Long story short their manager was a price bully and lost out on two potential sales. I ended up going elsewhere and got better prices, quality and service. I do not recommend Hertrich Capitol Mazda at all. Lol... their loss!

My family and I had the pleasure with working with Melissa on a used vehicle purchase. She is kind, understanding, and professional. She really makes sure everything in the process is done right the first time, and I really appreciated that. She worked very hard to make sure we left happy and we did. Wanted to share an update to my previous review...Many dealerships go above and beyond during the purchasing process, and Hertrich Mazda was no exception. Great experience. But what happens AFTER the purchase matters even more. Will you still get the same level of customer service once the commitment is made and money is exchanged? Well, no worries there either! I brought my vehicle in for its first service and was just as happy with the experience as I was during the purchase. The service team is AMAZING! They made arrangements to make sure I got to work (yes, they drove me there!) and then picked me up after work and brought me back to the dealership. The service manager answered all my questions and the driver was an absolute delight. It could have been a very awkward experience, riding with a total stranger, but I enjoyed the interaction and felt totally at ease. I am happy to have given my business to a team that follows through and provides consistent, thorough, and friendly service, even after the sale.

I just bought my car from here 2 days ago! First dealership experience and Ameer did a great job helping me out. The process was smooth and easy. Chris really helped me understand the financial aspect of it all especially for an 1st time car buyer. Overall a great experience and I m happy to have my new car.

My daughter bought out her lease from hertrich. The finance manager Chris McPhail made a very stressful situation as easy and pleasant as it could be. He patiently answered my unending questions and offered all possibilities of warranty protection and gap insurance. He empathized with my shock at the interest rate amount and suggested several ways for my daughter to improve her credit. I am very grateful for Chris s expertise and kindness.

Salesman Sean was incredible! So patient when I decided midway through the process that I wanted a different vehicle. Nesh was great at what he does; he made the numbers work for me and I left in the beautiful brand new vehicle I love. I couldn't be happier. I finally found a vehicle with an automatic hatch! The entire process from the beginning with Sean helping me find the right vehicle, to the end with Chris who finalized the sale but also provided tons of helpful info and much needed humor, the process was easy and painless. Thank you so much to the entire Hertrich Mazda team! You've got a new lifetime customer!

I just got a new car today and i love it!! I had literally the best experience! The salesman Ameer was amazing. He was patient while I went back and forth about what car I wanted. He did not try to push a car on me. They drove 2 hours to a different dealership to get the car I wanted. And drove 2 hours to bring it back to me! Very professional! If you are looking to get a different vehicle go to Hertrich Capital and ask for Ameer! You won t be disappointed! He went above and beyond!

Great experience, my daughter totaled her 2011 Mazda 3 so we wanted to replace it with a newer car that is safer. from the first call to Hertrich's starting with Nesh everyone was very helpful. when we arrived late Friday night Chris had all of the paperwork in order and made the process very fast. Derrick and Ameer helped My daughter by going over all of the features of the car and connect her phone to the MyMazda App and showing her how to use it. also connect her phone to Apple CarPlay.thank you all very much for everything!!!

Despite ultimately not purchasing a Mazda during our hunt for a car (though they were quite nice), it would be wrong not to acknowledge the very pleasant salesman that my parents and I worked with this month: Shawn/Shaun/Sean. (I can't recall the spelling. Also, I m not sure if there are other employees a this location with the same name, but he was the tall one with the glasses.) This man s assistance stood out amongst the service we received at every other dealer. He. was. fantastic! He was: KNOWLEDGEABLE - knew the cars in and out; QUICK - but easy to follow along with; PATIENT - he allowed for many a test drive; CONVINCING - made the Mazdas seem like a must have; GENUINE - relatable, and never came across as pushy; and to top it all off, he was just the right amount of FUNNY! After the third trip back to Mazda, the guy already felt like a friend. We were met with sincere greetings both times we came back. He even kept good communication via phone call to check in and see if we were still interested in the cars. As an onlooker throughout my parents experience at Mazda (I was along for the fun), I personally felt that said experience was professional in nature, and our salesman left a good impression on me. I m almost sad to say that we ended up going with another brand, but it let it be known, it was NOT because we had a poor experience at Mazda. I hope Shawn/Shaun/Sean (6 2 with the glasses) knows that we more specifically, I were charmed by his demeanor and satisfied with his service, despite not going with Mazda this time around.

Sean literally was an absolute live saver!! When i tell you I was already extremely stressed out with the idea of buying a car but this man made it so easy and explained everything detail for detail. He made me feel like I knew him for ages and made me feel completely comfortable beyond comprehension. The rest of the staff were absolute sweethearts as well. The staff didn t play around and they were extremely practical and realistic. This was an experience I ll never forget! Sean was the bomb and I won t forget how great I was treated thank you guys for my new baby blue bell I ll take care of her and work hard.

Disappointing and Alarming Experience with this dealership -I purchased a vehicle at your dealership in Sept. 2023 it was a Hyundai Elantra and financed it for 20k.I was low balled by 2k on the trade in for starters. I got the Elantra and after one month realized it sat to low to the road and because I was driving a lot didn t want a car that small that felt uncomfortable driving long distances.I went back to the dealership after one month found a 2022 Venza for 34k for a base SE trim this was overpriced for this trim with 24k miles on it when I purchased it.I next carried over 7k negative equity after one month of the Elantra into the Toyota Venza. I was just completely screwed over on this deal by being unaware of market, process, and employee s only concern with profit and not customer satisfaction.

I have been shopping around for a new car and had the pleasure dealing with Sean. He was very patient and allowed me to test drive a couple vehicles and knew everything about them when I had questions. Ultimately I did end up going with a different vehicle from a different car brand I fell in love with but Sean was a class-A, no pressure guy. I d recommend anyone stop in to see him if considering a vehicle from Mazda!

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Melissa today. She was super knowledgable, down to earth, and just fun to be around. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase and the entire process felt quick (about 4 hours end to end). I'm also absolute loving my brand new 2024 Mazda CX-5 :). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any folks go to Melissa to buy a new Mazda.

The service department charged me way too much for the parts - about 2-3 times more than what I found on Mazda OEM websites. When I returned home, I noticed that the leather steering wheel was scratched. They didn't inform me about it. Not good experience.
