Efficient, fast, friendly and very respectful! Steve and his crew knows and understands the value of a customer! I gave him a heads up of what was going on with my apu. Well, let s put it this way; came in dropped my trailer and got straight in the shop. He will have his crew do his best to get you done as fast as possible! I highly recommend getting service done here!

Staff here was really helpful n friendly. They located the problem fairly quickly and hmrepaired it and had me out in no time. I couldn't give 5 stars because now the APU is not working again.In their defense, it may not have anything to do with them, because I was having issues a few days prior after another Thermo King worked on it. Overall great staff.

Well I bought a Refrigerated Trailer and I decided to allow these guys to check it out and fix anything that was wrong. Well I had a list including a few lights, a spring to hold the hoses up, and I needed a diagnosis.Well the actual trailer shop did a great job but the shop in the back really tried to screw my company by luring and saying I had a bad compressor that would cost me $6000 so I should look into getting a different unit to put on the trailer in which would cost $13,500. Well I asked for specs on the replacement unit and was told I would receive the info the following day and I didn t get anything. I decided to get my trailer and take it to a different Shop. THANK THE LORD I DID. The total to get my trailer up and running properly was $2300. There was no problem with my compressor no leaks or anything. Also got some other parts replaced such as the lcd screen cover and status light. All in All steer far away from this place for refrigeration repairs they will try to screw you royally.

They had to redo some work that another Thermo King. It was the day before a holiday and they took me in at 4:45 n got the job done. Friendly mechanic staff and efficient.
