My experience with MAC Auto Collision and Repair was exceptional! Everyone at the shop was friendly and professional. The repairs were done in a very timely manner and the work was beyond reproach! I pulled up to retrieve my car and was pleasantly surprised to find a spotlessly clean car and shined tires. Can t get better service than that! The body work they did on my 2007 Azera was very good. Matching the pearl paint color couldn't have been easy, but they did an excellent job. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and honest. I was very happy with how I was treated, and I feel as though this is a business I can trust, that cares as much about their integrity as they do about their bottom line. They were able to assess the damage quickly and complete the repair. The repair was great, you wouldn t know anything had ever happened. Everyone we encountered was polite. Lester and his crew took my van in right away after I got hit by a deer. Other shops gave me a 2 month window to even look at it. Auto collison had my van completed in a month had it detailed and looking better than ever. Great work and recommend them to anyone.

After hitting a box in the road on a very windy day in March, Lester got my daughter s car in and repaired long before other shops were able to even schedule a drop off. Every time I called to check in or ask a question I was greeted with patience, and referred to as part of the family. I was told by several employees that they treat every car as if they were putting their own children in them. I can t ask for more than that!Service: Body & Trim

I have had great service every time I have been to Auto Collision and Repair. Once, I have had a vehicle in need of body work due to a collision. The proprietor was professional, friendly, and honest. He explained everything so I could understand what needed to be done. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and everything looked better than it did before the accident.I now frequent the establishment for maintenance. Again, everything is completed in a timely fashion.Everyone is professional and friendly.I have recommended them and will continue to do so.

I was in a car accident and needed my car fixed and the bumper had to be completely stripped and repainted. They were so quick and efficient with fixing my car I d be lying if I said I wasn t anything less than impressed! They are so friendly and so understanding! I just moved to the area and didn t know where to go. Found a great business that I highly recommend. Auto Collision & Repair hands down is the place to go for all your auto repairs. They gave a fair quote and were respectful from the time I called with questions, to setting up my appointment, to getting my car back. James understood the insurance process and was able to help resolve the issues that resulted from miscommunications with the insurance company. Had an amazing experience with all the employees at auto collision and repair in Georgetown!! I ve been to lots of auto repair shops and this by far has been our best experience. The staff is always friendly, timely and professional, they do quality work and do all they can to assist with keeping it affordable, whether through discounts or their recommendations, they aren't out for your money or to rip you off unlike a lot of their competitors. We were sent to Auto Collision & Repair by Hartford Ins. James was greatwith giving us a quick estimate and scheduling repair. The car was dropped off at the time asked and the repairs were done on time. The car looks great, and it was cleaned & ready for pick up on time. I found this Auto Collision And Repair Company because I was hit by a deer. My insurance company sent me to them. What a blessing they turned out to be. Not only did they repair the damage done to my car by the deer.(serious bodywork), but they were able to make other repairs that my former mechanic could not, or would not do. Never mind over charging me for work they didn t complete. Well that s a thing of the past they ll never see my vehicle again. But this new company they re a keepsake. They are very professional, very friendly, and very courteous, in a nut shell they re basically down-home flocks, The kind you just don t run into every day anymore. My only regret with this company is that I didn t find them sooner . I have been raving about them to all my friends in Seaford, Milford, Laurel, and Rehoboth Delaware. So if you cherish your car I would go and see them they re great company!!!!Services: Tires, Air conditioning

I highly recommend this company for body work. Brought it buy the shop and they gave me an estimate right away. They had my car done in 3 days. This is the best Auto repair shop I have ever delt with for the last 40 years I lived-in Sussex County. They save me lots of money of my bill. Which is geico insurance company trying to make me pay from my own pocket for repair and storage. What a rip off from geico. I will like to thank the service manager and all teqnection at Joe's Auto collection Repair for all they have don to please me. Thank you again.

Huge shoutout to these guys, for being Hero s of the day!!!After learning of a kitten being stuck under the hood of a car at work and no success of getting it out, a quick google search landed me here!! Without hesitation, David agreed to help!! The car (and the cat) made it safely to this garage, and within minutes the fur babe was saved!!!!If you re in the Georgetown area, check em out!

There are no words to express the GREAT SERVICE I received from the whole shop. Especially JAMES. Never did I meet a kind andCaring man who helped me through all the details and paperwork for the insurance companies James has taken care of everything that has to do with the insurance and made sure everything was in the right place he has patience of a saint he worked with their insurance company even though the insurance company took so long to process the payments and getting back to them he did not hold that against me I would recommend this body shop auto collision to anybody who needs a friendly and caring body shop. I will be telling everyone I know to go here. Even my friends from other states. I will be going back if I need body work on my car.
