It was a bad experience for 3 reasons. #1 I stood waiting to even be assisted for 20min, then another gentleman came in from another race and was immediately seen( I ll let you guess for that one). #2 They would not tell me the price of the tires until they put it on and told me the sign that they had was old and inaccurate. #3 It took them almost 2 hours to change to back tires due to talking and not engaged in getting the work done in a timely fashion. It sad that customers were recommending to go to another tire shop down the street because they were known for this behavior.

Mounted and balanced four tires. Balancing,not so good. Shimys a different speeds. Wasn't in the shop so didn't get to see what kind of balancing machine they used. Definitely wouldn't use them again.

Do not go Here..This place is not the same as it was years ago..New Owners of this company does not have the same Work Ethic or Values as those who had owned it before..My Son went to Econo Tire Co.Because of family members having no issues before... However time has changed!!.The Worker who was trying to put on a USED Tired,Broke his Rims on the Car..The Worker made a comment like.."Oh things happen"..!!.He not only did not take responsibility for tearing up a Rim that was almost Brand New..He even put on a No Good Tire!!.By the time my Son got home he had already had a flat tired on the tire that was just put on within A 10 to 15 Time Frame..We will be reporting them to the Better Business..We also want for the cost of the Rim& As well as the Trouble that we went through...It is 2021..A New Year..If a Business wants to be successful,they need to Learn how to give Great Customer Service First..Next,they need to make sure they carry Insurance for events such as My Son's...What makes it so bad is that he just moved here from California,I. Which he got the Rims from there..The cost to go back to California, Airfare, Taxes,as well as to pay for transportation will cost almost 1800 Dollars or more!!.. And All for What..Due to the lack of Experience of a Worker..The Wrong doing on their part..He went to this businesses with nothing wrong on the Rim..They need to pay for it..For those that are reading this comment..Run..!!.Go to another Store Place...Do not waste your hard earned !!!!.Now the car ride is bumpy and un balanced!!!.Look closely at the pictures!!.

The place is a bit cluttered, but if you can get passed that, the service was great, the technician was kind, and quick to get the tire I needed.I bought a used Michelin for $52, balanced and mounted. A downside is they only take cash so make sure you have it but I understand.My used tire is doing fine and I'm back on the road. They were also open until 5PM on a Saturday, awesome!

Had two tire changed; off the car. Was charged $80 for to used tires. Both tires went flat in 30 minutes. Both leaking from the old valve stems that they did not change. When I returned for the valve stems. I was told be the manager/owner valve stems were not covered in the tire change and was charged $5 more per tire. The employees was fine but the manager/owner has no customer relationship skills. K & S Econo tire is not a good deal anymore.

Terrible ! Went for tires ! They sold me a tire with a huge gash in it ! And wouldn t even replace it like the sign says worse spot around DO NOT RECOMMEND

I got a new honda pilot and all I needed was my front wheels changes. I got here to get my tires changes and when I went to drive off from echo tire shop my SUV started making all kinds of sounds. I went back to him about it and he didn't want to give me my money back or look at the problem but I will be sueing them.

Absolutely horrible place sat for almost 2 hours and never got the tire changed while waiting a customer left and came back because tire fell off

I purchased two used tires and tipped the guy Earl or Earn for installing them, only to find out he had stolen my tire pressure sensors. When I initially questioned him on it, he said he could put my bad tires back on and give me a refund after knowing that he took them. If your car gives a tire pressure sensor fault, you could've been robbed in the same way.

If I can give a 0 or negative score, I would. The owner Jim is a fraud, cheat, crook, and pig. He rampantly cheats. His employees spends much time fratinizing with one other or harass customers. He and his underlings are rude, dishonest, vile, and disgusting.

I just went there a little while ago and they were not open. A little confused due to the fact that it states that they open at 8am.

The location is supposed to be open at 8:00.... currently 8:26 and no one is here, phone number not in service...unfortunately works not recommend
