If I could have given zero stars, I would have!!! I had the worst experience EVER! I came in on a Saturday and test drove vehicles. When I found the one I wanted, I was told to come back on Monday because they closed in 40 minutes. Came back on Monday and was told that, because I lived in Kent County, they had to take the car through inspection before I can even start the process, which was almost a 2-hour wait (I was told on Saturday that inspection was already done and the vehicle was ready to be sold!) While waiting, I find out that I was short on the down payment by $200. Despite all the inconveniences that I had experienced, they said they COULDN'T work with me. Truth is, they just WOULDN'T! The selling price would have been the same AND it would have still been paid off in less than two years! There was NO REASON not to! They conveniently, however, had a vehicle that they haven't been able to sell that they wanted to "work" with me to get The first thing I was told when I first came in was that the owner was a "wonderful, religious man and would work with people". However, he wasn't willing to work with me over $200! As the sayings go..."God don't like ugly" and "What goes around comes around!"

Highly recommend this Auto shop. Honest , extremely knowledgeable and great price. Have been having trouble with my truck and several shop's were "not sure what was wrong" and I was not treated very well and was so stressed and upset. It's stressful not knowing if something is being fixed correctly and not knowing if your being over charged. Dean knew exactly what was wrong with my truck. Julie at front desk was super nice, helpful and got me in quickly. Huge thank you to you both!! Super happy and excited to have found nice, honest people!!

I got a 09 Chevy Impala Lt it didn't pass Maryland inspection. The owner said it needed tires, brakes and rotors. But he left out that the outer tire rods were bad and it needed alignment. I called him several times about the power steering and the transmission . Which his mechanic informed me he couldn't order any parts over $50. He was very rude and made up numerous stories about my car. When I took the car back to him he kept $500 of my money. Proclaiming that he was charging me for repossession my car and mileage. But he claimed on Wednesday he was gonna give me all of my money back. So if anyone is interested in purchasing a car from bi-state motors think really hard about it.So i pray to God you weight out your options.

Very easy to deal with. Didn't have to wait for hours to sign paperwork like at other dealers. Ray is a very nice person to deal with. Nice used cars.

Ray is honest and above board in all his dealings and always tries to make every deal a Win/Win for everyone involved. Would not hesitate to buy any vehicle Ray recommended.

Drove by there today? Had some nice cars ? But when you go up.on there website to look ? Doent show pitures of the cars & whe n u click on pitures goes to dealer .com with no pitures ? Not helping me . i live in Rehoboth beach delawere.

Mr.Ray is a great Dealer I had only few little problems with my car and he fixed them and one of them he came out too me too make sure my car was up and running so I can get too work but I can say One thing Mr.Ray is a good man and I will further my business with him and I suggest u too do the same if you looking for a good dealership Thanks Mr.Ray

I just got a 2011 Ford fusion and also a 2011 chevy impala both today from here we like both cars however I think the impala has a bad oil sensor or oil pump because we told the owner about the low oil pressure light that came on while test driving then it went off we took it off the lot and it has came back across the dash 4 times from Delmar to Salisbury so they r open tomorrow morning at 830 and I will be calling because this definitely needs attention asap beings we just literally took both off the lot 40 minutes ago
