Great place to bring your car for maintenance. The check-in was pretty smooth. The waiting area is very big and comfortable. I worked there while waiting for my car. The check-out was also smooth. The only thing they could improve is reducing the wait time. I was there at 9:15am for a 9:30am appointment and left at 11:15am. If they could reduce the wait time to 1 hour or less, that would be great. Other than that, great service!!!

I went there and didn t expect to get my car as soon as I did. The service was hands down the best I have ever experienced with any car salesmen or dealerships. My salesman was Bob and he honestly was the best person I could ve asked for. Growing up and coming into this big milestone, I was told a lot of the times that dealerships tend to be very aggressive and pressure you into buying cars, yet I felt absolutely none of that. I m ignorant when it comes to cars and the car buying as it s my first time so there was ample opportunity to try and trick me or take advantage, yet, that was never done. Bob got straight to the point and made sure that I was getting all the discounts, the best car, and even told me about an upgrade to a hybrid when he very well couldn t have. I am in love with my car and I am so glad that I was given the sense to choose Toyota instead of Honda because I highly doubt that I would ve been given the stellar service I was given here.

I have been a CF Schwartz customer for over 20 years, even though I have lived in NJ for the last 12 years and in Virginia for a decade prior to that. My three sisters and my parents have all purchased Toyotas (we love a Camry!) from Brandt Chi and Linda Schwartz Chi. Brandt has infinite patience for my questions about the car's features, particularly the technology ones. I trust him completely. Whenever I am back in Delaware, I make a point of going to CF Schwartz to get my car serviced there because I know their recommendations are necessary. I feel really relaxed about the whole service process, which is NOT the same at the big NJ dealerships. Recently, I bought a used Avalon from Brandt and couldn't be happier with the ease of the process on a Saturday morning.

I will NEVER bring my car here for service again. Had a check engine light on, which I knew the code for because my car had just failed inspection. They had my car for the entire day, couldn t figure out why the code was coming on. Wanted to run 4 more hours of diagnostic which would have run 800, just to find out the problem without even fixing it. Just basically spent over 200 for them to tell me theres a problem, which i knew because i brought them my car I ve heard many shady things about this service center, this just confirms it for me, should have listened to my gut and stayed far away. They are either the worst mechanics in the state there or they are straight up con artists, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!

Added: your response says "as has been discussed," but per our conversation on Saturday 1/6/24, we were told over the phone the refund would be processed with no mention of coming in person. This was repeated on a call yesterday 1/11/24. Now today 1/12/24, we called and we need to come in. You are able to process over the phone, but refuse to and therefore are holding our deposit and is being reported.Don't normally do this, but I will never deal with C.F. Schwartz Toyota of Dover. Not only did they not follow through with sending pricing to my wife, which lead to us looking at another vehicle, but now they are trying to hold our deposit. I called in to voice my complaint to the general sales manager who wouldn't let me get a word in and had the nerve to say my wife gave them the run around. He ended up hanging up on me when I told him to shut up(I probably shouldn't have done that, but was there for the conversations my wife had with them so i know that wasn't true) I never was able to tell him what my problem was with them. I have never been treated with worse customer service.Word to the wise, never do business with this dealership.

If I could give 0 star for the rudeness shown by the short bald middle aged guy, who sounded cold and gave me a racist vibe and thinks if you buy a small car your poor and have no right to negotiate. That guy was EXTREMELY uncivilised and introduces himself with his designation which sounded like a Show off. He had no class and spoke to us by making us stand not even offering us a seat to sit or not even have the courtesy to say "Have a seat". Give this place a miss go to Wilmington nicer friendlier people there ,ready to listen , work with you and above all wilmington guys r professional and courteous. Don't ever go here . Wearing white shirt and a tie can't make you classy. Educate yourself , learn how to talk to customers.you lost one customer I'm gonna buy a Lexus tx from Wilmington so thanks for sending me elsewhere I'm motivated to skip Toyota and buy my self a brand new luxury car like a boss.Dont go here save your self respect.

One of the best Toyota dealerships around. They really care about their customers. They will address your concerns promptly. No pressure sales approach, they value your loyalty and repeat business. We feel very comfortable when we're there. My family had purchased 20+ cars over the years. And a special thanks to salesman Mark Smith, he is great at what he does.

I am a first time car buyer and my experience with them was just wonderful. They worked with me and made the whole process stress free. From my salesman Jamison to John from the finance department, they were patient, friendly, explained every step of the process and answered any questions that I had. Brandt and Linda take very good care of their customers, have the best team and I wouldn t go anywhere else! I love my new Toyota Corolla and I confidently recommend C.F. SCHWARTZ!!!

If I could, I would give this dealership a rating of zero stars, but that wouldn't even begin to capture the depths of my disappointment. It's no surprise that there are so many one-star reviews on this site because, honestly, they deserve much worse. Today, I walked into this dealership hoping to get pricing on a fleet of Rav4s (a total of 12) with the intent to make a purchase. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn for the worse from the very beginning.I can't recall the name of the person who was supposed to assist me, but he was a middle-aged man with a bald head. I provided him with all the necessary details about our intentions, and instead of being welcoming or helpful, he immediately asked, "How will you be paying? I said "Cash" and he continued asking me "Who's 'we'?" as he continued the disrespect.though I began to feel aggravated, I offered to explain our interest in bidding for a government contract in my home country, he probed further as if he were some kind of detective interrogating a suspect by asking what government and what country. He looked at me with disdain and disbelief, treating me like a joke. He abruptly excused himself and returned a few minutes later came back to coldly inform me, "We don't do that here." When I asked for an explanation, he condescendingly compared it to wholesaling and declared that they don't engage in such transactions. Moreover, he stated that if I were to make a purchase, the car would need to have a Delaware license plate. I could have walked away at that point, but I insisted on receiving an explanation by asking a hypothetical question "If I were interested in buying 4 vehicles for family members, would that still be considered wholesale", he replied, Yes, and insisted that he did not make the rule and is just a salesman"I must admit, for the first time in my life, I felt deeply hurt by the discrimination that emanated from this individual's actions and demeanor. His behavior went far beyond mere microaggressions, and it left me questioning how a customer could be treated this way. Regardless of whether I made a purchase or not, his actions were undeniably discriminatory.To add insult to injury, he had the audacity to claim that he didn't make the rules and suggested I contact the corporate office. Then, in a final act of disregard, he abruptly excused himself to take a call and walked away. This type of customer experience should never happen, and it is representatives like him and managers who allow it to occur that tarnish the reputation of an entire brand.Instead of displaying such bias and rudeness, he and his manager could have taken the opportunity to provide me with more context, ask open-ended questions to better understand my request, and enlighten me about their policies and regulations. However, it was clear that their focus was solely on being dismissive, and prejudiced.No customer should ever be subjected to such treatment. It is experiences like this that stain the reputation of a brand, and it is high time that actions are taken to rectify these issues.

Take pictures of EVERYTHING that they are going to touch before using their service center. They cracked an interior panel of my car and won't fix it because maybe the "other guy" did it. Well the other guy did not take apart the interior. They looked at the light bulb for which you just open this little opening and saw I needed more and unfortunately suggested the dealership for the repair, turned out I need and entire light setup. I could see the "other guy" through a window and they certainly did not take apart the interior. Service guy at Toyota said AAA would have to have torn it apart because of their bigger hands. Not true, the guys at AAA clearly got their bigger hand in there.Heck just watch YouTube . After it was finished at Toyota and I saw the crack I brought it back, the service guy asked the tech if the crack was there already the tech clearly said he did not know. Apparently service guy got tech to change his answer at a later date to the opposite .Funny how that works.I should have recorded my return visit. Very dishonest people. Also extremely expensive but I was in a hurry to get it done for inspection and that was supposed to be the end of it.

C.F. Schwartz Toyota is the best! I have always been a Toyota girl, and working with them is always a pleasure. From sales to service, from new to used, they are always friendly, kind and professional. I am on my 3rd or 4th car from them and my husband is on at least his 3rd vehicle from them as well! Brandt and Lind a always put us in the right vehicles and make it so easy, no stress! We would never go anywhere else.

We are so pleased with the amazing service that we received from Ray Holland at C.F. Schwartz. Ray helped us pick out the perfect car for our daughter. He made numerous suggestions and had us look at different vehicles so we could make the best decision based on our budget. We appreciated that Ray was very honest with us from the beginning and worked with us to truly receive the best deal possible.We purchased the car about a month ago, and Ray has stayed in contact with us to find out how my daughter enjoyed her "surprise" at her birthday party. This dealership is awesome! We wanted a Tacoma SR and no one else in the tri-state area could get us one but Dave Bosak took the challenge and found us just the model and color we wanted. He also worked hard, along with the great management team, to get us a wonderful deal. We are very grateful and highly recommend CF Schwartz Toyota.

I purchased my first car here at C.F. Schwartz Toyota in Dover DE. My salesman Dave was very professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle that I purchased, along with other Toyota vehicles. With this being my first new car Dave assisted me well with purchasing the right car. I am absolutely in love with my Toyota and I couldn t have done it without my salesman Dave who was very patient and kind. Thank you Dave!

I just bought a new Toyota Sequoia from CF Schwartz Toyota today and traded in my older Sequoia. Everyone at the dealership is wonderful! I highly recommend them for new and used vehicles. They make the process so easy! Everyone there is so knowledgeable and helpful! I wouldn t go anywhere else!

We love Swartz Toyota! We have bought 3 cars from their awesome sales team. Weve had service. Weve had extra parts added. Weve done it all and everything has been great. They are our go to for anything car related and the only place we buy cars from. Sales team is relaxed and not pushy which is lovely. The process is pain free when buying. The service department is well run and as close to a pleasure as it can get when you need to have car service. Can not recommend them enough!!!

This dealership is so bad they should have their license revoked by Toyota. My car was towed here for service on a Sunday. They let me know it's "fixed" on Monday. Wednesday OF THE SAME WEEK rolls around and the same issue happens. My car FREAKS out while driving on a highway almost causing a MAJOR car accident. I lost ABS, power steering, and traction control all at once. I call to talk to their service manager about this and he proceeds to tell me that their "Master" technicians did an incredible job and that it was perfect when leaving their dealership. If they did a perfect job then why am I ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. This dealer never apologized or offered assistance in any way. They told me that this was all my problem. If you care about your own safety or the safety of others DO NOT get your car serviced here because I can guarantee you they do not.Oh and P.S. just for fun they broke my car key while it was being serviced. A+++ job guys!!

Great buying experience!!! Mark is a great representative and is extremely knowledgeable. The entire experience from A-Z was the smoothest car purchase I ve ever had. I didn t have to haggle, there were 0 mistakes, and Mark knew exactly what I wanted. I will only buy from Mark and this dealership going forward.

My experience was beyond poor. The moral of my story for this review is don t judge a book by its cover. I was pre-judge on how much I was making and what car I could afford at that by the way I look like, when in fact, my budget to buy a care could ve been any car on that lot. I was made to test drive a car that had some wheel issues on a busy day which is extremely dangerous and should ve been taken care of if it s out on a lot. I went to a different dealership and was greeted with respect immediately, and I ended up signing on car just a few hours later. I hope this review helps the sales associates at this dealership to be a little bit more considerate and inclusive to all types of people in the near future.

Purchased my car here, needed reassurance on things I was experiencing. Laurie was able to get me in very quickly, top notch technician Ed looked at my vehicle and reassured me everything is fine, my particular vehicle has a dual clutch system and designed to do what I m experiencing. Upset and emotional prior to my discussion with Ed, Steven the used car Manager was kind enough to take off the bill for Ed s services. From Keith who sold the car to me, to Laurie s excellent motivation, friendly attitude, multitasking, Steven helping in these rough times and Ed s genuine people person heart, I feel I was truly taken care of! No tears that day! Thank you all!

If I could give this dealership no stars, I would. DO NOT ever get your car serviced here. I had bought a brand new $40,000 2023 GR86 a couple months ago and now only have 3000 miles on it. I had leakage of water all over the interior of the car from the A/C under the dash and a sloshing sound on the passenger side. After taking it to them, my bill came out to over $150 and they told me it wasn t covered by warranty or the additional Toyota Care I had purchased with the vehicle. This issue was clearly a design flaw and manufacturing issue but this dealership is greedy and doesn t want to help its customers out. Will not go back EVER.

The first time I went there was because of a noise in my 2020 Toyota. And the manager claims he did not here the noise then he heard it. Took it back to get it fixed 3 hours service. Replaced a pulley for 300+ dollars. Came outside started it up and the same noise was there. So had to bring the car back the next day. Then he said it was the belt and it had a chunk miss from it. My question was you didn't see it when you put the pulley on. And guess what I still hAd to paid 100+ more dollars not very happy with the service.

We made an appointment for an oil change, and drove into the bay on time. The customer service staff were very busy answering the phones, but helped me after a few minutes. The young man who helped me said they would also rotate the tires. As that was always included as a free service at our last dealership, I said thank you. He said it would be ready in 1 to 1.5 hours.After about an hour, we got a call informing us we needed a new cabin filter. We declined because we replaced it ourselves approximately 50 miles ago.When we returned to pick up the vehicle, the woman at the counter informed me that one tire had a puncture and needed to be replaced for $268. The low tire pressure warning had not activated. She said the tire was 2psi lower than the other front tire, so there was a puncture. I declined and was then shocked to see the bill for the oils change was $89.89! I questioned the amount, and a man came over and said $35.95 for oil, $41.95 to change the oil, and $5.99 for the filter. I paid and left.I drove the vehicle about 15 miles and had the tires checked. The one that allegedly had a leak was at 40psi and the cap was very loose. The other tires were between 34.5 and 36psi.We have NEVER paid more than $45 for an oil change. I do not appreciate that they lied about the cabin filter. I also question their judgment at trying to sell one new tire to me. The tires all have 33k miles on them, and it doesn t make sense to buy just one. We will not return to this dealership again.
