This is two stars until they buy squeegees for every gas pump and start filling up their windshield washer reservoirs. They are bone dry now. Don't stop here for gas if you have a dirty windshield.

Purchased a car wash with my fill up today and the door would not open on the car wash went in to let them know and get help. I go in you have one person up front and a line yes there is self check not everyone uses it. Finally get to the guy at the register and I get the manager is on the phone it will be just a minute. I waited a total of thirty minutes she comes out on her personal call goes talks to the person cooking chicken then the gentleman that was helping me let's her know he needs her and she brushes it off on the counter guy to take care of it. To me this is unprofessional even if it was a business call the person on the other end Would understand a customer needs help just sad for a place I get gas all the time

Needed gas went here didn't interact with the employees use the bathroom and it's clean store is clean but when you wash your hands the water sprays u but will come back

This is a nice Royal Farms location in Felton, on the corner of Midstate and Dupont Hwy. This station has good gas prices and a nice convenience store with food, drinks and snacks. Has a large number of pumps. They have free air for your tires and a nice open property with easy access from Midstate or Dupont Hwy.

The managers at this store location are rude and talk down to the employees. Unprofessional in every way possible at this location. Service was not good and how much I have come here I have seen one or two good employees. Which I haven t seen in an awhile so I assume they left. Hope you guys do better

Ordered 8 pieces dark chicken with 8 rolls. Got home had 1 roll. Called the store 5 times and no answer. Started diving back on 6th call got an answer told them I'm missing 7 rolls thru apologize and tell me they will have them ready when I get there. Get the box from pebbles go outside and she gave me biscuits... Done at this point will just go somewhere else

This was my go to store chain other than a grocery store. Chicken is awesome with great deals. Coffee is amazing with great deals as well. The Royal Farms store card is very much worth it. The more money you spend, the more points you accumulate and points can be exchanged for specific weekly items with chicken deals included! Loved these stores.

The gas pumps have worn out key pads, buttons and readers. The interior of the store has shown a steady decline in its level of cleanliness.The whole place needs a major overhaul.

No regular bottle waters to buy in cold shelves for several days.....Donut trays DIRTY...What is going on with this place....This makes TWO Royal Farms in the are that are terrible....If you can't order stuff timely or have extra to put out instead of being empty then why not close up or seek other vendors or employees to order better if this problem is with your store...No excuse for refrigerated water shelves to be Empty since last week...And your Chicken Salad is good but you can reduce some mayonnaise in it also....This use to be my favorite store I will go to the other down road and hope for better service needs.....I am not spending over top for high-end company water when deerpar is just as good that you should have

Average gas prices and usually well stocked. Bathrooms are typically clean and staff is usually friendly. For ROFO s this one is towards the top.

I bought fuel and a car wash however the car wash didn't work properly, went inside to let the clerks know the problem and I was issued another wash, that did work properly but instead of it taking 10 minutes it ended up taking about 30 to 40 minutes total an extra 30 minutes that I will never get back

Got my car towed it does not drive the same and when I asked for a report Gary the owner was blank. Gave me no detail on when my car was towed are anything he is very rude. All he had to do was give me a full report which he refused to do just kept repeating it was a clean tow Gary man to man ima remember you

This store was filthy, had a worker on her cell phone that never even acknowledged I walked to the counter. There worker in the chicken counter was rude, but only one working that I saw. Ice cream in case was soft. Will not be back to this location for sure.

This place is disgusting. I stopped in to use the restroom and found an employee in the stall. When he got out, he barely washed his hands and then left. I proceeded to the stall and found fecal matter on the walls that obviously hadn't been cleaned up for awhile. There was also some on the toilet seat. After I left the restroom, I looked around to spot the employee that hadn't washed his hands. He was working behind the food counter. If you like the taste of fecies, this is the perfect place for you. However, I will never be coming back.

Card readers often don t work because the readers are never cleaned. ROFO rewards CANNOT be redeemed if your card doesn t get read properly by their outdated equipment! Scam! My loyalty to Royal Farms has turned to avoid. Maybe I ll use the bathroom but never another penny spent at Royal Farms. Corporate people are clueless and no it has nothing to do with how the cashier says let me swipe it for you . Your card readers don t work properly you IDIOTS. Anywhere but Royal Farms, Good Bye

This seems to be an issue at most locations. You'd think their breakfast sandwiches would be fresh in the mornings, but most of the time they aren't. The biscuit is usually the one that's hard as a rock but today the sausage was hard and shriveled like it was from yesterday. I'll just go to McDonald's or Wawa from now on. This should be looked into by food safety inspectors.

Store open 24 hours but don t expect them to have hot food available after 11pm. Better off going to the new wawa up the road.

Anytime I get food here that isn't just chicken they completely screw it up even if it's simple. Like right now, 2 breakfast sandwiches, both completely ruined. Wrong eggs, wrong cheese, not toasted, no condiments I selected, one even had vegetables on it for no reason, on a breakfast sandwich like come on really. These are ridiculously priced for what you get even if they are ever right. It would probably help if there was more then 1 person in the deli at 6 am. (thought 2 others show up for a minute then left again)However chicken and wedges are OK most of the time, so I give them 2 stars on that.Really hope one day we get a wawa around here.

I don't even want to give it 1 star. Out of everything all the time! Order subs... No lettuce, another time no tomatoes, another time out of cheese, another time out of chicken except drums, same night out of biscuts. Soda fountain area always looks like a cyclone hit it half the time out of lids, or staws, or better yet product! God forbid even ran out of popular brand cigarettes. Tonight the lady in front of me asked for 4 different kinds of cigarettes only to be told each time they were out. She finally got lucky on her 5th choice . The place is better suited to just close its except for gas or burnt coffee.

The carwash is a joke. I got the carwash along with a fill-up of gas. There was no resemblance of soap being applied. The final result was very bad. My car looked like someone slopped dirty water all over it. The spinning brushes worked but with no soap or CLEAN water to do the job they were useless. Don't use it carwash!

Most of their food is really bad, and/or, really expensive. But their new fresh ground coffee is really, really good, and reasonably priced. I'll make a special trip for that coffee.

Today when I stopped to get my lunch at Royal Farms there is a lady working and she has a southern accent, very friendly and polite I give her 5 stars

Every time I order from the deli counter my orders is wrong, how can I order a chicken BLT and get not even one piece of chicken on it? Or order a sub and get a so hard you couldn't even bite it sandwich..... not ordering food from this location ever again.

Been going there since they opened! Love the coffee, rewards. And the people are good people. Food is good most of the time!
