Hit a deer in dagsboro and my insurance recommended this center. Had a poor job on the front grill and its all plastic! Worse is, its falling apart! Have to glued the parts back myself. Car stayed in the shop for almost 2 months and when I called for updates, they'd give me different reasons and kept on lying on when will be work on the car be done! When the car was finally done for pick up, check engine light was on!

Called to ask when my car would be done after a week and they told me this Friday, Friday comes and I wait till around 3 when they close at 5 and I call to ask when I can get it when I m then told that the part didn t fit and they had to order a different separate part and that it would be done Tuesday. It s now Tuesday more than 2 weeks after I have my car and im now told it s not ready and wasn t given another day to come get it because of them waiting for a call from insurance. Yet nobody called either time to update me about my car and I had to figure it out for myself that it won t be done today and this is frankly ridiculous and absolutely uncalled for.Service: Body & Trim

Do yourself a favor and wait for Rickards. The receptionists don't know anything, so don't ask them for updates. They said 2 weeks for a finish date, the day before that finish date, they said another week. Then another week and so on. They wait until last minute to give you updates, so your struggling to find last minute car rental $. The emails they do send, are the most basic copy and paste emails ever, with no information. Literally says "this may take a significant amount of time" Be prepared for them to have your vehicle for at least 6 weeks. And no they don't reimburse for any rental. I gave one star because my car is done. Don't recommend

Wonderful Experience! I took my car to the Auto Works Collision Center in Dagsboro after an accident. They gave me a comprehensive overview of the process, worked with my insurance company and did a quality repair (my husband is very particular). Everyone was professional and courteous. We even got a daily email on the progress as well as a follow up to ensure that we were satisfied. Highly recommend!

I had used this business for over 20 years and was very happy. Hit a deer and needed body work. Called and was going to be 2 1/2 week wait for an estimate. 1 1/2 weeks later got voice mail that appointment was canceled with no openings until Spring. It is November. My how times have changed. No longer will I recommend.

This is a insurance recommended site but it needs to not be. I took my car here and they never did a test drive after they where done with the work. It isn t fixed still after the second time. I feel cheated. The paint job was the Only good thing. My trunk doesn t even close properly neither does my gas cap. Oh and all these cut corners took them two months to complete.

Front passenger light and bumper emblems fender replaced and painted. They keep us posted everyday bye email on the progress of our truck. They are awesome i highly recommend them for any job.

I appreciate the service I recieved for my car. I also truly appreciate Tom for allowing me to bring my car in on a Saturday morning when my work schedule didn't allow me to come before they closed through the week once. I also really appreciate him "quick fixing" the problem I had with my car til they got the part in to do it. Above and beyond. Thank you!

All the work I've had done here was good but recently I was notified one day after instead of the day of when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I had my 1965 VW painted, the section they painted is noticably a slightly different shade of yellow when viewed in daylight.

They are absolutely horrible. They stated my car was safe to drive which it was not. They refuse to hook my car up to the computer with the check engine light on stating they will only do that once they take it apart. Took my car to a mechanic who told me by hooking it up to the computer that it was not safe to drive. Called them and told them and they said I could drop it off for it was not drive able and They would order the part that my mechanic now said They needed which They would have known if They hooked it up to the computer the day we brought it in and would have known it's not safe to drive but They neglected to do so. Instead they let me drive my vehicle for 4 days thinking it was safe. They never called with updates on vehicle I had to call to find out anything. One person would say parts are here the other would say still waiting on parts.

They didn t put my car back correctly. More was overlooked than I would prefer. I live too far to go back and forth. I wouldn t recommend them .

Gave an estimate on my truck and i was hit in front and back they told that insurance they couldn't say damage was from accident are you kidding me stay clear if insurance quote they jelp insurance company but not the clent

A railroad tie flew off a truck and went under my car. They fixed my car but never painted the front where it got hit.
