Just had 4 new tires put on my Mazda 3. B and E beat all the near by competitors by a good margin! Being somewhat new to the area I think was nice to find a good honest and fair place! My go to place from now on for all my automotive issues!

First came here about 5 years ago, to get a second price quote. A different shop wanted to charge me over $800 and the great guys at B and E diagnosed a blown fuse and charged me $1.99! I was so impressed with their honesty, I have never gone anywhere else. They keep my older vehicles running like new vehicles for reasonable rates! Never had an issue getting an appointment or a fix when I need. I wish more businesses ran this way!

I don't give many 5 stars, but it wouldn't be right to only give 4! Prices are competitive to the nearby wholesale store, some better. Owner and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. And they reach out into the community; they sponsor a team in my OTS softball league.

I have been going to B&E Tire & Alignment for about five years now. I will never go anywhere else. I had my oil changed and tires rotated yesterday. The guys who work there are very professional and courteous. My car was done in a timely manner, and the price was very fair. They do a great job there!! I m very pleased!

We were traveling from Pennsylvania to a bachelorette weekend and got a flat tire. We called B&E. They said they could take us right away check the tire and repair or replace if needed. Kyle was not only lovely but very helpful. The tire went on great we had no other issues and we were very thankful for the quick and solid service. Highly recommend!!!!!Service: Tires

I spent thousands of dollars with them to fix my trucks issues. I had many alignments and front end work. My truck had a death wobble. Went there for them to fix it twice and got charged twice for an alignment still have the wobble and it just recently caused me to be in an accident. I took the same truck for a blinker that had a short in the the wiring. They burned up a new battery that I had to replace. The owner contacted being very defensive. He said how dare you blame us for burning up your battery. I said I didn't. I asked was something that was laid across it to short it out to the mechanic. Owner said he's never seen anything like it but been doing it for 40 years. I took the Truck to them again and said I heard some noise from the rear and said they couldn't find it. After it git worse I took it back again as it they finally found that it was a carrier bearing. These people are unrofessional and don't have a clue. I took my wife's van there and $900 later after they change parts it still was messed up. Took it to another mechanic to find out it was a oil pump. I've been in business for 30 plus years if I did busines like this I wouldn't be in business. I have spent over $5000 in the last year and had to take my truck to another mechanic. They are the nicest guys! Very personable and approachable! Bought 4 new tires from them about two months ago and when I discovered my tire pressure notification on, I immediately called them. They told me to come in right away. When I arrived, checking my tires we both discovered a nail in a sidewall of one of the tires. Then was told the whole tire would need to be replaced and to return later on that afternoon to receive a replacement. That afternoon after the tire was replaced, I was told no charge because the tire was under warranty! Love them!

My transmission on my 96 F-350 7.3 l was jumping in and out of overdrive. Also the column shifter was out of sync and the light on the column shifter for overdrive was flashing on and off. This caused the truck to tow horrible. Everyone that I spoke with wanted to pull my transmission out and completely rebuild it which was going to cost me $1000's and the truck was going to be out of commission for several weeks. Of course we had a camping trip coming up that was going to be canceled.Kyle at B&E knew exactly what the problem was. Once The parts came in and the work was completed. The cost was under $500.00. Not only did B&E save me tons of money. They had me up and running in time for me to take my family on the camping trip. I truly trust this company now and they have my business from here on out. If you're looking for a mechanic that will do what they say they're going to do and do it right. These are your guys.

Fantastic group of guys that are Trustworthy! Had a part replaced on my work van that ended up being defective from the manufacturer. Stacey and his team had me back on the road same day!! Will be using B&E in the future! Highly recommended!

I really appreciate the help this business gave me on such short notice. I had a broken tire valve and they fixed it same day. Gave me options on buying a sensor or just a quick fix. This place is great and provided great customer service! As a retail worker myself I definitely appreciate that! Thank you B&E!

These guys are great. I had a tractor tire I couldn't get beaded. I must have spent an hour on it. I took it to them, they asked if I needed it inflated, they took it to the garage, I didn't have time to finish a few sentences with they guy at the counter and it was done. Literally less than a minute. I asked how much, they said nothing. I will be back when I need tires or other work. Thanks guys!!

They are the place the "Locals" go to for all of their auto repairs for a reason. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. So glad we were recommended to try them several years ago.

I have had a very good experience with B & E Tire over the years. Twice I've had a slow leak in my tires and they have been quick to find and remedy the issues. Ive also bo8ght tires there with no problems. Very efficient, professional and friendly.

I had a couple people praise B&E tire so I figured I would give them a try.I just wanted a tire swapped out on a wheel I dropped off and they said to give them 2 hours.I would have given 5 stars but they forgot about my wheel and tire so I had to wait until the next day to pick it up. No other issues though.Service: Tires

Was visiting the shore from DC, got a price quote and time frame for 4 new tires. Quick service, including diagnosing the problem in one of my old tires (belt had separated). Also, I mentioned that the e-brake appeared to be sticky, and once car was up in the lift and the wheels were off, they noticed one of the brake calipers was hot to the touch, and lubed it to allow it to fully release from the brake disc. I am a regular here somewhat we have an older car or two and they always help us. Great staff and well kept. Very honest and a good motto on the wall. You have to read it to enjoy it. We had a tire blowout on our work trailer during our busiest time. Call them up said they had the tire in stock and they could have it done that day. We dropped the tire off and it was done in less than 10 minutes and we were back to work. The staff there's incredibly hard working and very professional. I would absolutely recommend this company to anybody looking for tire work or vehicle repair. And Mr Lewis at the front desk was extremely helpful.Service: Tires

Another HAPPY service trip to the guys at B&E....Oil Change and check for summer use. As always, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a pleasant attitude I was a bit late for my appointment (held up at another appt) But, I had called and was told I would still be taken. The mechanic was very through, and took his time, as I noticed compared to other mechanic. The waiting room had no seats, and the mechanic saw me outside leaning against a pole. He brought me a stool and I was able to get off my sore, swollen ankle!Great place!! Good business! I've been going there for awhilw!!Thanks. Guys!!Peppermint Patti

We had such a great experience with this business! They don't do road side assistance but they were able to since we were right across the street from them in a parking lot. We couldn't thank them enough for the help. Very professional and friendly!

B & E Tire are the Best!! They never let us down. My wife was trying to get to work and suddenly bells were going off. Tire down to 10 lbs. She pulled in and Kyle took care of it and got her on her way to work. Thanks Kyle! You are awesome!

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. The day prior I tried to take it into pep boys near my house and after 5 hours of no work, they told me they needed to keep it overnight to replace the tire, even after they admitted that it could be patched but it was against their policy to do so. I brought it into B&E the next day and they fixed it in 5 minutes flat on the spot. Removed the small piece of nail, patched it up and had me ready to go in no time at all. The friendliest employees, very safe with covid precautions (all had masks on, sanitizer available up front, would come outside if you didn t have a mask). Overall the best experience especially after dealing with pep boys the day before. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend their services.Service: Tires

Made appointment I showed up 10 min. Early they took me right in Caleb replaced 2 front tires and I was on my way. @30 min. Everyone I had interactions with was friendly. Pricing was good too.

No waiting to have a tire plugged. They removed the spare andmounted the repaired tire back on the car.Will use them again for future repairs if needed vs. going to a dealer.

We were in Bethany for vacation and got a flat tire. One of the other tire repair shops recommended B and E since he did not replace new tires and I needed a full service shop that could assess and replace with a new tire if needed. Most of the discussions were conducted over the phone including availability, timing, and estimate for a new tire. The team was very easy to work with. When they looked at the damaged tire they said they could probably repair but since the nail was toward the sidewall they said there would be risks which was consistent with my own knowledge. I appreciated their willingness to do the work but explain the risks to me and let me decide. I opted for a new tire and they ordered and had delivered and installed within 3 hours. Highly recommend this business for their honest, hard-working and efficient approach.
