My first visit to Felton Holly Kia was an absolutely wonderful experience! Mr. Zachary was very professional, pleasant and appreciative of my time. The work was completed in a very reasonable time, and sooner than expected, and even got vacuumed and washed! The waiting room is very comfortable, with free WiFi, coffee, tea and water for customers. I will definitely be returning to this dealership going forward for all of my service needs!

Antonio Scott (The Car Outlaw) is who I dealt with. This was my first experience of buying a car by myself. But Antonio made this stressful experience very easy and pleasant. He was a joy to work with. I went in on Tuesday night to test drive my beautiful 2016 Buick Encore and after several days of thinking about the purchase, I decided to take the leap and bought it on Saturday. Thank you Holly Kia and Antonio for making this stressed woman a happy customer.

My plan is to bring awareness to how I was treated at this dealership not place blame or fault on anyone. I reached out to purchase a vehicle. Jason the salesman responded promptly and advised on a 2020 Certified pre owned Sorento that would be seemingly a great fit. It was t my first choice but after he compared the warranties and all I trusted him and went with it. I even told him I didn t want to sit in the dealer for multiple hours so much of this process was done prior to my arrival. HUGE PLUS! Then I get there fast forward all the friendliness etc. Two days after I am noticing I have to put air in this tire multiple times. So I have to bring it in. It s a nail in the tire but I m told you could have driven over it, but no worries they plug the tire. No worries, thanks I m busy, had to deal with the loss of a loved one have children etc. Maybe four days later, the air is not working. I reach out and say, okay this is an issue. Is this the reason you pushed me to purchase this particular vehicle? Communication now ceases. But giving credit to everyone having best intentions I come in to speak with sales manager who I find is pretty dismissive to the fact I JUST got the car. And keeps repeating just take it to service they ll get you taken care of. I go to service who is slammed and can t get in for a week. So I come back to the sales manager who seems annoyed with me .for even bothering him to ask what my options are to get a vehicle that is actually working and not in need of repairs this early on?? He tells me I can get you out of it but you would need to put down 4-5 grand..!!!Now I m about to lose it! So you are telling me..less than two weeks in a car that was PROMISED to be certified etc all these issues and under no false advertising law will you give me an actual working vehicle?? So fast forward to service manager Jen who is super amazing and patient and has a heart I m in a loaner vehicle for more than a week because the vehicle needs an air conditioning compressor. So the NEW CERTIFIED car is with the dealer and I have a loaner??The lesson is..you can change a circumstance by COMMUNICATING! And admitting to it being an issue on your part and making it right! I then requested to speak with the GM and still haven t heard anything. I m so disappointed and could have taken my business elsewhere.

The best experience ever had with buying a car. Couldn't ask for anything more from our salesman Tim, He went well above & beyond! He addressed all of my my questions or concerns after purchase & if he didn't know he found out & got back with me. As far as the total experience with there whole team also was threw out the process was actually a pleasure ( imagine that)! They did exactly what was verbally agreed to on phone before the trip to dealership. I would highly recomend them & would give it more stars if I could!

My experience with purchasing cars and automobile maintenance in the past has been less than admirable with other dealers, makes and models. This is my first KIA. One of two that I purchased in 2023! The car is only part of the equation, customer service and maintenance is the other, more important, part! This is where Holly KIA SHINES!

My review is solely dedicated to the incompetent service department as the sales and finance people were lovely. I've made two separate appointments to fix an AC issue and both times I was told that the issue couldn't be worked on at that time. While I was questioning why they allow appointments to be made if they are unable to to carry them out, the arrogant service manager said "I've moved past that". Well, I haven't moved past you wasting my time but have moved past any desire to bring my car back to this dealership ever again. My advice to all is to avoid this service department at all costs.

Antonio was helpful. When I went to go set a date to come back I got another guy who was completely rude. Apparently it s not a tow in, pull in trade place. The other guy Said what am I supposed to do with a car that doesn t work. It does have engine issues I was told was fixable. I didn t get his name. I m confused isn t that a deal Holly Kia has tow in your trade in no matter what? Or does Jim not care to see ya in a Holly Kia. My car isn t even in bad shape looks wise either. They need to get it together. If that s not a deal they are doing then it needs to not be advertised, that s false advertising. I ll be back down soon and I hope I don t waste my time there again with out getting a vehicle. I m a returning customer and I always choose to come back because Felton Holly Kia was always good to me.

So I told myself I was going to give it a week but couldn't do it. 6 days a go I called and told Antonio I want to come in and get this K 5 Kia a car I wanted more then any other car in the world. I love them so much. I told him the one I want it was the cheapest one the basic model it was so perfect and only 22k. He ask me what time could I stop by I said 1pm. So I pulled in there right on the side door by his office round 12:55 parked. Then I seen the prettiest thing I had ever seen come pulling from the back right behind me as soon as I got out the car. It was a wolf gray 22 K5 really nice but not the one I ask for so I got closer and said man that's nice and he said yeah that's yours before I could say no I came for the blue one I looked over at it and seen red seats walked closer and seen they were leather with black stitching that read GT line I said real loud WoW . He said I'm not letting you go out like that and get the basic for just 4 grand less we going to get you in the best. I told him how bad my credit was and what I had to work with and he said I'm going to be honest this is going to be hard but we going to get it done. To be honest I don't know how he did it but he did it and I've been so happy the last 6 days I can't stop smiling. Holly Kia in Felton is the best dealership in all of Delmarva and I put that on everything I love including my car

Needed keys cut dealt with Kim I believe in parts. Wonderful person very professional and explained everything clearly and precise with handling my need of service. Highly satisfied called about 2 or 3 years ago unsure what was going on never would get an answer or got hung up on but today for the great year of 2024 when great things will happen I dealt with a great person who gave great customer service!

I went there 6 years to get a car and had a wonderful experience, got a great car at a great price. This time I went back and the experience was not good at all. I was not happy with the service I was given, and I feel like I was being low balled. It left a bad taste in my mouth !

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! Salesman Tim stated we were discriiminated against due to us being Afro-Americans & not having a boat load of money like his Asian sale afterwards. He played the oh I'm so sorry fiddle after back peddling on what he originally told us, which included false hope, & requesting a $36.00 bill pay-off, which we did. What he didn't know was that I have over 100,000 followers on google reviews. So if people avoid this dealership due to my review of this dealership, you have TIM to thanks!!! Just because we are afro-americans, do not mean we are ignorant! THANKS TIM!

I have been looking at cars online and driving around lots for over a month since my Nissan Xterra stopped working on me. I loved my Xterra bc I got her with 72,000 miles on her and when she stopped working she had 264,000 miles on her and if I had a spare car I would fix her but I needed a more reliable car and isn t a gas hog. My dad and I went to Felton Killy Kia and we met Antonio Scott (The Car Outlaw). I told him my score and what I was looking for and I fell in love with a used Nissan Altima. He worked hard to get monthly payments that wouldn t cost me my second born grandchild. I will definitely be coming back for my future vehicles. Thank you so much Antonio and Corey!!!

I hope no one ever has to take their car to Felton Holly Kia for service. The only reason they are receiving two stars is because Selbyville was so kind, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. Felton's service department lacked communication and compassion above all. I have done my part as a customer. I have taken it in for all recalls and never neglected having work done on time. I understand Kia is suffering through a national class action with a decade of engine failures, and "Felton is the smallest Kia on the eastern seaboard." I truly believe that Kia Certified Service Director, Mike Hayes, is at the center of the issue. I have nothing nice to say about his qualifications as Holly Kia's service manager. I will never bring my vehicle back nor purchase another Kia. Allowing someone with such a lack of empathy to run the service department is a disgrace. As long as I own this vehicle I will drive to any other Kia dealership.

Parts department need to work on their experience very bad commutation and forget order the parts all the time also it's seems no one want to answer the phone. You have to chase them the parts every time you order it always have issues with processing to get the parts on time or get right first time

I brought my son to this Holly Kia in Felton DE to purchase his first. Jason Renda was very helpful and answered any questions/concerns that we had. I will definitely be back with a few more referrals for Jason. I recommend this dealership and Jason as your salesperson for your next car purchase new or used. Jason is very knowledgeable and will make sure he does everything he could to make your experience in buying new car is quick and stress free.

*** Proceed with caution when using this dealership!!! *** I had been on a search for Kia K5 GT for the last 6 months. I reached out to many Kia dealerships in that time and either they did not have what I wanted or were asking for 2k to 5k over MSRP. Then there is Holly Kia. The person I was working with was enthusiastic and willing to communicate, which was good. He said he was expecting a 2024 to come in soon and I asked him to keep in touch and he eagerly agreed. One day at end of June he sends me a picture of the window sticker showing an added market adjustment of $8,500.That's right, $8,500. Absolutely ridiculous! I felt like they were fishing to see if I'd bite and that's a shady, incredibly unprofessional sales tactic. Shame on you Holly Kia! I contacted 14 other Kia dealerships and not a single one was near what they were trying to get. Honesty and trust wins the game in this rebounding market. Fortunately, I found a dealer in MD who wanted only a $1,000 over invoice. Car secure and they'll get all of my business even if they are 45 minutes away.

I had a good buying experience here, but their service needs a great deal of work. I have been trying to get oil changes here, but I don t think I can continue unless they get their act together. With an appointment, they told me this morning that it will be a 1.5 hours wait. Jiffy Lube can do it in 20 minutes. This is after a month wait for the appointment. Of course they tried to sell me more stuff for $500. I am confident this will be my last time here.

Avoid the service department at all costs! This place uses a 3rd party scheduling service that is completely useless. Twice my service appointments have been incorrectly booked causing delays in getting things done. Even the tone of the people who there show that this is a known issue in the organization.

Our salesmen was Darrin Coverdale was a very smooth transition. Very easy to work with and easy going. Never felt pressure to buy. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles and stayed after closing time to make sure we understand how it all works. I d deal with him again. Also while we waited for darrin to be available another salesmen showed up around and he was the same as darrin very easy going thank you guys for helping my wife find a new suv

Excellent service! I was looking for a specific car and called 20 Kia dealerships. John the sales manager was able to find the vehicle I was looking for, gave me the best price and they even delivered it to my house in northeast Pennsylvania free of charge and around my schedule! The guys that delivered the car were very friendly and helpful. Zach was the salesman and he assisted me with all of my warranty questions and car computer set up over the phone upon delivery. I would definitely recommend this place, from start to finish they provided excellent service and I never even stepped into the dealership.
