I stopped In a couple days ago to look around. I was in the market and planned for this to be my first stop of many for the day because it was my only day off. Jason approached me on the lot and it was game over. I didn t leave the lot and left with a new truck! A genuine salesman that just wanted to do right by me. He introduced me to Mike, the manager, and I gave them my budget. They showed me several trucks in my budget and we made it work for a beautiful truck under my budget! These guys were fantastic, great communication, professional, fun to work with l, true to their word and trustworthy until the end. I will for sure be back to buy again and spread the word on this dealership and these gentleman. It s hard to find great service, Jason and Mike restored my faith! Bravo . I will be back!

Had a fantastic experience working with Jeron at the Truck Store. He went out of his way to help my family figure out the right vehicle. He was the reason we came back to this place over again while we were on the hunt. If you are in the market for a vehicle and near Delaware you should consider this place and ask for Jeron.

Great service, great people! This is our second time buying a truck from Curtis in the last 10 months. We needed to upgrade our truck and they made it happen! What a phenomenal team of people!

I cannot recommend this place enough!! My husband and I have bought 2 vehicles from them in the last 6 months! James was my salesman and he has been great both times! He gets to know you and what you want and doesn t force you to buy anything you don t want! I don t have the best credit but mike and the finance guys were amazing at getting me an approval!!

We went there to see a pickup truck they do have couple. But the service mm not too convincing he never gave me a business card and trying to force me for the one that I don't like. Bad impression....

Bought a truck almost a year ago and I think I have had it in my possession for less than a month. First month was fine and then its been in shop ever since. Wouldnt start and wont show the fuel . I finally picked it up today. While there another person came in that purchased a truck from same place and only had their truck few weeks and its having issues. I will never get a vehicle from them again

My husband and I went to look at a trucks and found a deal we could not refuse. Thank you to everyone at the truck store for making the process so pleasant James B our sales associate was amazing. He listened to all our needs and helped my husband pick a truck that was in our budget and checked off on all the must haves. James took his time with us never once did we feel rushed or pushed into buying something. He was respectful of our wishes and gave us excellent customer service. Not only was James amazing but the whole staff was so kind and understanding. We had taken our 4 year old with us and everyone there helped keep her comfortable because as we all know car buying isn t a 15 min process. I couldn t have asked for a better experience. I live an hour away from the dealership and I would drive the hour for the customer service we received. James and the team where kind respectful and very honest. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Also a big thank you to mike the finance manger who fought to get us an approval within the price range we wanted.

Had a deal worked out and was doing the paperwork when the sales manager started acting extremely abrupt. So bad that I called off the deal and left. These guys are shysters to be honest and I am glad I did not buy the truck. Most are beat up auction trucks cleaned up for a quick sale.

I could not be happier with our experience at the Truck Store in Dover, DE. Greg was so kind and super knowledgeable about each individual truck. He really helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Mike the finance guy was awesome! He has a great sense of humor and is really knowledgeable as well, he advocated for us to get an even better extended warranty at a fair price. I am blown away how easy the process was. We will definitely be returning customers and definitely be referring all of our friends!!!

My husband bought a truck through James at Dover location. It was the best car buying process we have ever gone through. Very friendly atmosphere and great customer service! We went in to get a new vehicle for my husband when his jeep motor died. James in sales was awesome and helped us with everything. Instead of getting one to get him back on the road we ended up leaving the lot with two. We'll definitely be referring our friends and family to him. Mike in finance worked hard to get all our financing paperwork taken care of so we were able to get off the lot and on the road. Thanks for everything guys!

Working with James on finding the perfect truck for our Buissness has been amazing!! He gives great advise and makes you feel like his favorite client! If you are looking to buy a truck make sure you ask for James! You will not regret it!Update:Just brought our first truck from James, and let me tell you. Everything he said he would do to make sure we got the right truck and deal he made happen. Even got us a better interest rate then our personal bank, if your looking for a truck and someone to answer all your questions that might even seem annoying to you go to the truck store and ask for JAMES he will get you 100% right.

Had an amazing experience buying my new van from Mike Ferraro at The Truck Store in Dover DE. He made the process extremely easy, painless, and could answer any questions I had. Rob was very helpful with filling out and getting me finance. I am from a couple states away and was on a time crunch to make it back home for work. Mike was a big help, got me in and out. Also was very patient, going on multiple test drives trying to find the perfect vehicle to fit my family. All in all this was the easiest time I ever had buying a vehicle.

Buying from Mike Ferraro at The Truck Store, Dover was the best buying experience I have had. My wife and I went to look at and test drive a truck, saw a completely different truck and drove it instead. Mike and Grant stayed after hours to work on the deal. Great guys to deal with and a great selection of trucks. Would definitely recommend stopping by there. Ask for Mike!

I worked with Mark at The Truck Store in Dover. He went out of his way to help my wife and I find the perfect truck. We went back and forth for about a month and he kept helping us. My experience at the Truck Store In Dover was very good. Marc worked with me. He informed me on trucks that he felt I would be interested in. I never felt pressured to buy anything. They have a great group of salesman I would definitely go back to buy another truck from him. When the time comes I will start there!!

I went to the Truck Store in Dover De looking for a van to use for Calvary Church's mobile food pantry and I found the perfect one. I was greeted by Mark Schotee and the rest is history. The next day we had a great time processing our purchase with the owner and Mark and we are very happy with our experience. Thank you Truck Store and Mark for helping us get our mobile food pantry up and running again to help the poor and needy in our community! God Bless!

My husband and I came here looking for a truck to haul our new camper. We worked with Mark(sales)and then Rob(finance) who were both pleasant and straight forward. We found the best truck at definitely a way better price than anywhere we had been. It was a great experience and we didn t have to waste our whole day!! Would definitely recommend and shop again!! Ron Travers was my sales consultant and he was instrumental in helping me acquire my new 2018 ford F-150. He stayed with me through the entire process and made the deal happen. I'm very glad I went to the truck store to make my purchase.

Everyone was extremely kind and friendly and the entire process was so painless. Mark was phenomenal and extremely helpful making my truck buying experience pleasant. I definitely recommend checking them out, they have a wide variety of trucks to choose from in excellent condition!

Curtis was phenomenal, honest and not pushy. Finance manager, Mike, took his time to explain everything. If you re in search for a truck, you definitely need to stop here!! Extremely nice people to deal with and such a quick process!!

Second vehicle from truck store and they came thru again. Trade in allowance was on the mark. Vehicle we wanted was at the car store in laurel so we completed the deal in dover then drove to laurel to pick up our new car. The entire staff were great. Thank you.

I worked with Mike Ferrero on getting my son a newer F150. Nice guy to work with. Within a couple hours we were in and out with the truck he wanted. Everyone there was courteous. If you like trucks you probably won t leave without buying one since they keep all different makes and models in their inventory.

Went to this place because I am considering a late model used truck, and they have all of the big 3 to compare. All seemed fine until the sales person asked me if I had been there before, which I had not. My name is not tehat uncommon, and apparently someone with my first name, and surname, but a different middle name was in their computer system for whatever reason. We went out, looked at trucks, and before I left salesman told me that he wanted me to meet his manager. When I met the manager, he wasn't exactly rude, but aloof and strange for sure. Made some strange small talk, I was told that he would send me printouts of vehicles I had seen, and that he would follow up in a few days. I have yet to see anything or hear from the salesman. Strange, strange encounter. I'll not be returning!

So satisfied! Curtis was extremely patient while I made my selections ( I changed my mind a few times lol) and Mike made all the financials come together in my difficult situation! 5 stars all the way and I recommend them ! My son is about to be driving and I will not take him anywhere else!!
