Work on Dover AFB. Dropped my Jeep off today to get my brakes serviced/changed. Tom called a little bit later once they got to my vehicle and let me know the service and how much it would cost, and I told them let s get it done. They had it ready by the end of day and did a great job, no issues! They also pointed out some other issues they recommended to get taken care of, which I was already tracking before going there, but it was nice for them to point it out. Great team working there. I ll be back for future work.

Recently took my car in a for a routine oil change and found out I needed new rear brakes as well. As always, great service was provided and I feel safer in my car after bringing it to Furr s! I love that I can trust this company and its employees to make recommendations my car actually needs, not just trying to upsell me. If you re looking for great, quality service at an affordable price, take your vehicles here!

The crew at Furr s are the best! Besides always providing great routine service for our vehicles, they went out of their way to help us when we experienced a problem with our truck just as we left for a month long camping trip. It s hard to find businesses you can trust now days, but Furr s is surely one of them.

One word that describes this business ... integrity. I recently experienced some braking issues, and after an inspection (no cost), it was determined that I needed to replace my pads, rotors, etc. The work was done in a timely manner, and I'm confident that it was done at a fair and reasonable price.

We have been taking all of our cars to Furrs for the last 10 years. They are the ONLY people I feel I can trust. They are honest and don't charge you for unnecessary things. They don't try to scare you into spending more money either. Their prices are more then reasonable and the staff there is so polite.

These guys helped me and my family of four with an emergency tire repair on our way home to upstate NY from OBX. I called in the morning when they opened, and they removed the bolt, plugged the hole, and had the tire back on the car in an hour! Everyone was super friendly, courteous, and helpful. The cost was beyond reasonable, and there was zero attempt to upsell. Can't thank these guys enough. Not a single negative about this shop in my experience.

I ve been dealing with Furr s tire service for many years they do what they say they re gonna do for a fair price. If you want an alternative to the big national chains, and you are looking for good old fashiond service Give them a call,

Furr's is the best! They're easy to work with to book appointments, they're honest about what you need and what can wait (which is wonderful when you're not quite as knowledgeable about cars as you should be!), and their prices are beyond fair! I've been using Furr's for tires and service for years, and I'll definitely continue to do so! :)

I've been satisfied with the service of my vehicles from Furr's Tire for a couple of years now. Beside the regular service, I've purchased tires and a battery from them and they not only had the items on hand but the service was performed in a timely matter. It means a lot when you are in the waiting room for the job to be completed. I'm very satisfied and will always continue to use Furr's.

Furr s Tire always takes great care of my car! My father has been coming here for years and I followed suit when I got my car as well! They are open, honest and complete jobs in a timely manner! Frank and the rest of his staff always treats me with respect. They do not over sell me on parts I do not need to try to make more money as a business, which is big for me as a young female consumer in this industry. I ve also found they have the best prices around! Best place to take any vehicle!

We first came here when my Father in law had a nail in his tire, they removed it without charging because is didn't puncture the tire. I came here again when I needed my brakes changed. Absolutely fantastic service! A lot of businesses tend to upcharge women and take advantage and they treated me no differently. I had to come here a third time to get new tires, and they informed me that I needed an alignment (which I knew but hoping the new tires would fix it). So I made another appointment with them in a couple weeks! Every employee including the owner, has been absolutely fantastic and super respectful! Family owned definitely makes a huge difference! I will never go anywhere else for maintenance for my car while we are in Delaware! Love this place!

I own a Smart Car and Furr s does full service and mechanical work on it for me. I like their pleasant customer service. I ve been satisfied every time they ve worked on my car. I ve never felt that they were trying to up charge me the way a dealership did on my previous vehicle. I highly recommend Furr s for any Smart Car owner in the area.

What can I say... read all the other 5 star comments... I agree with all of them. Furr's even emails now and then asking if everything is OK with your vehicle or letting you know it is time for your car to be serviced. I love these guys!

Needed tires on my wife's car quick and was recommended by a neighbor to try Furr's Tire Service. I stopped in late in the day, thinking it would be a couple days at least. The tires needed weren't on hand so I figured maybe a week. They got the order in around 5pm and I took the car in the next morning and it was ready after lunch! Phone call updates and great customer service as well as reasonable prices backed up with free balancing and mounting as well as follow up rotations! I'm new to the Dover area, but as long as Furr's is here, I won't look any further for my tire shop!

As a owner of a business, communication is key and the entire staff here goes above and beyond. Pleasant, friendly and patient are just a few of their best qualities. Went to this shop after going to firestone and i must say that the dover community needs to take all they business here. The customer service was the best i have ever seen. To hell with pepboys and Firestone. This is the place to get your car service done in dover de. I am humble and greatful for they service to the area and the community.

Furr's tires hands down has the best customer service. They always call after every service to see how things are. Who does that anymore? Well Furr's does! And when a minor mistake was made Fred made sure to fix the problem right away...no excuses, no questions asked. Other than what they could do to make it right. The friendly staff who remember your name and go the extra mile to find you the best deal and warranty are a pleasure to do business with. They have never once tried to get me to buy something I don't need like so many other shops had tried to do in the past. I will never go anywhere else for my Automotive needs.

Bought new tires oil change and front end alignment done. They had a problem, and told me about it, I told them to just fix there problem and they did. You can't ask for better service than I received . Furr's were the best Tire Company I have ever been to. Good people and honest

I m giving this place 5 stars because they deserve it. I went in there looking for a new tire. And they told me the tire wasn t the issue. It was my sensor. So instead of them charging me for a new tire. They told me. Change the sensor. It will be cheaper. Cmon now! Who does that!?? FURR S DOES IT!!!

I couldn t be more happy with this place. It was my first time going here and I will continue to go back when I need to. Everyone was very nice, low prices and I didn t have to wait forever for the work to be done. I went in last week because I needed a new tire after I ran over a nail. They fixed that within 30 minutes and told me I needed my other 3 tires replaced as well ASAP and explained why. I didn t feel pressured at all but after they explained everything to me I decided to order 3 more tires. I went back today and not only did I only have to wait for about an hour if that, but the people I saw last week remembered me and what car I had! I m extremely happy with this place and wish I could give more then 5 stars!

Furr's Tire Service goes above and beyond for their customers. They have worked on personal cars as well as trucks for our business. They are trustworthy, dependable and provide the best quality workmanship around. One of the best family businesses in Delaware!

In my 33year marriage my husband and I have had quite a few cars. We unfortunately have also had some really bad experiences with mechanics. Not the case with Furrs. They are always reliable, honest and quick. It's such a pleasure knowing finally after all these years and 7states we have someone to go to anytime we have an issue or just need routine servicing. I do not have enough words to express how grateful we are.
