My car battery was so dead I had to have the car towed to the dealer. Chris was able to get it started long enough to get the car out of my garage and onto the flat bed. He then noticed it was almost out of gas and offered to stop on his way to the dealer to get some gas. I gave him $20 and he filled up the tank enough to get the car into the service bay. So nice!! Thank you Grays!!

I had a situation where i had to get my truck towed to a local mechanic shop and Grays Towing was there in less than 20 minutes. The man driving the tow truck was super nice and helpful. 10/10 service !

Rich Hammond came to my rescue as my Acura had a dead battery.After being assigned to my case, Rich called me ASAP and gave me an ETA on his arrival. I greatly appreciated that.Additionally, he asked several questions while we were on the phone so that he could start troubleshooting in advance of his arrival.Upon his arrival, he immediately went into diagnostic mode and quickly found that the battery was indeed toast and it was best to replace it since I was about to leave on a brief road trip.He had the new battery in place within minutes!Rich was super nice, very professional, deliberate (moved quickly) and extremely helpful. Additionally, he was happy to answer all of our questions.Thank you so very much Rich for everything. I hope and pray that if I ever find myself in a similar situation that you will be available to assist me. You were so very helpful and I appreciate everything you did.

I somehow locked my keys in my car this morning while visiting my parents in Delaware. Rich was here in 30 minutes, unlocked my car in 2 minutes and created a backup car key for me in less than 5 minutes. Talk about service! I can't thank him enough for getting me out of a jam. I highly recommend Rich for any of your towing or auto repair needs!

My truck broke down around 730pm and it was a dark country road, the truck just wouldn't start! I immediately called Gray's and got Pam on the phone, she was wonderful and helped get someone out to me immediately, within a half hour!! They towed the truck to a shop in Salisbury. What a great experience and what a professional team. Thanks for your help Pam!!

Shout out to Ryan for safely delivering my car to the dealership after my tire blow out. Ryan was professional, quick to arrive on location and safely put my car on his tow truck. If you ever need a tow give these guys a call.

I used Gray's towing before, and they were great, I just didn't get a chance to leave them a review. Unfortunately, I had to use towing services again after my recent accident, and I chose Gray's again. I was very impressed with their efficiency and attention to details, they cleaned up every single piece of glass, plastic, and metal from the scene, and they were very professional and helpful afterward as well. Thank you for making a horrible experience professional and seamless in the aftermath.

Rich from Gray's helped us on a AAA call while our car broke down on summer vacation last week. Rich was extremely kind and helpful. Since timing was bad and we needed the car to be fixed in order to get home, Rich recommended Gray's for the repair. The next day we called Gray's and they accommodated us immediately. We were worried about cost since we were out of state vacationers and in a time crunch. Gray's was EXTREMELY reasonable. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this garage. My husband also expressed how nice the female receptionist was, as well as the dog in the office! Thanks so making a stressful situation, pretty seamless.

I am writing to tell you to have Gray's Towing Service do all your towing. Our car broke down on 8-4-2023 on a parking lot. Our insurance company could find no tow companies in the area who would do the job. I called Gray's Towing Service and was connected with the kindest dispatcher ever. She had a truck heading from Frankford to Ocean View while we spoke. The tow truck driver was Austin, who was a God send. You talk about a knowledgeable young man, Austin was it. He was driving what looked like a new Jeridan. This man knew how to get that big Trailblazer on his truck in lightening speed. Wow, we were so impressed. Austin, thank you!!! Gray's Towing should be very thankful to have an employee of Austin's caliber. Thanks Gray's Towing. I will never call another tow truck company.8/16/2023

My father is extremely picky who gets to work on his vehicle. They must be honest and quality mechanics. In Grays he found both. So high is his opinion that when my van failed it's annual safety check in VA, requiring new ball joints all around, that I drove it here to get it repaired. Driving was noticeably better immediately. Highly recommended!Service: Auto maintenance

Traveling to the beach on a Thursday night, our lights start dimming. We lose total power on a back road. Through a twist of fate, we are connected with Sito from Gray's. They tow the vehicle, repair it using an alternator I had purchased as well as replacing the battery that was killed at a very reasonable price. I now have a mechanic I can trust when I'm at the beach.Services: Special vehicle towing, Auto maintenance

My car's alternator died and I called AAA. Richie with Gray's Towing was dispatched, arrived quickly and determined that the battery was good but the alternator was bad. He arranged for my car to be towed to the nearest dealership and he drove me back home. Great customer service; highly recommended. Thank you Richie for your fantastic service!

Richie saved us! On our way home from vacation, our low tire pressure light came on, and we knew we would not be able to make it the 100+ miles home. At 9:30 PM on Labor Day when everything else was closed, he arrived earlier than we were quoted and went above what we were expecting from AAA allowing us to return home rather than back to our vacation destination and wait another day for a repair. He was kind, quick, and even taught us a thing or two. Thank you!

Fantastic service from Richie- so excellent I had to write review. Got a flat tire on Friday night, thought I'd be waiting for hours because you never know in the summer- he was there in ten minutes. He was very friendly and very efficient- took care to check that all of my tires were set to drive. I was back on the road 23 minutes after I placed the call- unbelievable!! 10/10 would recommend.

Though AAA Richie came to my rescue when I had a flat tire! He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived at my location much sooner than I expected! Richie quickly and professionally solved the problem so I could get back on the road. He was professional, courteous, and a joy to speak with. I highly recommend him and Gray s.

Excellent service, Richie is a life saver! Car broke down while we were on vacation - 150 miles from home and at a very remote campsite. Honestly thought I was going to have to wait forever for someone to come. Richie came within half the time that was estimated and assessed right away that it was a battery issue. He installed a new battery right at the spot and took no longer than 7-10 min. Price for the battery was average too, didn't add any bs extra charges. Highly recommend this business!

Richie responded to my AAA call and was on site within the hour. Totally professional and competent, getting me going within a few minutes. I thought I might need a new battery but Richie said mine should be okay. So, he didn t sell me a new battery when he could have! Highly recommend this business for anyone looking for an honest approach - refreshing!

My Ford F-150 would not start this morning. I called AAA and within an hour Richie with Gray s Towing knocked on my door. He was awesome. He checked out the battery and determined it was shot. He replaced the battery within a matter of minutes. I would recommend Gay s Towing if you experience any car problems.

These guys are the best! Pulled in with flat spare tire with a nail in in it that I had changed.Luis removed the nail, plugged the tire, found a nail in another tire, plugged that one, put my wheel back on, put my spare back where it belonged, aired up my tires, charged me $40 and did the whole thing while I waited. I was in and out in no time!Nearby, Ocean Area Tire wanted to keep the car for two days for the same service!
