Nice to have a great auto parts store in Delmar, much better than the ORANGE place across the street. And they were here first. Like the Speed Perks rewards, and the coupons that come in the mail if you sign up.

Me and my 16 year old daughter went to advanced auto in delmar today because our brake light came on. Mind you we have no idea what we are doing. So I ask the man checking us out if he could help us put it in and he replies " well I know when you leave there will be a wet spot on the floor." Didn't even offer assistance but making fun that we couldn't figure it out. I was so disappointed and quite frankly mad.

The gentleman that works there was very helpful and friendly he came out to my car and check my oil level and suggested the oil I should get. The lady that check us out was very friendly and she gave us a funnel so we could fill are car. Overall great customer service by the gentleman and the lady that worked there I wish all stores had friendly workers like Advance Auto Parts

My son and I went into the Delmar location after being frustrated and disappointed from trying to get parts from the Seaford location, there whole atmosphere was different. The associates on shift were friendly and very helpful. James was the young man that helped us tonight and did everything he could to make sure we got our parts and completely turned around our experience. This young man was warm, friendly and beyond helpful. He even carried everything out to my car. If you need any parts go to the Delmar location and visit James and the staff there. I give them 5 stars . Thanks guys for making things happen for my son. Your friendly conversation, and customer service is top notch.

Advance has a curbside pickup policy. Supposedly when you get there they bring your item out to you. Well, when I went to the store, I called (I had ordered online) parked by the front door, and called. The worker peeked out the window after my call, then came to the door and told me I had to come in. I'm handicapped, so that's why I liked the idea of curbside. Then when he saw me handicapped, then he offered to bring it to me. He said "sorry, no problem.." I said "big problem ". I took the item back the next morning, told them why I returned it (wrong part) and reported the issue. I took my business elsewhere.

Generally well stocked and very friendly associates.everyone seems to be fairly knowledgeable. If you need help finding product, they will gladly assist. Sometimes there are not enough people working and lines can take 30+ minutes.

Clean spacious. Great customer service.. ALWAYS hv what i need for my 2001 Honda accord.. if they dont hv it(rarely) they will find it for me

Always great service and people. Couldn't count how many times ive been there in the last year its been so much. But it never changes great service and workers. Rate 10 out of 10. All parts I got were correct the first time.

The 1st time it was great after that it was terrible wouldn't let me log in also oil deals don't work on line and when you have a cartridge filter you cant get the oil deals i think you should be able to pay a little more for a cartridge filter verses a traditional screw on filterThanks

Wont b going here anymore needed a simple blinker bulb replaced they said we sell them but we don't mess with putting them in so I went to autozone in delmar where management was kind to oblige

Nice people there. The store is always very clean and organized. One of my favorite stores in the area. The GM is very focused and the store surely shows it.

One time accepts my check..next time it does not..reason is that I have checks numbering almost to 18,000..being penalized because I have been with same bank since 1962..and you can not get thru to hqtrs..Last time I went to shop there...

Don't remember location they're all around us if just looking for something stop it whichever location is convenient if ordering or need something when home normally go to Georgetown or Millsboro

Good service always can find the parts you want and me and all my friends and this by have my family all go there and I recommend it to anybody best place to go on the Eastern Shore for services and good parts

The Delmar Advanced Auto Parts store is BAD! The staff member that helped me was no help. They have no automotive knowledge at all. Thankfully NAPA is just across the street.
