I purchased a 2005 Dodge Magnum 2 years ago. I drove it all the way back to NY. It did need $2000 of repairs but it was expected for a older car. I haven't had to do any repairs since. Best car purchase I made. I got it for a nice price! It's a beautiful vehicle that runs extremely well. It's strong running and feels like it has a lot of years left in it.

Best car buying experience ever! I absolutely love my van! The staff was very friendly and professional. Charity was very down to earth and friendly, she was very patient and understanding. If you want a lemon, go here! And they enjoy taking your money too! All lemons every car I drove out of the lot broke down on my way to lewes. Scammers and the mechanics use youtube to fix problems hahaha

Highly recommend these folks- I ve been looking for a Taco truck from Seattle to Denver to the east coast and they ve been the best people I ve come across! Just bought a Toyota Tacoma, ES Motors has been a great dealership to work with. It s great that they ve inspected the truck and given a 3month/3k mile warranty on parts, they seem very trustworthy and take pride in their operation. Charity was amazing with the whole process, paperwork and car prep and David was great to talk to on the phone when I made the initial deposit.

Called 3/06/2020 about their 2014 Chevy Traverse which is listed for $11,995 dollars. Govoni* answered. added in $900 in extra fees to register in Delaware. Once i told him i wanted to register in Pennsylvania he hung up. I called back several times thinking maybe we'd lost connection some how, and he continued to hang up and . Then sent me to voicemail. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE.3/07/20 TO ES motors response:The conversation went as I previously stated. Only I called. No side conversations.

Attempted to get financing, but it seemed the sales person just kept saying why their lenders are hard to get approved through. So didn't bother trying there. Got approved easily elsewhere.

Purchase was a smooth process. ES Motors is a respectable and fair business and not a rip off place. They showed care for customer service. The only negative I have is the car wasn t well cleaned for pick up as promised. That s a small thing and the only reason I didn t give 5 stars. I m more concerned about the car running well. It does run well as advertised. I would still purchase from them again and recommend them.

Notice how the majority of the 5 star reviews are generic, follow similar patterns of speech and have very little detail. It's because they are probably fake and written by their friends. This place is crooked. Sort the reviews by low to high and you'll notice the negative reviews are well detailed and indicate that the person writing is actually describing the experience they had with this place.This dealer sold me a Civic which needed an engine replacement due to long term over heating damage on the car. The car broke down only 20 days after I purchased it. They hid the damage by using blue devil gasket sealer. I got in contact with the previous owner's service center and they informed me that the car needed $2900 of engine servicing right before eastern shores acquired it. The dealer took zero responsibility for selling me a faulty vehicle. He claims all his cars are "approved" by his mechanics which is just a despicable lie. He offered to trade the car in for another one and I would loose $1300 on that deal. I refuse to buy another car form this shady dealer. I may have lost a lot of money but its satisfaction enough to inform others to AVOID this dealership.

I purchased a 2011 Volvo Xc70 on Dec 22,2020. Vehicle was clean and looked well maintained. Feb 4, 2021, I had to replace starter, $560.00. April 28,2021, car is in shop again. This time it's the fuel pump, $1380.00 estimate. When I called, and asked for help, Alex quoted me $986.00 to fix. When I asked about returning the vehicle for another or helping on the price for repair he laughed and said "You can try". The mechanic at the current shop said vehicle was in major accident and may have frame damage. I am current on all payments and do not write reviews other than to warn people so they don't get ripped off as I did. This place should be avoided.

I went to about 6 different used car lots. This was the last one I found. Once I arrived, there was no need to look any further. Decent inventory, and excellent service. I was met outside with a complete list of their inventory that included all of the info about every car including finance price and cash price. All the stickers included the trim line which made it easy to get accurate KBB pricing. To my surprise, their prices were on point and there was no need to haggle. Additionally, car fax reports where readily available as well as a report showing all the work they had performed on the vehicle. Normally you can only get this kind of service at a new car dealer. These guys have gone above and beyond and I hope they are still around when it comes time to buy my next car.

I was looking for a good used car, and I wanted good service. I went to ES Motors in Dover and Kurt Holman did an outstanding job. He listened to what I needed and what my budget could handle. and he put me in the right car. He showed great customer service, and bonded quickly with me and my wife. If you are looking for a good car with service go see Kurt.

So far ES Motors has been fantastic! No shady or hooky business deals. My son recently purchased and paid for a very nice, fully loaded 2006 Chrysler 300. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommended!

I had done quite a bit of searching for a car in the weeks leading up to me buying one from Eastern Shore. I am not rich and really need a decent car that I can rely on. I live in Pennsylvania in what they call " coal country" and the cars are over priced and high miles. When I found the 2009 Altima SL I bought from these guys I was interested enough to put a deposit on it and drive down there but in my heart I thought SOMETHING had to be wrong. You used car shoppers know what I mean. Instead the car was better than I'd realized, the price was fair and they were very easy to deal with. Lol. No bathroom at this location though. I'd buy from them again when the time comes. Nice cars on their lot.

As far as the dealership experience, I'm very happy thus far. Zero pressure sales interactions. Answered questions without trying to steer us away from what we wanted to see, and without trying to steer us toward some specials, some other cars, or some more profitable sales. Very up front about costs and fees, and cash vs. financing pricing. Paperwork was done when we arrived to close the deal, and we just needed to run through the stacks and sign, after verifying things were correct of course. I have zero complaints and am very happy so far. I do wish they'd filled the gas tank on the car before we took it, but that's more of a new-car thing I guess.Regarding the car itself, like all used car sales, there's always a time period where you get to know the car, build trust in it, get a feel for how well it was previously taken care of, etc. So far, no surprises; the car runs well, with no obvious issues and no problems. Looking forward to years and miles ahead of us with no worries beyond normal maintenance and repairs.

I've bought two vehicles from there this year within a few months and are great driving at a very decent price. The staff there were pleasant, patient, professional, ethical, and very friendly. Would I buy another car there, I definitely would.

Giavanni runs the business for his owner very professionally and honestly. We started out with Dagsboro staff, who were good to us. They moved our vehicle to the Dover site for convenience. They kept all of their promises on trade ins. Josh or someone always answers phone. Very patient with questions and always busy helping customers. Clean environment. Great car. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I had a very good experience while going thru the process to get my new SUV. I went in paid my deposit on a vehicle that I liked and within 48 hours I was driving off with my truck. Andre and Nick was the best, they really work with me, great job guys, I appreciate all your efforts and would highly recommend them to my family and friends. A great experience, and good customer sevrivce........

I brought a 2013 Volkswagen CC that was in immaculate condition. I love my car and had a great experience. Everyone was very helpful and I didnt feel rushed or brushed off. I'm in the process in buying a second car as well. I would definitely recommend anyone buying a car here!!!!!

I am very please with ES Motors. Mike and Andre were very exceptional in their customer service. They treated me with respect and they were down to earth. I am pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend anyone in the Dover, Camden area looking for a car dealership with nice cars and friendly staff to go to ES Motors on S State street in Dover Delaware.

I went to ES Motors praying for the best but preparing for the worst. I met Kurt and he was so down to earth and easy going, he made me confident about the whole process. I really needed a car with more space for my new baby girl and despite the many obstacles and road blocks we kept hitting, Kurt made sure I was able to drive away in a nice spacious mini SUV. I'm extremely grateful for all he's done, it was truly the best car buying experience I could have hoped for. I would recommend to anyone I know. Thanks Kurt!

I love this place... bought a 2008 Lincoln Navigator from ES Motors. The staff was great saw my truck on a Tuesday and was riding by Thursday. They are quick and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Will recommend them to All family and friends. Thanks ES Motors
