Today my wife were leaving Millsboro after spending a few days seeing our new home that is being built. We were leaving the hotel and were broadsided by a guy texting a driving who blew a red light. Keith was fantastic! He was so empathetic and kind and new how dressed we were about getting our luggage and personal belongings from the car after my wife was checked out at the hospital. He was so accommodating and said he was there to help in anyway he could. We are happy that we are moving to an area with such amazing people. Thanks Keith!Service: Vehicle wrecking

To the driver on Hickory Hill rd on 10/20 at 9 :20 pm...thanks for TAILGATING THE STUDENT DRIVER trying to get night hours in...took me hanging out the window yelling at you to back off....you created a VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE FOR A NEW DRIVER!!!!!!! . BTW she WAS doing the legal speed limit...you had NO emergency lights on...DO BETTER..NOT A GOOD EXAMPLE

I've dealt with Greys towing, Coastal towing, Passwaters Towing, and Lynch's towing.... This place is the worst. Use anyone in Sussex County except for them. Seriously. Save yourself the time and headache.. Go absolutely anywhere else.

Stole my catalytic converter and said it fell off after small collision that required towing. Only the radiator was busted but all 4 cats were cut out of my truck.

The lady in the office was very Rude. First time there my son was picking his car up and we didn't see a sign or anything saying to call when you get there and she will come out. And she didn't tell us when we called before going. Apparently the sine blew away from a storm. She needs to learn a better way of showing customer service

My husband ran off the road and was unresponsive when the EMT s came. County police had Bunting s Garage tow his car. Less than 24 hours later I called about the car, was told I needed to bring 350$ in cash to avoid storage fees, even though they are required by state law to accept credit cards. The garage was closed for the weekend but I was told I would still be charged a storage fee, even so. The guy met me at the garage took the cash, and handed me a receipt, which included a $55 fee for taping up a window. He had taped a garbage bag to it with 3 small pieces of tape that would not even have survived the 20 minute trip home.Avoid at all costs- this was a total rip off!

My dad passed out in his vehicle from a heart arrhythmia and emergency services had to break the window to get him out. Bunting s charged $350 to tow the car and hold it for one night. This included a $50 charge just to tape a piece of plastic over the broken window. The guy had full understanding of the situation and still overcharged unconscionable.

So our car was impounded after an accident. The staff was very polite and gave us a break on the total price to get it out of impound. The part that has become frustrating is that they used some form of permanent marker on the outer driver side of the window that WILL NOT come off. Just called in an was told to try using a razor blade to scrape the letters and numbers off, which by the way was probably the last thing we would do. After we made it clear that wasn t ok we were initially told sorry there is nothing we can do up to the point where we made it clear that this wasn t our problem to solve, but there needs to be a resolution. We are waiting on a call back with some good way to remove the marker and hopefully that call changes this opinion. Again the staff was very polite and nice, but the marker has been an issue.

They move our big equipment... next day and best price. With other haulers I have to leave a guy behind to drive equipment on trailer buy this driver can drive anything so I just leave it now.

I am a Local that remembers the lands that Buntings garage is located upon that was anything but farm field. I have watched them [ father "Ellison" ] carve out a garage business that he made stick like glue because he was a Man of his Word! His son Keith filled his fathers shoes up & added to the family's crest with good service & great equipment. Nothing worse than the Tow Truck that comes to tow you out breaks down from disrepair because the Owner would not keep up good equipment. Bottom Line here folks is Use Buntings Garage for All your Towing needs and you will find out what I already know that you are using the BEST around at very affordable rates. I know from personal experiences.

Wish I could give zero stars. This is an unethical company that requires payment in cash under the table and is unwilling to work with people even when towing was out of their control and due to emergency circumstances.

Charged $450 for tow of 3 miles. State Police contract won't allow owner of vehicle to use AAA.

Predatory towing at it's worst. You could (literally) be in your car, incapacitated due to a health problem, and they'll still tow you without considering the circumstance.
