Listen to the negative reviews, they are true. From my own experience Kia Service Center is not a good place to take your car for maintenance. I only brought my car to Kia because people recommended I take it back to the dealership.12/2023: I brought it to Kia to get a evap purge valve replaced and new battery. It was towed here as the battery died. It took them over a week (after the part came in) to finish the repair. Zach showed very much carelessly behavior every time I talked to him about updates on my car.03/05/2024: I brought my 2019 Kia in to get serviced. When I scheduled the appointment the week prior I mentioned the reasons why the car needed serviced. I bring my car in and they did absolutely nothing. Zach said the service manager took it for a test drive and he didn t see the issues mentioned. Your vehicle is ready for pick up. I asked what was done? He said the engine light that was on was due to old history and it s cleared now. I tried explaining to him no, there is something wrong with the car. When I accelerate it stalls and so on. He says well my service manager said nothing is wrong. He drove it 27 miles and couldn t see the issue I m speaking. We are unable to repair anything because we didn t find the issues you were talking about and the engine light is cleared. I mentioned to him the engine light is coming on and off. He continued resisting and said well, the engine light is off as of now.2 day later on my way to work the engine light came back on like I told him it would.03/11/2024: I took it to Scotti Muffler to get other car maintenance done. Mechanic at Scotti goes to say the reason why your car is driving sluggish is because the evap purge valve is stuck open. I m like what? Kia dealership supposed to fixed that in December. I paid $732.20 for a purge valve replacement and a new battery then. He says that is the reason your car driving sluggish.This issue is something Kia Service Center ignored. I tried to stress to the advisor Zach there s an issue with the car that I would like looked into and fixed. Zach kept trying to convince me nothing is wrong when I knew differently.The purge valve is still under warranty with Kia but I have no desire to ever step foot back into this dealership as long as I can help it! I instead paid to have it replaced by a trusted mechanic.Zach and the Kia service team are careless, liars and try sweeping issues under the rug but I went to get a second opinion from a trusted mechanic.None of what I m saying here is false. I keep papers and proof on everything.If you can help it, do not take your vehicle here to get service, do not have your vehicle towed here expecting them to perform an efficient and timely job. They show nothing but careless behavior. At least in my experience both times! Save yourself the headache, the money and go elsewhere.

Easily the worst service center I ve taken my Kia to since owning it. The communication is terrible and the service I needed was never provided. After multiple visits and many dollars spent, the two issues I needed fixed are still occurring. No type of support or resolution offered. They offered me to keep bringing it in so I would spend more and more money. Never got a call from the general manager or service manager like I was promised. Time and money at this place was just wasted. I took my car to a different service center and the technicians said I don t know what they were working on but it wasn t anything close to what the issue was . I will NEVER bring my car here again. One visit at a different service center and both problems were resolved and my car runs like a dream. Avoid this place at all costs. If you live locally, take the extra drive to a different kia. Trust me. The reviews listed are low for a reason! Good luck.

Should be maybe a fraction of a single star rating. Several times service took forever. Several times different words from different people. Tires for life is not a real thing. Come time for it if you have a tire that ever needed replacing you will not get this because they told me they all have to equally be worn down. I cannot do anything about a random flat. So that voids that apparently. Also, the services that keep the tires for life in place are super expensive. Its insane how terrible my experience has been. I would never suggest buying from this place or Kia in general ever. This does not even scratch the surface of the disappointment i have experienced. Do not go here for a vehicle.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I have had a difficult time dealing with this establishment ...I was rushed through a sale...When i got there they showed me one car and expected me to purchase it , I asked to see more cars and set my mind on a Ford Fusion...3 weeks into the ownership the car failed coming home from work..After service having it for two days where i had to track down information by phone ,no one calling me ...i was left to get information from the receptionist that i would need to take it to a ford service ...and they said thank goodness that i purchased a warranty...my thoughts are this, if you didnt have the correct tools to find out what is wrong ,how could you sell it as working??? The issue is in the voltage but i needed to lose work and provide my own towing after only having it just over 3 weeks...Poor customer service ...I blame myself for buying from them ...This happy experience turned out to be a very bad decision on my part..No more Holly Kia, I will let everyone i run into not to purchase any car from them.
