My recent visit to the Price Acura was an overall positive experience, thanks in large part to the fantastic customer service I received. Bryan Wallace was my point of contact, and he went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, and I never felt pressured or rushed. I highly recommend this dealership, and especially Bryan, to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free experience.

Price Acura is a great place. They treat us so nice. This appointment was an expensive one, but necessary to keep our RDX in tip top condition. Once returned, it feels like a new car. Definitely a keeper on the vehicle and Price Acura.Thank you for outstanding service.

Buyer beware: I am not local to any Acura dealerships, so I emailed multiple to get a feel for them and their pricing. Initial price with desired accessories came in $2k higher on out-the-door than other nearby dealers, and when I said this, I had their out-the-door offer coldly repeated to me without even acknowledging the lower price I was quoted at other dealers. I asked them to remove me from any mailing lists and ultimately bought the car they quoted me at $46.4k for $41.9k out-the-door across the bridge.

Good Experience,Colleen has been caring for my car's maintenance for greater than 15 years (some at another dealer), and she's always courteous and informative. She takes care to ensure the current issues are taken care of, and informs me of potential issues, and future scheduled maintenance. A note about the facility; I've been a Honda Customer, and "evolved" into an Acura customer. Acura is Honda's Premier Brand; their show room, and employees should reflect that distinction... Colleen has always reflected that distinction, but your Acura facility has been down too long...

Took my MDX to price, after my family recommended them, to have a fault code diagnosed and routine service done. Colleen was super attentive, kept me in the loop the whole time! My fault code ended up being covered under the Acura factory warranty. They had the part in 3 days, did all other service requested, kept me informed daily on the car, and offered a loaner MULTIPLE TIMES. Colleen was above and beyond professional and kind. They truly care about their clients and their cars. Will 100 percent return to price, even though it s a hour away from where I live, to have all services done. Well worth the drive.

Never a bad experience! I had to get 4 new tires and an ignition coil replaced and everything was well explained by the technician as well as the service consultant . I was provided a loaner car and updated daily until my car was ready . No matter who I work with always a pleasurable experience . I travel from Wilmington to have my car serviced and will continue to do so !

While getting my MDX serviced is not always a pleasure, the folks at Price Acura make it easy and fast. Great customer service, from making the appointment through picking it up and even afterwards. Calvin is the best! Call him and boom! I'm taken care of. I trust the team that touches my MDX too, I know it will be serviced properly without adding on things that aren't needed- like at some other shops. Everyone is so friendly. If you need to get your ride serviced- take it to the team at Price Acura!

I had a coupon they would not honor after I dropped my car off and they told me they would honor it. They said it was a glitch in the system. It should've been honored because it wasn't my fault that they gave it to me in my rewards account. They said they hadn't run that special in a while and they weren't sure why it was in my rewards account. Big inconvenience

Was instantly greeted by Justin Silva and all I can say is he s the nicest and informative guy you will meet!! He was very patient, as we weren t sure what model we wanted. He showed us multiple models and carefully explained the difference in each. It was a wonderful process. Everyone one there was very helpful and extremely nice. They gave is a great deal and we couldn t be happier!! We are from NC and came here to get this car. I would def come back!!! Highly recommend! And make sure you ask for Justin Silva!!

We are so happy that we purchased our Acura from Price. Recently having our car serviced with pick up and delivery service, we had the pleasure of meeting Billy who delivered our loaner. Billy is truly a gem in the crown of Price Acura. Billy was Professional, courteous and timely. Colleen in the service department was absolutely wonderful in keeping me fully informed on the status of my repair.I won t need another car for a long time but I will absolutely refer my friends and family to The Price Automotive Group. You know how to do things right!

I don't know what's going on with the business there but it's going down took my car a week before the holidays didnt get it back til after missing work. To get my car back after $500+ in service and and same check engine light to come on very next day and have my key damaged.

Colleen made this a smooth service appointment, explaining what was done and cost, providing information and options on future services and she was professional and friendly. I felt she had my best interest in mind. They also arranged for their shuttle to take me to a store while I was waiting. The driver, Wayne, was courteous and prompt with taking me and pickup. It was a pleasant experience and I felt confident of the car service.

Update: 2-27-24 : wow what a difference from last time. My wife took the car in this time... they charged us $175 to look at the car.. Then gave us an estimate for over $2800 to replace the power steering pump. All that after making her wait for 3hrs to look at it and write up an estimate even though she had an appointment. We have a 2004 accura..... needless to say we will not be back, and would not recommend to anyone else.We had a bad experience with a different Acura service center north of this one. We got scam like treatment with regards to a price quote on a timing belt change. They essentially refused to call us back on 3 separate occasions once we said we weren't interested in their 2k$ timing belt "package". Even though it was a further drive, we gave up on them and called Price Acura in Dover, and were very happy with the person we spoke with (pretty sure it was Colleen). She was nice, professional, and got us down to a more reasonable price for what we were looking for. Great customer service, I would go there again, even though its an hour away.
