Dan, was the agent I was blessed with! I must say he was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! He was very very helpful with explaining the package services in detail. Awesome relatable attitude and really funny!Great sells rep. I swear I would have bought anything from this guy! Give him a raise he is good at his job! I will definitely sleep better knowing I m fully covered by you guys!

I spoke with Dan and he was AMAZING! Really helped out my grandmother and got her a great deal! Seeing her happy makes me happy so now when I get my new vehicle, I m calling him up to set me up! I had to cancel the warranty a few days after the purchase - I was assured the protection was cancelled, twice by different people. It wasn't cancelled as they attempted to debit my acct. today. And they never refunded my initial $ because the cancellation was well within the time frame for a full refund. :(I called today and spoke with Zachary/Zach. Thank you Zach, as he says he will make sure my account is canceled and refunded within 5 days. I hope this will be resolved this time - then I can happily recommend Empire Auto Protect, and Zach with at minimal a 4.5 star rating.Stay tuned for oupdates.

Just signed up with Empire Auto Protect. I had about a million questions prior to signing up. I spoke with Jay and he was absolutely amazing. He answered every one of my minor questions with detail and gave me reasons why processes and procedures are how they are. This really made it easy for me to make my decision to choose them. They also offered me a discounted rate for Cyber Monday which I very much am thankful for. I feel a lot safer now with our new vehicle out on the road that it is protected through and through. The prices of maintenance are not going down any time soon so do your research on which plan but I m telling you this is the best company I could find! 1.4M customers speaks for itself.

My first claim arose about 2 months after purchasing my policy. The claims team was more responsive and on top of it than the repair shop. The claim was approved almost instantly and the repair shop said it had been the easiest and fastest approval they had ever gotten from a third party company.

This company is a scam they do not live up to there contract agreements. They were so disrespectful to my brother a honored Navy vet. They seem legit until they mention the fine print. I listened to there customer service or phone thug attempt to scare my brother into. Taking down his review so now empire protect has an issue with me and they deserve it. Don t call people and try to smooth over your scam refund his money.

I'm a business owner, and I don't take reviews lightly. But let me tell you, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I should've paid more attention to the complaints before signing up TWO vehicles for Empire Auto Protect's titanium extended car warranties.They advertised a $100 deductible, but it was a load of bull****. When my car's engine needed replacing, they made us pay $1,800 upfront to tear down the motor before sending an inspector. But guess what? The inspector never showed up, not once in three attempts.Eventually, they verbally agreed to cover the $12k engine replacement claim, but then they turned around and said they only EVER pay a max of $2,000 per claim. Why didn't they mention this before I shelled out $1,800 to have the car torn down? As a "favor," they promised $3,850, but it's been a month, and we haven't seen a single red cent. Not only do they lie during every phone call, but they also lie about their names and give false information.This company is a joke, plain and simple. Avoid them at all costs.UPDATE: Shortly after posting this review, I received a phone call saying they voided my check because I was 'slandering' them online. Then they said if I deleted my review they would reissue my check. If I was paid what I am owed I would be happy to take down my review, but until I am paid I will continue to update this post.

I purchased the superior 75 auto protection warranty policy in June 2023 with Empire Auto Protect I tried to make a claim through their partner company Direct Protection Warranty which denied the claim due to inconsistency mileage. They stated that Empire recorded the mileage inconsistency and denied the claim twice. I provided the auto protection warranty policy booklet with what have. I contacted Direct Protection Warranty several times as they continued to give me the run around. Again I had been paying for this policy for 8 months. Both companies keep blaming the other company. I then decided to cancel the policy in Mar 2024 and was told I would receive a refund for the full amount as I was paying on a policy that I would never be able to use which I recorded. I called back a week ago and the representative said it was being processed. I called back today and another representative stated that no refund would be issued but the policy was cancelled. I explained to him that this is a horrible way to treat consumers. I paid my money for a policy that could never be used. they was told that I would be refunded my money and now its a different story. This company is horrible do not spend your Money with them.20Mar2024- to your response below (the owner of Empire Auto Protect) Please provide a contact person and number and I would be happy to give them a call. But Im sure you will not because this is how they do consumers and steal their Money Google doesn't allow you to add an additional response to there reply.

Jeffery is very polite and thorough. He answered my questions about coverages, and challenged me to find out more info on my Premier auto plan before canceling with Empire. Basically, he was right to challenge me and I'm SO THANKFUL I listened to him. Now, I know I have a comparable plan to Protect my car. THANK YOU JEFFERY @ EMPIRE AUTO PROTECT!

This past week, July 10, to July 14, 2023, I spent the week shopping for Vehicle Protection for our 2020 Ford Explore we purchase. In the past, I used a company that no longer sells to my state. The search brought a few companies calling. Boy has times changed. The rules are interesting when it comes to my state. I received an Alex Tate with (E.A.P.), after just talking with a few other companies that morning while driving. Alex was understanding like a human would be about making sure he sent the information and quote to my email so I could evaluate E.A.P.'s information alongside the others to find the best deal possible for my wife and I. Later that afternoon, when not driving, I took a look. Not everything was clear, but I was still interested. I replied to the email and explained my concerns, and asked for the information I was missing to make the correct decision. Later that evening, I received a call from Michael Burns. He took the time to answer my questions and hear what it was I was looking for. He found a fit for me with his list of options that my state would allow. I became a customer of Empire Auto Protect. I look forward to the next 5 years with this vehicle and know I am covered, and I feel I got a great deal. I won't state what I paid, but it wasn't near the $4,995 quoted to me by my local Ford Dealership. I knew what the service plans cost before going into the dealer and knew to go to the open market to find the best deal possible. Empire Auto Protect has earned my business. I needed to get my Range Rover fixed. After going round and round with Empire they finally approved my claim. However, it s been over 8 weeks they haven t sent the money to the repair company. I had to pay $1,180 out of pocket to get my car back. I ve tried calling Empire either they don t answer or if they do answer they leave you on hold with no one picking up the phone to help. I ve left numerous messages for Jay and Eric. Not once have I received a call back. This is a piss poor excuse for a company. Customer service is horrible. Rating Empire even 1 star is giving them to much credit. Again stay away from Empire Auto Protect!! Update they finally paid my claim. However, not the whole amount. Eric called me and Demanded I remove this review one the review on the BBB site. He said if I didn t he would do a charge back to the repair shop for the claim. I told Eric I absolutely would not remove my review from here or from the BBB site. I have text messages and the calls recorded of Eric telling me this. Then Eric got one of his bosses involved named Jefferson. Jefferson called and harassed and threatened me that if I don t remove all reviews, I ll suffer consequences. Again, this is a horrible company. Ive never heard of a so called trusted company harass or threaten customers. Stay clear away from Empire Auto Protect. Don t fall for their lies and deceitful tactics. Once the investigation with the BBB and other consumer affair agencies I got involved, Empire Auto Protect will not be around much longer. I don t take threats and harassment lightly.

Stay away from these scumbags!!! Purchased a policy and after 6 or 7 months actually needed to file a claim. Suddenly they don t cover anything although I was told exact opposite. Bought the best package and didn t get anything. They will find a reason to deny your claim. Don t do it!!! Not worth it!For the records I didn t file claim for shocks but turbocharger a vital part of engine and still got denied. This only shows that these people are not just incompetent but also liars. Shame on you!!!FYI at the end they will tell that they are just a broker and they can t help you

This place is 100% fraud & NOT the place I recommend for anyone to get a warranty with. They've robbed me by taking money out of my account every month for the pass 3 months, all for me to take my car to the shop and find out I don't have protection, and left with no answers & very rude costumer service. My car is literally stuck at the shop right now. The owner literally started an argument with me after I asked how much do I have to pay them, (So I could pay them). Empire Auto Protect got me living in Nevada when I live in California. Please, please, please for your own protection DON'T GET A WARRANTY WITH THESE PEOPLE AT EMPIRE AUTO PROTECT!!!! You're going to go through some nonsense when it's time to get your car fixed & you have to use your warranty. EMPIRE AUTO PROTECT kept taking money out of my account after they cancelled my account in January. It's now April 1st, 2024 and they've attempted to take more money out of my account (Just this morning April 1st, 2024) until they were forced to come clean about their fraudulent business practices, and explain why money is being took from my account, but my policy has not been active since January, and I knew nothing of my account not being active. They also had me paying them, a lienholder & another nameless company. I'm paying 3 different companies for 1 warranty. I told them to cancel me out their system completely, so we'll see if MEPCO show up in my notifications for trying to take more money from my account on behalf of Empire Auto Protect. I want nothing to do with these people, or even want to know they exists. I recommend NO ONE deal with this company!

I purchased a warranty on February 19,2024 for 169.94 month.I then paid another payment on March 19,2024.On the same day I decided to cancel my policy.The salesman ,Eric,turned nasty and berated me!He said it had been 31 days but he would do it.So far ,all I have from several people there are promises.They say you have a 30 day money back guarantee,so far ,nothing!These people are not honest and imagine if you had a claim how bad you would be treated!My advice ,go to Endurance or some other reputable company.I have been in the car business forty years,had two dealerships,so am experienced with this.

So I signed up for a policy as the sales person said it was full coverage after running my vin number . It s 137.00 per month and I hope to have everything in writing because it looks like in the reviews the company s great until you get a breakdown. Are there any clients that had a successful claim process?I may have to cancel and go with Car Shield bc the scam feeling seems too real.

*Update*I have changed this review from a one star to a three star review. After leaving the one star review and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I have finally received the full refund that I was entitled to. They issued the refund via the credit card that I used when paying for the contract in the first place. I appreciate finally receiving what I was owed, but it is frustrating to know that they put me and my family through two months of fighting for this refund and waiting for nonexistent checks and wire transfers when they could have just instantly refunded my credit card from the very beginning.*End of Update*So far, I have had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. I purchased a contract for a vehicle, paying $2926.00 on 08/23/23, but unfortunately I was not able to keep the vehicle in question. As a result, I requested a full refund of my contract on 09/20/23. As per the contract agreement, I am entitled to a full refund if I cancel the contract within the first 30 days, which I did. It has now been over 2 months and I have not received a refund. I have called and spoken to multiple people, touching base 2-3 times a week at least. I have been promised payment through checks and wire transfers, but I have received nothing. I was promised tracking a tracking number when a checke as sent and then told after that it is not possible to provide me with said tracking number. They were very eager to take my money, but they refuse to return it per the terms stated in THEIR OWN agreement. All I want is my money back, this has caused serious financial strain on my family. Please make this right as soon as possible.

I'm giving your firm five stars because the salesman in accounting was the best I've ever spoken to. He took the time to explain everything in great detail, even answering challenging questions about the warranty and its long-term benefits. Keep training your team like him!

The worst scam ever!! I'm updating the process with empire auto as i got scammed and misled with zero value coverage for $137 per month. They misled with all information thru phone calls and was duped with zero coverage of any value. The owner commented 1 month ago that they refunded me with whatever i paid for 3 months i.e. $411.Despite promises of a refund , not a single penny has been returned to me. I can simply say now that they try to cover up google reviews with some fake response just for other people to see that they are a genuine company who take care of their costumers. But, they are simply the worst company i ever dealt with. with just 10 minutes of phone calls with clever and cunning salesman, they made a profit of $411, in my case. for other people, its more or less. I already filed complaints with the evidence i got and waiting for a response. even with genuine review like myself, people still fall into their traps. Please do your due diligence if you don't to waste your money people!

Bought a full coverage policy for my vehicle and was told it would cover everything with a $100 deductible. Took it to the dealership for transmission issues and when they were finally able to get ahold of someone for claims they were told that only 40% but no more than $2000 was covered which is apparently the policy in California but that wasn't stated when I first signed up and I have the email and booklet they sent me stating what I was supposed to get with the full coverage. So either their sales people don't know what they're talking about or they just tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign up and then change it after
