I needed a headlight bulb and to have it install, auto zone was awesome!!! I had contacted other places and they said no we don't install headlights, because some cars you have to remove the bumper, however, the young man at auto zone said let's have a look!! He was kind and patient with me!! He said yes I'll replace it for you.I am so thankful auto zone look before telling me no!!! I recommend auto zone in Delmar,md!!

Got a jump my battery was dead went to Auto Zone the guy there Matt was very nice and I bought a new battery and he installed it on the spot and I was gone in less than an hour super cool

I honestly wish I was able to give more then a 5 star rating, I had the best experience I could have ever asked for from this gentleman name Michael H, He went above and beyond for me then I coukd have ever imagined possible. He deserves so much for what he did and going out if his way to make sure I was safe as well as my children were in my vehicle. When this momma was one stressed out and worried to death. He mentioned above and beyond. A little back story, I was in an auto accident about a month ago, someone rearended us, I went to this store, since after the accident issues were accuring as I was waiting to hear back to take my truck into an autobody shop, and met this gentleman, I was frantic trying to see what was wrong with my vehicle since, I could smell a nasty smell fume inside from under my hood. He came out with his testing tool to see what was wrong. As soon as he popped my hood open, he noticed fumes of smoke coming from my battery with a liquid leak, he automatically seen it when I have not when looking prior nor even noticed it myself. I had to buy a brand new battery since it was unsafe to drive with my children like that, he went above and beyond since I had prior appointments I had to get right to and he changed out my whole battery for me. I can't thank him enough for the kindness and the customer service he shown me this day. I wish I could of done something nice for him since he did that when he honestly didn't have to at all, and could of just sold me the battery and let me figure it out on my own. I am very thankful and beyond appreciative of this man and all he done. If you ever need to go to this store please go see him. He is an amazing person. Thank you again Michael if you by chance see this!! Your kindness definitely helped and went a long way for me that day!

Ordered online. They called when parts were ready. When we arrived at store, we were greeted right away. I had purchased a battery, and a relay. The person carried my new battery to the car, without my asking, and carried my old battery back inside for me. Outstanding customer service!!

Needed a air filter and a headlight. Chris saw me surveying the store and jumped right in to assist me. I didn't know exactly which type headlight I had, but Chris went to my car with me pulled it and knew exactly what I needed. He was even kind enough to install them for me. All at no charge and with refusing to take the tip I offered, which was far less than if I were to get them installed at the dealership.Great customer service. I will definitely be giving them more of my business.Thanks again Chris, Autozone is lucky to have you as an employee.

Great experience. Chris, the manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful. No high pressure, just a friendly relaxed experience. He tested my battery, explained my options, then installed the new battery. Highly recommended.

The head manager represents his company very well, very professionally, very knowledgeable about parts as well as trouble shooting or properly diagnosing what could possibly be wrong with your vehicle! Love this store and it's staff! And I can honestly say that it has been that way for a long time! I don't even remember a time I didn't wanna go in there!

I was in a tight spot when my battery kicked the bucket, until Chris the store manager helped me out. He tested my battery, priced another right away, and even installed the replacement. Awesome people working here and honestly I will not be visiting any other parts place in the area.

I went on a Monday I believe to buy a starter for my Pontiac, the manager was absolutely great! He was so polite & seemed extremely happy to help, unfortunately I did not get his name !! The lady who helped me with the starter was so nice too!!! Great job everyone!!!

I enjoy going in here the staff is knowledgeable and will help you get what you need. I had a Frankenstein in my car (motor that don't belong) and they helped me get what I needed to make things work even searched some stuff for me.

I was desperate to have a head light replacement & wanted to replace both, low beam, bulbs & get brighter ones. I found what I needed but Schnyder, the very polite, informative young man suggested a different set of bulbs that were brighter & less expensive. I asked if there was any way he could replace my bulbs & added that I would be more than happy to pay him for his labor. He replied that paying him would not be necessary & he would be happy to do so. He quickly replaced the bulbs. I asked him if he could show me how to put the new windshield wipers I purchased some time ago. He replied that he could do that for me also. I believe it was Chris (sp?) that came out to assist Schnyder when they realized they wouldn't work. Schnyder helped me pick out the correct wipers for my car & the 2 of them placed them on my car. I had stopped by one other place prior to entering Auto Zone. The employee had no interest in assisting me in even finding the bulbs so I left. I then went to another establishment & asked for a price for changing 2 bulbs. I was quoted $200 +. I left & went to Auto Zone. I am so grateful for the service I received & thankful you have such kind, competent & helpful employees at your Delmar, MD store. Happy Thanksgiving! P.S. I'm sorry if I misspelled either gentlemen's names.

The manager, Chris, went above and beyond when I stopped in earlier this week. I couldn t get my old license plate off of my car, so I stopped in to see if they had a tool that could help. One of the screws was stripped, and the other was cross threaded, and I definitely could not have fixed the issue on my own. Chris took his time, got creative, and made sure I didn t leave there without my new license plate being on my car. Thanks Chris!

I have to say, I had an amazing experience at AutoZone. Chris, the manager, did an awesome job changing the battery in my truck, in the freezing cold. He replaced the battery tie downs, as mine were corroded, and offered some of the best service I've ever had. If you need ANY auto parts in the Salisbury MD, Laurel DE, or Delmar area go see the guys at AutoZone and ask for Chris. They're a great bunch of guys and they'll treat you right.

Went in for a battery for my truck. I need a step ladder to work on my engine, and I needed it installed asap so asked for on-site installation. It was cold and windy and the poor guy stuck with the task ran into a couple of issues. He didn't get frustrated or give up, and finally got it installed.

My daughter ordered me a headlight bulb so i went to pick it up and i had gottten mine out but couldnt get the clip thing off ( i didnt wanna break it)...kristopher the manager helped me he knew right away it was the wrong bulb and went and got the right one...he showed me how to remove the clip in case i have to do it again...i thanked him and offered to give him lunch money on me he refused....he is such a nice guy and this is the second time i had a nice experience with him....always quick to jump in and help and has excellent customer service if there is a award for manager of the yr he most definitely deserves it!!!!!

The people who work there are friendly, but the part that I ordered online that was supposed to be an "exact fit" was definitely not. The guy apologized sincerely, and helped point me to finding the right part, which they didn't stock

It's OK, but they didn't know much about my car and they made me buy 3 belts and I only needed one.... It was easy to return but still.Also I ordered the belts and only one came when they said it would and I even waited till the next day to go pick it up. They made me drive to Delaware to get the other belt.All in all, nice people.

Employee Christopher Hastings was extremely helpful as I had ran out of antifreeze & he assisted me in in filling as I could not get cap off. Also advised me to check hose for pressure prior to removing cap!

Bought a light bulbs for my back right turn signal today in Delmars Auto Zone location. I was planning to go home and put it in myself but a repsentative there offered to change it for me right there. Didn't expect that. They offered and did it. 5 Stars for above and beyond service today. I recommend them when you need help. Great service!!!!

Great experience today 6/24/2020 at Delmar AutoZone! My car battery died down the street in the Wawa parking lot. The manager Chris gave me a lift down to the car and replaced the battery! He saved me from having to carry the heavy battery down the street to the car and install it. I was shocked at the great customer service in today's world! Thanks again, AutoZone!
