I call Atlantic Tractor because I had a question regarding how to service a mower we purchased from Atlantic Tractor. The assistance who answered the call was named Donna and she went above and beyond to help us with our issue. Donna's assistance in helping me resolve this issue was the best and made me regret not buying every piece of lawn equipment I own from there. All possible future equipment purchases will be made Atlantic Tractor and that's all because of Donna.

Drove to Atlantic Tractor in Delaware to personally deal with Vince Crone. After feeling like the other Atlantic Tractor dealers in MD acted like I was luck they would sell me a tractor. I decided to see Vince at the Clayton Delaware location. He was friendly, and really was the deciding factor of my purchase. Thanks again Vince.

Worked with Vince on both of my purchases the 950m then a week later the 636M was not pushy at all offered pros and cons of all machines and ultimately let ME make the decision I wanted and did not try to up sell to something I didn t need. Didn t have the 636 I wanted it would of been 2 weeks from manufacture he found another one at another dealer got it there in 2 days. Awesome crew to deal with highly recommend. Will be doing future business for sure!!

Spent 50 minutes on hold as 1st caller; Atlantic Tractor Smyrna never did pick up. Going elsewhere for needed part.

Bought a zero turn mower and asked for a price and received the quote the same day through e-mail. Straight forward price. I asked if he (the salesman) could throw in something extra, his reply was I can do that.

Vince , Ricky and Tom at Atlantic Tractor are the best. They always go above and beyond to keep us up and running. Over the past three years we have purchased 15 + pieces of equipment from them. Our down time is zero and when we buy something new Vince makes it so easy that we dont have to leave the office to take delivery. He handles all paperwork over the phone and has the item delivered directly to our shop. If loan paperwork needs to be signed he brings it to us so we don't have to take the time out of our busy schedule to drive to the dealership. Tom in parts does an excellent job keeping track of the models that we have and always lets us know when there is a good deal on the parts we use the most. Ricky always sends a mechanic to us at a moments notice in the rare case that we have a breakdown. They never gouge us on costs and are always willing to give us a loaner or help train our staff on the new items we purchase. I have dealt with nearly every dealer in Delaware and by far would rate Atlantic Tractor at the top. I am not an avid John Deere freak but continue to buy their line of mowers and heavy equipment solely based on my experience dealing with the team at Atlantic Tractor Clayton.

Update: spoke with a manager Scott they are willing to make things right and hope to fix the issue.Took our riding mower here for repairs. It had a bad deck switch cause the mower to lose power and would not start again. Dropped it off had the $25 switch replaced, slapped in the face with $100 service fee. Following weekend mowed my lawn same thing lost power wouldn t start. Took it back AGAIN figured maybe a faulty switch maybe they d work with us on service fee. Still charged the service fee for something the didn t completely fix. Following week mowed the lawn again, guess what switch broke AGAIN. Instead of taking it back for a third time to get robbed of another $130 the tractor is headed to the junk yard. Moral of the story would not rely on the service department to fix your equipment.

My experience with Atlantic Tractor, Clayton DE, was excellent. My transaction was seamless and truly an easy expenditure. My purchase started when I called and asked to speak with someone in sales. I talked to Doug Wood who was very knowledgeable and just plain pleasant to deal with. I live within a 10minute drive of a JD dealer and drove 2hours to do business with Doug at Atlantic Tractor. My future purchases will always be done at the Atlantic Tractor in Clayton just based on their customer service. Some other JD dealers are seem uninterested if you aren't buying a $400,000 piece of equipment. I arrived a customer and left feeling more like a friend.

Awesome staff ! Doesn't matter if you're buying a spool string for a trimmer, purchasing a hi dollar item or simply have a question they are always helpful. Outstanding customer service.

Let me start by saying that I have a very stressful job, so I totally enjoy getting on my Riding Mower and mow my lawn.After the first Mow of the season, by riding Mower, which I have had for about 9 years, broke down. Ricky at the service department was very helpful, and broke down the price for repairs. I decided to purchase a new mower, and Vince, from sales contacted me. We set up a new mower, and assured me that the grass catcher that I currently have would fit the new mower...I received the new Mower in time to do the 2nd Mow of the season...Did I say I did this all over the phone! Everyone was so very helpful!

Stopped in to look at Zero Turn Mowers, was looking for a Z-Turn with a steering wheel. Looked at the Toro and talked to Vince who was willing to make me a good deal on a Toro Z-Turn with a steering wheel. Vince laid out the good and bad of both. Took a look at the JD Z355 Z-Turn and drove it, I liked it and Vince made me a great deal. Vince was easy to deal with and went out of his way to service my account. This is my third JD and will never shop other places. I have also purchased trimmers and blowers from them.

Bought a new E170 a few weeks ago and the deck belt snapped off monday night while cutting the lawn, I contacted them after hours and the next morning there was a call right away. They came out to my house, fixed it and i could not be happier. That is customer service. You have my business from now on!

My friend and I were trying to get the mower off the trailer in the rain and an employer was walking by and he did it for us. We are both in our seventies and were grateful for his kindness.
