I wanted a cheap vehicle to pull a small RV and I had a limited budget. I asked them for whatever they had where my priority was towing capacity and fuel economy and I really didn't care very much about cosmetics. I got exactly what I asked for in a better deal than I had hoped for. The car has been excellently maintained. Many new parts. Everything is tight. Can't be happier

I bought my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee here and it has been the Best experience. They are a variety of cars to fit anyone s budget.From on the lot and after Jay was professional knowledgeable and funny. If you need a used vehicle this is a great place to check out.

Jay is amazing. I gave him my price range and he quickly found many options that were within it. He was very honest about the pros and cons of each option, and has stayed in touch after the sale to make sure that everything worked out and that we're happy with our purchase. I've never had a better experience buying a car, and will absolutely be back.

Great guy to deal with. Very genuine up front person. I bought my 4th mini bus from him. Everything went great. Bus runs like a champ. Drove it back 9 hours to Myrtle Beach from Delaware no issues. Let me just say Better Priced Use car in Frankford de is Most definitely a great place . I was a single mother looking for a reliable vehicle . Jay was a great help & very patient . I m truely thankful . I have my vehicle & it runs well. I personally had a lot of bad experiences, and for once in my life, I feel like I have safe vehicle .

Bought a used bus for my Skoolie conversion. Jay was upfront about the condition and any issues with the bus. No pressure fair price. Call Jay if you need a bus for a Skoolie conversion.

We have purchased many used cars over the years and this was by far the best experience. Jay was pleasant, helpful and honest. He gave us a good deal at a good price. We have had the truck for 1 month now and are very happy with it

Highly recommend this wonderful vehicle seller. We contacted them from Georgia and they were professional and friendly from the beginning to the end of the transaction. Our church received a great bus and it was better than advertised. They actually provided a lift controller free of charge. Thank you so much and we truly appreciate your honesty and character. Honesty is very seldom present with many car lots but this lot breaks the stereotypical mold. Thank you again so much guys. We appreciate your service.

Jay was informative and open about my vehicle. His level of customer service before, during and after the purchase was beyond anything I expected.He made the experience of buying my vehicle so much less stressful than it could have been, and it was truly a relief.I was traveling up from FL to buy a vehicle bought from his eBay store and he made the entire purchase extremely easy. Even making himself available to meet for our purchase the weekend of July 4th! He was also concerned enough about our welfare that he maintained contact while we drove home in our new purchase! The vehicle did well all the way home and I am very happy.My next purchase, I will be checking with Jay first! He will enthusiastically show you pictures of his adorable family, but he s a family man and really understood what we were looking for.

Had a great experience with Jay. Buying a car is the one thing I regret the most. The pushiness, lies, deceiving, and everything else that goes with it. Jay was none of this. It was my son's first purchase and we both were extremely pleased. Honest, courteous, not looking to make another sale. He was truly concerned that my son purchased a good vehicle for his first car.His professionalism didn't stop there. After the purchase he offered to make a check engine light repair on his dime. While doing this he also replaced the hood shocks, you know the things that hold your hood up, since they did not work. Again on his dime, then offered if we ever needed anything with the vehicle he would help us out. Above and beyond. A true server to the people. He definitely won us over as a returning customer.Thank you Jay.

We needed a used car to replace the car that was totaled in an accident. Instead of walking around lots of dealerships and listening to their sales pitches, I looked at all local used car dealers and read their reviews. Jay at BetterPricedUsedCars wasa continual 5 review! And it is a rating well deserved. We drove a few cars and Jay was honest about what problems each one might have and explained he would work with us to make them safe and pass inspection . I could go on about all the ways he helped us through the buying process. He and his staff are super and I would give them one more.... Definitely 6 s!!!!

i was on the hunt in Sussex county for something cheap but drive able. All the other car lots laughed at me and two were actually rude. Stopped at Better Price as the last place, and Jay hooked me up! He told me the issues with the truck and the price reflected that. It s not pretty but it runs and was exactly what Jay said it was. Transaction took 30 mins and he never treated me like a dumb female buying a car. The lady in the office, Val, was super nice, too. The bottom line: If you need a car, Jay WILL find a way. Definitely, This is the best place to buy a car ,, JAY is a great guy,,,is very knowledgeable person,he helped me through all the process buying my 2009 F350 SUPER DUTYJay and his team will help you through the process buying your car or truck ,,,he picked me up at the bus station and he took me the location in his own time,, JAY is very patient,, he showed me details of my F350,,,I drove 4 hours back to New York,, no issues, no problems,,10 stars,,,, I definitely recommend BETTER PRICED USED CARS,, call JAY he is the right person to deal with, he give me a very good deal,,,

Wonderful experience. I took a friend around town to find a car for an affordable price, and we were about to give up before we found this place. Jay was very cool and nice from the first moment we met him. We let him know my friend could only do an $800 down payment, but was more than able to do the rest of the monthly payments, and he let us test drive a couple different cars before he set us up with the one we got. He made the experience of getting a car very stress free and easy, and we walked away very happy that we could get a car on such short notice, quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a used car.

The best experience I've had buying a car, Period! I have 4000 miles on my Toyota I brought from Jay since I purchased it. Were there issues with the car? Yes it's a 21 year old car I fixed the little stuff but Jay was true to his word and fixed one big issue the car had. I couldn't be more pleased with the car and service I've received from Better Priced Used Cars.

Bought a school bus from Jay, sight unseen via the internet. Communication was excellent, Jay provided a pick up at the airport and paperwork and transaction was quick and effortless. Drove the bus from Delaware to Florida with no issues. Bus was accurately described, Jay made sure it was checked out and ready to go before I arrived. Would highly recommend to anyone purchasing a bus or any vehicle from Jay and this company

Jay and his staff worked tirelessly getting us the vehicles, yes vehicles we needed. Not only did we purchase one vehicle from Better Priced Used Cars, we bought THREE!! When one was totaled due to an accident he helped us navigate through the process.Jay worked very hard to find us the right vehicle for our needs. If anything seemed wrong or we had questions he was quick to get back to us! A top notch place to buy a used car!! Helped us get financing with a friendly approach and a big SMILE!!! Scam Artists. First off, let me state that I m in the military and apart of the Law Enforcement background. I had to purchase a quick vehicle before I left for a deployment overseas. In my line of work, your word and trust is everything you have. I bought my family a vehicle here due to the good reviews and it seemed legit. I rode around 3 hours to get there, and spoke with Jay , he stated the SUV I was buying had NO issues and was a good vehicle. I bought it and got inside and then he stated it should make it back to where you re coming from , I m 99% sure , It should?! You just stated there were no problems. The vehicle only made it 20 miles before the engine completely exploded. I had to have it towed over 2 hours away and I was stranded on the side of the road. I called back and there was no answer from them. I had to have the Engine replaced, and it s been a headache since I m not even in the country. Rather then being honest, they would rather make a quick buck and sell people lemons. DO NOT BUY HERE.

Called checking for a car I seen online on website. Had a attitude on the phone. Long story short website hasn t been updated in a year. Keeps cutting me off telling me how long he s been dealing cars like a care .you a used car salesman in Delaware lol I was gonna buy car cash but with that type attitude and poor customer service who would want a car if it was even there. If you don t know how to talk to people and persuade them to buy a car don t have a raggedy used dealership will never recommend this place

I m not sure where to begin but first and foremost, I must say THANK YOU to Jay and his staff at Better Priced Used Cars. They have really been a saving Grace for me. To make a long story short, unfortunately I m a recent widow with 3 beautiful children. I m blessed to have have 25 years with my high school sweetheart!! Needless to say he was always the one to deal with the car and any/all it s issues! I thank God he was an amazing teacher! But nobody prepared me to be abruptly thrown into a man s world. Being a single female today is a struggle in its self. Buying a car is another level of struggle, add those two together fun times!! I m sure the look of defeat was written all over my face when I walked on to Jays lot I spotted my mini Cooper and I was in love! He was instantly warm and welcoming, very understanding and is quick to respond! Very helpful, I couldn t be more pleased with my vehicle! I recommend anybody, especially a single woman, looking for a new vehicle and wants to be treated with respect, go see Jay!Thank you Jay I m really enjoying my mini! K.T.

Jay is LITERALLY the best! He was very communicative with me about the car I was interested in and when I got there, we got to business! The process was quick and easy and I left with an amazing car!! There was a minor issue prior to buying the car that was fixed before I even got there! So they definitely have GREAT customer service!!I'm VERY happy and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a good place!!

Ok. So, went and looked at a 22 years old van.Had some cosmetic issues, but I didn t really care about that.Test drove it. It ran great.Bought it. When leaving the lot, some issues immediately popped up.Electrical issues, fuel pump... turned around and brought it back.To be honest, I was angry and wanted my money back. But Jay asked for a few days to get it checked out.The owner said if we can t get it right by Wednesday will give you a full refund.Jay stayed in contact with me the whole time giving me updatesThey fixed everything...Went above and beyond what a used car dealership would normally do.Picked it up and not only did it run great, but extra work was done at no additional cost to me.These guys understand that used vehicles are gonna have problems and they do their best to get you what you want/need to be happy about your purchase.Will definitely be making more purchases from these guys in the future.Thanks Jay.....you guys were great...

I went to multiple car dealerships/lots looking for a decent car at a decent price, without a doubt this place had the most options for me. The process was simple and the staff there is great. Jay (who sold me my car) was very helpful, fair and was straight forward with everything which was very refreshing. They are the real deal and I will recommend everyone to go there for their car needs! They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied even after you purchase a vehicle.

So every car I've got from Jodi and Jay has worked exceptionally well. I REALLY LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!! They hooked me, up gave me the best price on the market. I can't describe how much Jay will go to the limit to make sure his customer's are happy, and get the car they need. Definitely some of my favorite people and they have great cars.

Hands down Best place to buy a used vehicle A++ extra + forAbove and beyond top notch serviceThey have a real mechanic inspect vehicles and disclose every detail even as minuscule as a missing heat shield on the van I purchasedI had full confidence even before I got there that I would be able to make it home no problem.Free pick up from the bus or airportEven though I was 40 minutes away Jay picked me up , and got me out of the office and on the road in under 15 minutes.I drove 950 miles home with out a hitchNext time anyone I know or myself needs a vehicle in the future we we ll be taking a well worth trip to see the great guys at Better Priced Used Cars.
