Quick service; was in and out fast. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Great location between Dover and Camden. The team all got involved to get all four tires changed out fast (see pic). Prices were good for the service. I brought my our tires and rims, and just had them change and balance them. They also sell tires...new and used.

I ve been using this place for years now with my 2018 blue Toyota Corolla, with getting new and used tires now I just sent my mother there a couple weeks ago for two brand new tires and they put them on for less than $100.00. Got a small leak in tire this morning I got to work so I send my mom now in years winter summer spring don t matter never paid more than $62.00 for a new tire so tell me why today dude tells my mom it s $120.00 a tire I told him he was smoking CRACK and they just lost a loyal customer because of the Va this guy tried pulling. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THEM AFTER THIS. And I will never go back , especially when I can go to Walmart get a brand new tire off the rack for $58.99 plus $10-$15 for them to install this clown says $120.00 like I ve never been there a day in my life and don t know their prices TRASH

Sold us a bad tire for a discount rate but had to fill it with air twice to get back . Then all they did was plug it. Would have figured with an elderly and a toddler they would have made sure it was safe to begin with . Would I go back ? Probably because I am low income.

I went there for 2 back tires. One of my old tires had a hole in it and plus was bald. So I thinking they was going to give me another tire. But instead he plugs the tire and put it back on. So u worked a 12 hour shift as I was going him the tire starts making a loud noise. The belts in the tire busted and my log nuts was not tighten.

Always very helpful and polite. Bought a tire Saturday. I woke to it flat the next morning (they were closed Sunday). Went to the other location on Monday as it was closer to where I was and they fixed it quickly no questions asked and apologized for the trouble. I have bought several tires from them that was the only one I have ever had an issue with and it wasn't the tire something in the stem was pushed in by accident. I definitely would go back highly recommend them.

Went to Burke's for tires. Needed them pretty bad, but I was on a budget. Well, they gave me a fantastic price and I was under my budget!! Ben and his team had me in and out in a short time and was extremely kind and friendly!! I will always be shopping for my tires there!! Go to Burkes! These guys rock!!!

Ben, Chris && Steven were extremely helpful. Even gave me advice on some damage that was done from the snow storm. As a womanbI didn't feelbtaken advantage of nor underminded as some men tend to make females alone feel. I appreciate the service I received. I will never go there again!! I purchased a "new tire" Weds and Thursday it was flat and they try to say someone slit my tire so they would not replace or refund my tire. Do not go there!!

No matter what, whenever my tires go, they ate my go to. They are cheap, fast, and believe me when I say efficient. They talk to you and make you very comfortable. I will always choose them and trust them when it comes to my tires

I got off of work in the morning and found that I had a flat tire. I called around to get a quote. Walmart did not have the staff and I would have to wait forever. Other places were charging an arm and a leg for 1 tire. Hertrich Toyota wanted a kidney as well. Then I called Burke s. After being stressed all morning about my tire, I went to Burke s auto and tire. Benjamin met me and said we got you covered. Drew was quick and efficient at replacing the tire. If you need a tire change and want real friendly service from people who love working on cars rather then working for the dollar, go see these guys. They Rock.

Second time at Burke Tires & Auto Repair. Both times for tires. Ben and Chris are awsome guys. They both have excellent customer service skills. They are both very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. I completely trust them with my car.

I always use Burke Tire shop to change my tires. I went to this location today to get my tire changed and spoke with Christian. Christian was extremely disrespectful and rude. He wouldn t speak only point and continuously rolled his eyes. He told me my lug nut was stripped and he couldn t get it off. He told me since the other location put my tire on they had to get it off. He said that they are mechanics and they can deal with it. So I went to the north Dover location and they got my tire off with no issue I was in and out within 10 minutes. I wouldn t not recommend this location I would highly recommend the NORTH DOVER location.

Ben was very helpful in finding great new tires to fit my Nissan Rogue today. Other places I had called didn t have any in stock, and I would have had to order online and have shipped for placement. Steve was fast in applying, and he was friendly as well! Great guys! Great pricing!!

Steve and Chris were very professional pleasant and did an awesome job repairing and replacing tires on my husbands vehicle in a timely manner. Ben is very pleasant and always makes me feel welcome when I come to Burke's locations and he's there. It's welcoming because I am a female and there's generally men there.I always recommend people to them.Service: Tires

Had got 4 new used tires on my car. Down the road driving the back left one got a flat, I called Burke s and they said they would replace it for free. They got it done fast, apologized and the good thing is you can see everything that s done so that s good. And I know they did everything well, I would recommend because they have always gave me good service even in cheswold. Also very good prices, I paid 150$ for 4 used tires that have a lot of tread on them!

I got there as soon as they opened. They were already BUSY! That did not stop Ben from stopping what he was doing and tending to my needs, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! He not only took care what I needed but he also checked my other tires. Us women and our cars Garett also dug through my junky truck just to put my spare back where it belonged. They sure did spoil me. I was in at 8:30, out by 9:15!!! They will always be highly recommended by me! Great job guys Service: Tires

This was my first time at Burmese tire. A friend recommended them. I had my tires rotated and a tire plugged. Drew worked on my car and I was very satisfied with the work and how they were very professional.

I am thankful to have a place here in Dover, De I can call and go right away! I never experience an issue here where it wasn t fixable. Steven did an excellent job with his customer service, making me feel comfortable enough as a woman to come there alone. He fixed my tired quickly, and sent me on my way. Very disappointed in the aftermath. The service was great and very fast. However, I noticed a few weeks later right tire was pulling or leaning the car to the right. Checked out the tire and it was in worse shape than the ones I traded in. The store was highly recommended by my wife but I m out $70 now. NEVER AGAIN. TO YOUR RESPONSE: The warranty was over at your response. The technique you use is very deceiving. I was told to sit in the office and never got a look at the tires. I wish I kept my old ones, lesson learned.Service: Tires

This was the first time I went to this business being new and this town, but burkes tire came highly recommended. And I certainly see why, I was pleased with their customer service. They were prompt, polite, answered my questions, and best of all did not try to sell me higher priced tires. Burke's gave me a quotes for both new and used tires. Which was great because not everyone can afford brand new tires but need to keep their vehicle moving. They put my tires on quickly, then within an hour they called to tell me car is all ready and to come and pick up. I was back on the road in no time. I am really impressed with Burke's tire repair service, if I ever need to have my tire checked for a possible leak or if I need to have my oil changed, Burke's tire will be the stop for me. Keep up the great work! I highly recommend this tire shop.

Called ahead to check the price. The lady in the phone quoted me $50 to change two tires and balance all four tires. When I got there the guy told me 37 per tire plus another 10 to change the front to the back not even to balance them. I told them I had already been quoted a price less than ten minutes prior to arriving there and he refused to honor that price or even offer me a lower price than what he had inity stated. I went to put the tires back in my vehicle and they were covered in dirt and gravel which got all over my car.I went downtown he road less than half a mile to econo tire and had it done for 50. I can t for sure say this is Burke s fault but my right rear tire went flat within that half mile as well. I will never do business with them again
