I recently visited Mr. Tire for an alignment service, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Heather greeted me with a warm smile and exemplary customer service. She was incredibly knowledgeable about their services and patiently answered all of my questions, putting any concerns I had at ease.The alignment service itself was top-notch. The technicians were efficient and thorough, ensuring that my vehicle was properly aligned for optimal performance. I noticed a significant improvement in the handling and stability of my car after the alignment was completed.Overall, my experience at Mr. Tire was exceptional, thanks in large part to Heather's professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. I ve only ever had a good experience when coming to Mr Tire, in Delmar. I went to 4 different places trying to get an oil change and was turned away for no ideal reason. When I went to Mr Tire for an oil change, they didn t even hesitate to get me in and out in no time. I will say booking an appointment is better than walking in. You will obviously wait longer if you re walking in. But I have no complaints whatsoever. I had a great experience, the staff is friendly. And I will be coming back again!!!

Bought new tires less then 2 years ago. Tires had 22k miles on them and car ride was bad. Refused to honor warranty on tires, also lied to my wife and gave me a different answer. Then quoted me $3600 for the same product I was offered right down the road for $1540. Would not trust this business. Only put for themselves and try to get over on people, not to help them.

Made an appointment and was told about 60-90 minutes for 4 tires and alignment. I ve had to listen to employees openly swear in the lobby, and then I realized I d been here an hour and they took two walk in oil changes before even touching my vehicle. I found that out because one employee openly complained about another in the lobby and how he was worthless and shouldn t have taken the other people first. Didn t change the fact that I was then told it would be another 45 minutes at least. The whole point of making the appointment was so that I could be in and out in a timely manner. They showed zero respect for my time and were overall disrespectful. I thought a franchise like this would have higher standards and would be more respectful of their customers. I will not be returning and if asked I ll share this experience.

We came to Mr. Tires in Delmar because it has 4 star review but we came to realize that it was not true.We got 4 new tires, got brakes changed, and was told by Lisa that we needed 2 new calipers.We were so happy because once we got everything changed, the truck droved smooth and nice.But that same week April 13, 2023, the truck started to make noise so we stopped on the road. And noticed that the caliper was grinding the wheel rim. And a bolt was missing.Got that fixed. But now it s the left wheel that has the loose bolt. April 20, 2023. It s not missing like the first time it happened. And the same issue happened with the left wheel.. the caliper is on top of the wheel rim.. which caused the grinding noise.No good. Terrible service. Lisa said that they provide excellent service. Not true. They prefer money over providing quality service. We paid about 4K for the services and WE ARE NOT SATISFIED.This could have been worse. 4 lives were at risk. With this second time. The first time it was 2 lives at risk.

Only living in the area 6 months so still trying to find places to get things serviced, however, after running over something Saturday had two flats and needed new tires. Was able to get me in next morning, staff was very friendly, and didn't take too long to finish the job. Will definitely be returning in the future

Though they could scam a vulnerable woman. Said I needed about $2,000 worth of work, took it back to my shop I go to and to another alignment shop for them both who have no affiliation to tell me everything was fine.

Stopped by for a Tire quote, the store manager Lisa was very helpful and took the time to examine my tires and confirm the correct size I would need. I m very satisfied with the customer service I was given as well as the knowledge demonstrated! Thank you Lisa, I look forward to continuing my service here.

I don't like how tire places sneak in extra add ons. I think it is annoying that they charge for a guarantee. Other than that the service was good and we were not there long.

Made an appointment for 1:00. Brought the car at 1:00. Told they would not get to the car until 1:45, and then it would take another 30 minutes. We are a one car family, so we had no other vehicle to go anywhere. We took a walk, had a sit down lunch and came back at 2:15. It is now 2:58 PM and the car is still not ready. I missed an appointment because of this! 2 hours for an oil change???!!! If you have an appointment for 1:00, that is when they should take your car! Never again!

Wrecked my sensors in the process of adding new tires. Told me it wasn't their problem ... Avoid getting serviced here. Waited two and a half hours just to get these results.

Office staff extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products offered.Service staff kept truck void of grease and lug nuts were on tight, oil change completed in a timely fashion. Have been a customer for 20+ years...Thanks for a job well done

My overall experience at Mr Tire was unsatisfactory at best. Customer service was mediocre and the work wasn't done correctly the first time.I took my truck here for the first time to have 4 new tires (purchased online, not from Mr Tire) mounted and balanced. The next morning after getting the tires installed, I walked out to the garage and noticed the front right tire was low on air.I took some soapy water and sprayed around the rim and the valve stem and found bubbles coming out of the valve stem. I figured the technician was rushing and forgot to tighten the valve stem. No big deal, this stuff happens sometimes. Not only did he forget to tighten the front right valve stem, he forgot to tighten all of them! I had to take the truck back in the next day to have the problem fixed.After getting the valve stems fixed, I figured I would check the tire pressure on all of the tires the next day to make sure there were no additional leaks. I found that Mr Tire inflated all of the tires to the maximum air pressure stamped on the sidewall of the tire instead of the manufacturers recommended PSI listed on the door jamb.I assume Mr Tire inflates tires to the max pressure because it causes the tread to wear considerably faster which results in them selling more tires. This is a shady business practice and has turned me away from doing further business with them. Every car has the recommended tire pressure somewhere on the vehicle. In the door jamb, inside the fuel filler cap, inside the glovebox door, etc. Mr Tire doesn't have to put much effort into finding out the correct pressure.I would have thought that since I was a first time customer Mr Tire would have gone a little out of their way to make sure the job was done right the first time.Update 9/4/17 - Front right valve started leaking again. Pic included for proof. This time I fixed it myself. I will update again in a few weeks if the leak has completed stopped. If so, Kim from Mr. Tire, I would appreciate if you would reach out to me as I feel as though I should receive a partial credit for the original work performed. I shouldn't have to do any maintenance to brand new tires.Update 9/18/17 - After fixing the problem myself the tire hasn't leaked any air for over 2 weeks. All I did was tighten the valve stem nut until the leak stopped. Why after 2 visits Mr Tire couldn't fix this issue is beyond me. I called Kim from Mr Tire on 9/7/17. She didn't answer. I left her a message and still have not received a call back. Kim's responses to bad reviews is just for show. It's just a way for Mr Tire to appear responsive even though they don't care about customer satisfaction. Stay away from this place at all costs. It's not worth your time.

In December of 2020 went in for s oil change and tire rotation well they chopped up one of my lug nuts with the wrong size socket so they couldn't do the rotation the lady at the counter Lisa I think her name is tried to argue with me that they were not responsible for that but after about 30 minutes she reluctantly agreed to replace that lug nut but didn't have any in stock so they called me when they got one in I went back to have it replaced and get the tire rotation well when they replaced the lug nut the mechanics impact gun slipped and took a chunk out of my wheel and the guy pat who was at the counter that day said he would give me a free synthetic oil change when my car needed one again or reimburse me for the wheel repair so I chose the the free oil change so now I'm told pat no longer works there and they could only authorize a regular oil change so when I called back the lady Lisa I think her name is was very very ignorant so now I'm out of a oil change and a the cost of a new wheel they are the most unethical tire shop I have ever dealt with I wouldn't even take my bicycle there to get the chain oiled

On Friday I got a screw in my tire at Wawa. Some customers heard the tire pop and suggested Mr. Tire. I slowly drove there and was told "you'll have ro leave your car as I don't have enough mechanics because no mechanics want a job"I was told to get a ride because I had to get a new tire. Then Lisa suggested I drive back over to Wawa and put some air in the tire.I know if a tire is completely flat and the tire rim is on the ground you shouldn't move the car.Not only was she not helpful she was RUDE and I will never get tires or any other services from Delmar Mr. TIRE

The staff were very professional in how they took care of me. There was an issue with inventory, had to choose tires 3 times because the tires were discontinued and had to reschedule my appointment time. But overall it was a good experience and will be back again.

I brought my truck in for 4 new tires I ordrred from Goodyear online. The web site gave me choice of 4 Mr. Tires centers to get them installed. The Mr. Tire in Delmar,DE. Is closest to me so I got an appointment for 7:30 am this morning to get them installed. It is now 10:20 am and I am still waiting...I have been told they are still working on it. I was told it takes an hour amd a half normally. It's now 10:30 and I just got my keys.

Ordered tires online. Showed up for install, was told they didn't have the tires in stock. girl behind the counter even stated "I don't see how they could have let you schedule it, they don't even know my inventory". They did, however, try to sell me higher priced tires. Don't like the bait and switch at all. Note: I did end up paying higher price for tires. But I did it at a place that didn't try to trick me.

For such a slow location they sure don t want your business always saying they are full. They have to be price gouging to still be in business! Never heard anything good about them and when you go to take a chance they aren t ready to earn anyone s.

My husband and I came in for some new tires for our wrangler. The staff as a whole were amazing. Lisa at the front desk was super helpful very friendly and sweet. They all really know their stuff 10/10 would highly recommend.

Needed new tires for my car and ordered online, got to store to find out there were only two in the whole Country. Worked with me to find a good replacement, wound up costing more but the manager went out of her way to make sure my tires got in and installed quickly. All this while being short staffed, will be coimg here for all my tire needs.

Called asked about tire repair, Jose asked if I could come in now. Of course, I will see you on 5. Jose welcomed me upon entry and knew I was presenting as the caller who needed tire repair. Julian was standing beside him greeted me and immediately got started on my repair. He even locked my doors upon completion of repair. Tech: J Chavez.Very pleasant experience and amazingly friendly staff. I will recommend.Thank you to both Jose (manager) and Julian (Tech).
