Love this dealer. Michael came to our campsite and unlocked our camper. Every time we have call them to ask questions they have helped us. We would recommend them for sales and service. They are the best.

WOW! Is all I can say! This team has got it together. Took my cargo trailer to a different place. What a mistake that was. Won t mention any names. Called these good people at the last minute. Literally 4:57 pm. Explained my situation. They took my trailer that night and had me on the road by late morning the next day.In this world where people don t give a , these guys are from a different world! TO NOTCH SERVICE WITH TOO NOTCH CARE. THANK YOU NIKKI AND YOUR TEAM!!Job well done! Mike with Mikes Flooring and Design Center. Highly recommending!

We were traveling through the area and needed to repair our RV Sewer Connection. They fit us in the next day and did an awesome job on our repair. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with East Coast Campers. Their team was extremely knowledgeable through the entire process, but we found it very helpful that they required and scheduled a walk through with us and their technician. Not only did this teach how to use the equipment but they were very patient with our questions and gave honest answers. We never felt like we were being upsold on items. We also have called back a few times to ask questions and received helpful answers. We would highly recommend East Coast Campers

I have a 36 ft forest river camper and I called East Coast to provide a bid to replace the outdoor kitchen countertop and sink. After waiting 4 weeks and calling 4 times, I was told that they can t get the parts to work on it. Couldn t have told me that 4 weeks ago when I described the job? It s a countertop and sink. All the connectors are there. Again if you couldn t do it, why don t your service techs on the phone know this? Why did I not get a call for 4 weeks? Horrible customer service! Guaranteed they just didn t see the markup possible to profit enough. That s fine that s what a business is all about. But why offer zero customer service. Avoid them at all costs. They don t respect your time at all. Now I wasted 4 weeks and need to scurry to find another company to actually come through.

My only regret is that we didn't find these folks sooner! The process was smooth and the communication was clear and excuse free. Turn time on repairs was reasonable. Price was extremely fair. After wrestling with the dealer for years, we've found our new spot for repairs. So glad we found them!

We were staying at Fort Whaley/ Sun Outdoors and I was looking to add a 4 port propane tee for our new Blackstone. East Coast Campers had the kit in stock, and I was really impressed with their selection of everything RV related. Friendly and helpful staff, easy in and out access. If you are staying in the area and need anything for your RV, I highly recommend their establishment.

Debbie is brilliant! We needed an AC motor for our 25-yr-old camper in the throes of mid-July summer heat. It was sweltering. We d stopped at another camper supply store who did not have the motor in stock, and said it d take 5 days to come in. He suggested having the whole system replaced for $1,200. We politely declined and stopped by East Coast, and Debbie said she didn t know much about AC motors, but she had one in the back. She pulled it out and it was the exact one we needed! It was a needle in a haystack situation and Debbie came through big time. They are definitely our go-to place when we are at Rehoboth beach in Delaware. Kind, friendly, efficient and affordable! Highly recommend

Wow...what a great company to work with purchasing a travel trailer. From the moment stepping on the property until completion you couldn't ask for a better business to deal with. Huge thank you to John(salesperson), Brian,Jhony,Tyler,Jessica,Nikki,Cory,Bill what a class act of staff to work with. I forgot the demo guys name but he was also a class act. They are the best i did my trade in and i got this 2022 zinger and i had little problem with the light plug and everythin was good they fix it they are the best any problem i got il be goin back with them

Today I blew and axle on my landscape trailer. Called Michael and he immediately had me call his service guy. Tyler called me right back, gave me an estimate to replace my axle and a quote to replace the trailer. Needless to say I came home with a new 7x18 cam landscape trailer. Super easy to deal with, very personable, and had me in and out in 30 minutes . This is the third or fourth time that East Coast ( Michael and his team or professionals) have helped me out. If you have any trailer needs go see them, you WILL NOT be disappointed. Repeat customer and will continue to return in the future.

Took our Redhawk 26xs to have black tank reattached to the toilet flange and replace the toilet. We were In no rush, but they serviced it faster than our expectations. There was a tiny snafu, but they corrected it in a very favorable way. They are local for us.in the eastern shore and will

I cannot say enough about East Coast Campers! When We purchased our travel trailer in September there were no hidden fees or BS. We were not able to use it until March so they stored it for us. During this time they took care of all our questions and requests in a timely manner. We had numerous requests which they took care of as requested. When we were ready to pickup they spent hours with us going over every aspect of the camper as well as five star training. I highly recommend this family owned business.

From the moment we pulled in the parking lot to the moment we left with a camper our experience at East Coast Campers was amazing . Mike was very helpful and fun to talk to. They saved my Labor Day! Wife, 3 kids and I were camping in Ocean City when we had power issues with the RV. I was able to determine that one of the lugs on the power inlet on the side of the camper was loose and stripped, so it couldn t be tightened. A quick drive to East Coast revealed that they had exactly the part I needed - and a ton of other parts as well. The staff was beyond helpful and super nice! Ten minutes of work installing the new part and the weekend was saved. Don t overlook them because they may be small compared to others. I ll definitely be shopping there again!Second review, and I d give them 10 stars if possible! The Schwintek slide failed on a year old RV purchased at a larger dealer elsewhere. In spite of being promised priority service from the selling dealer, the soonest they could address the problem was 3 months (and an entire camping season) out. East Coast got me in in a matter of days, ordered parts and had me back to camping in under a month. Nikki and all the techs were outstanding. The slide works better than new! They worked with me to jump through all the hoops to (hopefully) get the repair covered even though the unit was a month out of warranty. These are great people all around and truly a business that cares about the customer. I wish we had purchased our current RV from them, but we won t make that mistake when it comes time to trade again!

After 15 great years of camping in Delaware we decided to sell our RV as a package. We had the usual interested parties that just loved it but never a deposit. So we decided to contact East Coast Campers via email on their website, within 15 minutes we received a call from Michael Moutzalias the owner. Michael spent over 20 min talking with us that evening and completely answering all our questions. Michael told us take time and think about things and call him back if we wanted to move forward.We decided to call Michael back and after an exchange of paperwork to fill out . Michael had his crew ( Tyler ) came a few days later to pickup this large 40 ft RV and take to his lot. Not only did this excellent condition RV sell in about 2 weeks. Michael even bought our golf cart and shed from us. Michael and his team kept us informed of the process and interested buyers. Never did I text or call Michael that he didn t have time for us. That is unheard of customer service to the tee in today s world.On the day of settlement we drove to ECC and Michaels entire team including himself greeted us warmly like family. The deal was a blessing because even though we didn t sell it initially as a package. Michael and his team came thru for us delivering EXACTLY as Michael told us. We are truly happy campers to know ECC and Michael Moutzalias.Our only mistake was not meeting up with ECC and Michael months ago. Should we ever become RV interested again we will only go to East Coast Campers to buy !!Thank you for everything, our RV is sold we are happy and we made new friends in Michael and his entire team and office staff. No better RV business anywhere !! 5 STARS *****

I purchased a travel trailer from a manufacturer in Canada. When a component of the camper was recalled, I searched high and low for an RV place in my local area that would even work on the trailer. Most of them said some version of "if we didn't sell it to you, we won't work on it." Finally, I came across East Coast Campers and mechanic, Brian. Simply put, this is a terrific business to work with on any RV-related issue. Brian even spent countless hours on the phone trying to obtain the parts to fix our recalled propane stove. If you live in Southern Delaware, or your travels take you through here, definitely pay a visit to East Coast Campers & More.

I highly recommend East Coast Campers & More!! I'm a traveling Welder(from Delaware)been on Contract Assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I searched & researched for Enclosed Trailer and was surprised on customer service from my search very disappointing. Until I found East Coast Campers & More, their Sales team, Bob Kemp was Awesome he knows a lot,we did this whole deal by phone & Emails, he was on point!! The trailer got delivered and he sent me pictures, the extra mile that East Coast Campers & More did was mind blowing experience!!!

East Coast Campers saved our vacation! Arrived at a local campground on Sunday for our vacation without our power cord. It wasn t the standard 30 amp style and it was on one of the hottest days of the year( when you really need AC!)Set off to find a replacement cord and I found most places closed or they didn t have what we needed. I called East coast and spoke to someone who provided fantastic customer service! They offered to order me unique cord I needed and have it in 2 days . But since I really needed the cord ASAP, I explained the situation and they took the time to listen to my story. Then they put me on hold and found me a different brand cord in stock that would be compatible and put it aside for me until I arrived. The cord worked perfectly and we were able to comfortably enjoy our camping tripFor the rest of the week! Thank you East Coast Campers!!

When we met the owner Mike, to purchase a used camper... A 2017 Springdale... He told us repeatedly that he did not need to sell this camper. Who doesn't need to sell a camper that's for sale? He promised that he would have it inspected in Maryland the next day, a Saturday. And then it would be ready Monday. A week and a half later and it is still not ready! When I called to inquire about it he told me repeatedly to call him back in 10 minutes...?I talked to several other people, nobody knew what was going on! I finally was told that it would be ready on a Friday and when we went to pick it up it was still not inspected in Maryland! When I inquired about it to the girl in the office she said it was because of the rain and then she said she doesn't know anything about it. When I asked her to find out what was going on she acted confused and upset... And kept telling me that it's not her fault.We left and I text Mike about it and he said it would be done the next day, another Saturday and that he knew the owner of the shop where it would be inspected and could get it rushed. He said I could pick it up on Saturday afternoon... I never got a call saying it was ready! On Monday I called the place where he said it would be inspected (I actually know the manager)and they said that the camper never came to their shop! Mike, the owner lied to us repeatedly and was very unprofessional in his dealings! Needless to say our trust in this outfit was extremely compromised and we canceled the sale.... Which meant we had to cancel our camping trip for our anniversary!Mike, the owner bragged that he owned several businesses... My advice is to own one and do it well!Not a happy camper!!!!!

So glad we went here to upgrade our camper. Everyone from the owner Michael, Allison, Bob & all the techs were wonderful. They came got our trade in & delivered our new one....guys were great and fit it in there perfectly. They all made it so easy from beginning of loan process to set up.Thanks again!

Michael and I finally agreed on the price of a used camper and he said it would be ready the next day with a Maryland approved inspection. He said he knew the people at RaceTrac Auto and that he could get it expedited. I called the next day and it was not ready... Two weeks later still not ready! None of his staff seemed to know what was going on! Finally he text me to tell me that it would soon be ready I told him I was done! He then text me back and said that The camper had been inspected. I know the manager at RaceTrac Auto and when I asked him about it he said that that camper never came through his shop! Michael, the owner mentioned several times that he did not need to sell the camper... Very weird since that's your business! He bragged about how many businesses he owned and that he had recently bought a business for his wife. Maybe it would be a good idea to just stick with one and do it really well and not make promises you can't keep or won't keep and then lie to your customers!

Second review not an update!!! Traded in previous trailer for new one just as happy with every experience I ve ever had with them. I encourage you to shop around and choose them because they make the deal happen and worth your time!This place is amazing! From the time we got there til the time we left there we felt like we were a part of their family and vice versa. They knew exactly what we needed and guided us based upon our level of camping experience which wasn t much. We left directly from the store and went to Hershey RV campground. We set up camp relatively quick thanks to the guidance of the three service guys, Bryan, Kyle, and Sam. Thanks to Dennis, and Allison! Dennis orchestrated it all over the phone after our first visit and really got the ball rolling. Allison got us through the process quickly and efficiently. When we left there we didn t just leave a business we left some friends. If you visit East Coast RV you ll soon find out what I mean.

Outstanding service department! Provided a detailed and accurate estimate that was spot-on with the final charges. In addition, the work was completed much more quickly than I expected. The communication was excellent and the more expensive repairs were reviewed with me before the work began. Good people. Good service.

Amazing company! We bought our camper from them, service our camper with them. They even helped us through a minor crisis as we were pulling out for a 1000 mile camping trip. Great company top to bottom!
