Took my corvette in to get the windows tinted and the technician did an over the top amazing job, I love it. They take care and pride in their work and the customer service is outstanding and very courteous and professional and caring.. ty soo much. I've been there quite a few times and never had a bad experience. Ty everyone....

I fixed my car alarm and security system here and the service was great! You need to call for an appointment, and then drop your car there. They have variety services and great customer care. I had gone back after some weeks due to a very sensitive car sensor and they fix it at no cost. It's a little bit pricey compared to other places I research, but good services comes at a cost.

I found Sound of TriState way back in the early 90 s as a teenager getting my first car stereo upgraded at the now closed location of Morton PA. Ever since then, I have trusted them with all my vehicles. This past week I had a JL Audio Stealthbox installed in my 2023 Chevrolet Silverado and couldn t be happier. The install was super clean and you d never even know it was there until you hear it. I went into the store and met Jamie. He explained everything to me and recommended how it would all work and what was compatible with my vehicle. He regularly emailed me with updates to shipping as well as scheduling my install once all the parts were in. The install was amazing. I was hesitant about modifying my new vehicle and didn t want anything to show that it was worked on. Prayers were answered! It looks exactly the same as if it was never touched. Sound is incredible! I couldn t be happier! After having 7 vehicles done by Sound of Tristate, I can easily say that I have the utmost faith in this company and will not have anyone else work on my vehicles. Excellent work and customer service from pros that know what they are doing. Thank you Jamie and the team at Sound of Tristate! I am a customer for life!

Great employees at the store. Bobby is a HUGE help and his knowledge is endless in this line of work. I think he's been an employee with Sound of Tri-State for over a decade :) It's hard finding great employees. Jamie is great peoples, too! They installed a sound system for my Polaris Slingshot. Amazinggggg guys at this Store... and they always make themselves available for their customers! xoxo

Excellent work. Had them tint my 10th Gen Si. Quality of the work is outstanding. Plus, they will go out of there way to help you obtain anything they can. Great place.

This place is the best in the state. Have worked with me on multiple vehicles. Jamie is awesome, went above and beyond to get my truck in there for a repair on short notice. Then even came and picked up my truck when I was dealing with a work emergency and couldn't get it over to the shop.Incredible customer service!

So impressed with my service! Jamie scheduled my appointment and was also a pleasant face to see while dropping my vehicle off and picking up. Phenomenal customer service by far. I got a remote starter installed in my new vehicle, and the service was prompt, friendly, and I was given instructions on using the remote with the new addition. I m so grateful that Nissan recommended Sound of Tri-State and with the quality of service I received I d highly recommend them for any services but especially for the remote starters to be installed.

They installed front and rear cameras inside my car that have not functioned properly since the installation. Disappointed with the cameras. They cost too much money to not work properly. I believe it could be that they were just not installed correctly.

Wonder experience with purchasing & installing wheels and tires. Jamie was extremely helpful & very pleasant to work with...great customer service is hard to come by these days but you'll definitely receive the 5 star treatment at this Dover location! There was a little glitch with one of the wheels (not their fault, probably occurred during shipping) he got the manager and they're making it right. Outstanding.

Professional staff, worked with Jaimie I think it was, good selection of systems. Reasonable prices.Some advice when you go, make sure you know exactly what your car is, make, model, year, etc. They base ordering their parts off of this information so if you don't provide the right information it'll take longer for them to work out what they need to install your system.Only drawback in my experience was we had to go back repeatedly to get our system finished because they either ordered the wrong parts or didn't order a part they needed. Would go here again regardless!

EXCELLENT!!! They were extremely helpful and unbelievably knowledgeable about product. They helped me select items were tailored to my needs. They had tremendous respect for my budget, and helped me select products with-in that budget that would not only meet my expectations, but exceed them!Once i got home and began to install my stereo and speakers, they even helped me with questions over the phone. SUPER easy to deal with and genuinely customer service oriented. I drove over an hour each way to go there!! Worth every second!!!

I won't ever be back or recommend them.Beware Sound of tristate does good work, however a few days after that put in my remote start, on my way home from work I notice I couldn't turn my wipes onto high speed (I could before November 16th when sound of tristate put in my remote start) I call Honda and asked for the guy who sold me the car since I just brought it, he said bring it in I'll take a look at it. So the next morning I did he came out and find out that cover to my steering wheel was not put back on properly so we took it into the service center where another nice gentlemen fixed it and ask "who put in your remote starter, they didn't put the cover back on right and they misthread the screws" he had to put new screws in too. He advised me to go to sound of tristate letting them know of the problem they cause and how they made my car unsafe for me to drive.If you don't like what I said then don't bother commenting! High speed wipers are required for all vehicles, and it was really nasty out that night driving home 30 miles.

I had a new radio installed, to upgrade from the OEM product. The staff were very helpful in assisting with the right radio for me. The installation was top notch, with the technician taking time to go over the operation and connecting my phone. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to upgrade their vehicle sound system.

Good customer service but should have contacted me in advance to avoid need for customer service. I ordered a particular car stereo for my vehicle based on the features and size. It was upgraded to a higher model but the form factor (size) was slightly different. I should have been contacted for approval of the substitution. I had to contact customer service to return it. Customer service was great though, they provided a return shipping label and refund was given in a few days.

Tri-State has an outstanding customer support, by phone and email. shipping is lighting fast, the quality of the products is very good with amazing prices.I got three car amp with a price no other company online would ever offer. My amplifiers were brand new, with no problems, all the manuals, cables and accesories ready for easy installation.Don't hesitate to purchase from this store, you will be grateful.

Excellent customer service! We have had two cars windows tinted here. Excellent experiences both times. Scheduling appointments and dropping off/picking up vehicles in a timely manner is a breeze. We will continue to use them in the future.

Absolutely horrible experience online and over the phone. I spent 200$ on a car starter and it was defective. I sent the old one back and it sat at the front desk for over a month. I never got my return and called the Philadelphia store thinking maybe I'll just drive 4 hours to finally get my item. The person was extremely rude and hung up on me. I called the store where I shipped my package to and was told that my item never made it back to the return area. It was still sitting on the front desk. The person shipped me a replacement one and when I the item came in it was extremely corroded and was heavily used. I called them back and the person said that he didn't see any problem and that he didn't see any corrosion in the photos I sent him. This item was purchased for Christmas around December 3 and it's now July 8 with no resolve and no one will do anything for me.

Great price, fast secure shipping, good customer service. Placed an order on the 12/19/16 and recvd 12/24. As described AND Best price on the net (I shopped for weeks). Had an issue with the order and called customer service and worked with them to resolve issue. I believe it was Ashley who helped me resolve my issue, real-time, right on the phone. I did have to persist and make several calls (busy holiday season) but resolved successfully. Love the product! Thanks!
