Always great love going here getting all the parts I need. And they offer multiple brands of each part which is always nice to have options

This was my first time shopping at this Advance Auto location. Normally I shop at the Harrington DE location, but since they didn't have the part I needed I was forced to drive to Georgetown. I ordered the part online and went to site to pick it up. The service was good. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by one of the employees and he pulled my part from the back. I was in and out in a couple minutes. The store was clean and organized

This location does not their vendors. We performed lawn mowing services and have been waiting 2 years for payment. Support other businesses that don't stiff small business owners.

Make sure to Check in the box and check the parts b4 you leave. I live in lewes and this store in Georgetown has a lot of parts the Lewes store doesn't stock. I order online and go pick it up. I have done this 2 times. Each time one item in my order came in a correct box but had a piece in the box that was an old part from someone's engine. What are the odds of that. Either someone is returning boxes with random broken parts in them or some1 working there is taking parts and putting whatever in the boxes. It's weird that the only 2 times I went there I found old broken used parts in the box each time.

Needed a second air filter for my Range Rover (yes it takes two expensive ones) and they were very helpful. Got me the correct part and allowed me to use my daughters discount (yes she works for the company in GA). Gave 4 stars because I cannot get over a air filter costing $52.00. Maybe for 2, but each? Come on man!!!

I don't know if you're aware but Advanced Auto Parts let you drop off your UPS packages and they send them out with the UPS truck very convenient close by nice people

Advance is always ready! There ready in Advance. Road trip today to visit family and brake light came on after braking. My rear wheel cylinder has popped. Pulled into advance purchased 2 rear wheel cylinders and brake fluid. Made it to my destination cautiously and with front brakes only. Tomorrow is a new day. Advance auto will keep you moving

I come in this store at least once a week sometime less yet when i am in here the staff is awesome. Today Eminalo went out his way too help me save 10$ it might not be much to most. Just the extra time he took to help me out was much appreciated thank advance auto parts staff

Very helpful with car when had starting issues. Replaced 8 month old battery and continued warranty. 3 sales people put in their ideas. My son eventually arrived and got it started. Yeah son!

Rob and Brock were extremely helpful by mounting my new power steering pump pulley onto my new pump for me! The old one shelled out on my wife as she was driving to work. Excellent customer service, and as an aircraft mechanic I really appreciated seeing Rob take the time to teach Brock the proper way to mount it. Passing the knowledge on!

This store is amazing for one reason, Chris! He took his time to help me, really going out of his way to help diagnose an issue. I was traveling home from ocean city when I began to have issues with my car. Thanks to Chris I was able to get home safely, and he was right about the issue my car had.

I stood there for 5 min...No one at the counters...Just one old man with glasses trying to help a customer...I can hear other employees chit chat inside...Then finally Rob came and helped me...He even offered to put it on...And it took him less than 1 min to put it one..Good job Rob!!

Horrible customer service today! The white male wearing glasses working behind the counter was rude when we offered to help him put items back on a shelf Then when he was asked by a co worker for a password in order to wait on another customer and us. The guy ignored him. We waited 10 min and he still had not helped his co worker. Needless to say they did not get our business today!

Service is polite, as long as you know what you need. Some of the use youthful staff are inexperienced but the children are our future I sure they'll be fine and learn as they go

Super store! Helped me out when I needed a quick windshield wiper change out. Mine had dissolved. Very friendly. Great customer service from the lady who helped me out.

I just got helped with a small but very tedious problem with my car. I had one gentlemen that knew the problem but couldn't get it him self. what did he do? He went and got another gentlemen that knew exactly how to fix it and resolved my issue almost instantly. Those two fixed my problem in 5 minutes that employees at the auto parts store in Millsboro DE wouldn't even give me the time of day to help me fix. The employees at Advanced auto parts in Georgetown DE have always been great but this time they went over and beyond to assist me. Thank you guys very much.

Counter employees spend so much time trying to translate the needs of the local illegals in Georgetown, that it leaves customers waiting for long periods of time. Usually only one or two counter employees serving customers at any given time making this place very slow on service.

Went there for brake lights ordered online. When went in to get them the guy at counter John. Was very rude. We got 2 packs of light bulbs and a bottle of wiper fluid. We got our stuff and while waiting on him to get our product we noticed in the paper a different brand of washer fluid was on sale 2 for 6 instead of the 3 dollars for the one bottle of cheap stuff that we ordered. We asked if we could exchange the one for the 2 and pay the difference. The guy John then said it would be to complicated and take to much time for him to do so.... then I couldn't get the light open so I asked if he helped with lights like auto zone does. He said they dont help with installing head or brake lights. Was very rude about it all. Then I asked to use the screwdriver because the one I had didnt fit my screws he again got super rude. When I told the other worker he apologized for the rudeness. I also asked him if he could twist open the knob that help the lights because it was to tight I couldn't grip it. He said sorry I'm not strong enough to even try.... will never ever go to advanced auto in Georgetown again most likely will never go to any of them ever again. Autozone and napa will get my business before advanced ever does again!

Stopped in to have my battery checked out. The technician was very prompt and helpful. Turned out the battery is fine and there was no pressure to buy anything.

Absolutely fantastic service at Advance Auto Parts. I've had them check my alternator and battery and they do it for free. Definitely the right price!

Over the years it seems this stkee is just here to sell and not to help. I wasted my time going in this store today. They last several times I have gone into any Advanced it has been all about money for them. I will spend the extra time and gas money to go to a store that will help.

Service is great, but sometimes have to go to georgetown store for parts not carried or wait till next day to have it delivered.
