Went to get a used tire yesterday and as I m riding I kept hearing a click,click,click so my brother who works on cars looked to see if maybe there was a rock stuck in the tire and this is what we found. I went back today and the guy was steady trying to tell me it s good long story short they did give me another tire but why would you sell someone a tire that has a plug in much less a plug like that..first time going and will be my last time going

I called Gill brothers to know how much it will cost to change my four tires. They asked me the tire size, I told them and they gave me a quote of $560, and told me that I can come in the next day. I called two other places and found out that Gill brothers gave me the best quote. I went in and had my tires replaced. It was a really good experience.

I got to know this place by luck and it is now my go to when it comes to purchasing tires or tire repairs. I have been coming here for about 5 years now, they do an excellent job at a reasonable price. They, so far, beats any competitor in this our neighborhood. Give them a try and you will not regret it.

Well I guess all things come to an end . My business relationship with this business used to be good until an employee here totally destroyed a brand new tire and adamantly refused to accept responsibility for his carelessness and blamed it repeatedly on the machine that HE WAS OPERATING. Then argued with the owner in front of me , so much h for professionalism

Leaving 1 star only because I can t leave 0, this is the worst place ever, the tires are not good at all and the customer service is so bad the manager/owner would not answer any questions at all and then started yelling at me. These people need a lot of help

The tech told me a certain price and when I went to pay for it after they installed the tire, the owner (I assumed) told me a different price. I tried to explain to him that the tech told me a different price, he proceeded to tell me a story about something completely unrelated and continue to charge me the different amount that I agreed to before the install.At the end I didn t have an option since they installed the tire already.As I was leaving, the other lady customer that was there was told a higher price than I was charged at the end for a similar size tire.Needles to say, I will never shop there again.

I had the worst experience here! Brought 2 cars, one for an oil change and one to get two tires put on. The owner, who I m assuming is Gil was completely unprofessional and down right wrong. While installing my tires, Gil broke the tire sensor on the tire. He told me of the issue, showed it to me and said that he will glue it back on. Obviously gluing it on is not a permanent solution, as I will not know when it gets loose, and could be stuck on the side of the road alone before realizing that it has come off. We called auto zone to see how much a new sensor would be. It was almost $200. We asked him what is he willing to do, seeing as though he had broken it. He said, if it falls off in the next 30 days; bring the car back and I ll look at it . That was his solution. He did not want to pay for a new sensor or even offer to go half with me, EVEN THOUGH HE BROKE IT. We argued for a good 15 minutes, and got absolutely no where. He claimed we were trying to get over on him, for a mistake he made that he could have just fixed in the moment. He was unwilling to offer anything now or in the future that would say that he would fix and pay for the sensor that he broke. He d rather I be stranded on the side of the road first. We had used his service 2x prior, but will never again. The other gentleman working there, white guy stocky build, was great the 2x prior that we went. This was our first time dealing with the owner, who clearly is out to scam his customers and break sensors off tires and never replace them.

Excellent service. Showed up here yesterday morning on my way home to the beach from Newark with a 2 hour ride and 2 restless dogs in the car. These guys hadn't even opened or had their coffee before checking to see what I needed. Took me in right away, fixed my leak and was on my way in less than a half hour. To top off the great service, the price was surprisingly reasonable.

These guys are amazing. Everytime I have been there I have been greeted in the parking lot which to some is no big deal but I have a special needs child who doesnt walk so it is above and beyond appreciated by me. The guys are always fast and friendly, the prices are the best around . I have been there several times and have never been unhappy. Give them a try you cant go wrong ! I also hear rumor they may be taking on an awesome new mechanic. Can't wait.

My first visit was great . But today I felt like they were only in it for the money. I hope that I will never have to use there service again. I will go to another company that will take the time to listen and server me better. And not assume that because I am a elderly woman I don t know what is going on with my car and procedures. Thanks for the time in sharing my 2 cents. God bless

So glad I came here. Literally the third place I went before someone was able to mount and balance my oversized tires without a huge attitude. Very friendly and quick and definitely the cleanest of the 3 places we went.

Went their with a screw in my tire and I asked them if they had time to fix it they said yes and they took me in and I was in and out in less then a half hour. And they were really friendly. Great job guys you got my business

Can't thank the guys enough: Coming home from OC MD when my alternator went in my car; the guys had a new one installed (at a very fair price) and we were back on the road to the Poconos of PA in no time! Courteous service all around! I highly recommend this shop!

I have been there in my friend's car, owner Mr Gill was so friendly and helpful as he guided us in the right way and within 1 hour we were on our way. On the price front, we have been charged very genuinely.

Bad customer service I stood there for 15 mins and wasn t acknowledged. I even moved about 10 feet from them to see if they would speak , Nope. I left.

Gill Brothers has friendly, honest staff, great and expeditious, service! The facilities are a bit run down, but don't let that fool you.
