James has tinted two of my vehicles now and done an amazing job both times. Three years later and my windows still look as great as the day they were done. Great service and very professional staff which is why I chose to do business at Perfection Tint. My schedule is hectic and they were able to be flexible and accommodating. On the day of my appointment everything went smoothly and I was completely informed of the progress as I waited. My initial experience was very pleasant, but upon return to have an issue with a tint job looked at, I had a negative experience. The owner became angry and cursed at me, walked away. To his credit, he did call me back and apologized for cursing at me, which I greatly appreciate, but we could not agree on a resolution. He offered to replace the tint at his cost, but I wanted it replaced at no charge. I didn t appreciate him talking down to me telling me I had a bad attitude when I returned to his shop. I was polite until he told me I abused the tint and he became angry with me. We began to argue again (on the phone.) Stalemate. I hung up because our conversation was going to hell in a hand basket. Sometimes it s best to walk away and call it a day without using expletives. It s not worth arguing over. At the end of day, it s only window tint. C est la vie. I ve known the owner for quite a while now and even with that, his professionalism is top notch. The best quality and customer service is something you can expect! I wanted to get my front windshield tinted. First he said he couldn t do it because of the inspection sticker in the corner & he could only do the sunstrip, which I really didn t like. I asked him if he could just tint around the inspection sticker he basically told me no he couldn t. So I went to another place & they were able to tint around the inspection sticker, & gave me a lifetime warranty. I took this mans sunstrip tint off. Long story short he acted like he didn t want to do his job, & I was shocked because I went to him last year & got all my windows tinted & I had no issues. But this time his customer service was bad.
