions and even sent us a video walk around of the vehicle while it was raining. He made us feel like the red carpet was being rolled out for us. The finance woman was also exceptional! She took the time to explain all the little details and answer our million questions. I will absolutely be recommending Boulevard and Mike to all of our friends and family. And we will be customers for life.

I was a bit nervous about buying a new car as I had been driving my 2013 Chevy Cruze for 11 years now. But it was time for something new! When I arrived at Preston & met the most friendly laid-back guy, Big John Cribbin he made me feel very welcomed! He helped me get the best deal on my SUV & kept a smile on his face throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend him, for his generosity & professionalism. This experience was truly the best! I had the good fortunate of working with Rob Hammond recently while looking for a new car. I first contacted him online and we corresponded via text for a few weeks until I was able to come to the dealership for further discussions and a test drive. Rob always responded to me promptly with the information I requested. When we finally met in person, he remained a consummate professional. While I did not end up buying a vehicle from him, it was solely due to me not being sure the car would work for me--it had nothing to do with the service Rob provided. He went above and beyond in each interaction. I highly recommend him and won't hesitate to refer folks to him.

We bought our Ford Explorer in December and had a very positive purchasing experience with our salesman, Barry.He was gracious, knowledgeable, and is still available for any questions we may have. We highly recommend him and his staff.We test drove the SUV around two thirty and drove it home by 7:30.A very smooth process.

Reputable dealership with genuine staff who know what they're doing and won't take advantage of you. Fulfilled my new truck order smoothly and without hassle.Justin gave me a realistic time-frame when we placed the order in March, and did not mark up the price when it arrived on the lot last week. I paid the sticker price that Ford sent me while it was on the assembly line. He also paired my phone and set up Android Auto, a huge help since my last truck was built when flip-phones were hitting the market. My dad ordered it new from Boulevard 20 years ago. Based on his experience back then, and the quality product they offer, Boulevard was the obvious choice for me.I look forward to working with them the next time we need a new vehicle.

I bought a car for my wife and Tykee was the sales person and he was fantastic. He brought the car down to the house gave us a chance to drive it around, left it there for the weekend and then came down with papers for us to finish the deal. He is a great person to deal with right knowledgeable, and loves cookies recommend them to anybody looking for a knowledgeable salesman at this dealership

Highly do NOT recommend Ford of Georgetown. Mat Piner, their Sales Experience Manager, made sure that part of my 'experience' was hanging up on me mid-conversation because I expressed doubt over whether they provided me all the information I needed at the time of purchase in regards to tax credits/rebates (they did not). Go someplace else until the 'experience' does not include disrespect.

I am so glad Scott Boylan is at this dealership now. He was my salesman at another dealership a few years back and he helped me pick out the perfect car for my needs at the time. My needs are now starting to change and I have my eyes set on a Bronco Sport. I will 100% be using Scott again as my salesman. He absolutely took his time with me with such patience and knowledge. I also love his enthusiasm. This man loves what he does and loves cars. This is really important when looking for someone to help you since it s a big purchase! See you soon, Scott!
