Recently purchased my family s first RV this past summer from Alexander RV, while working with Randy. Huge shout out to him for his knowledge, and customer service. Would highly recommended Randy / Alexander rv to anyone looking. Great family owned company.

Alexander was a seamless experience through and through. My wife and I were in the market for our first travel trailer after our boat gave us continuous issues and we wanted to give camping a go. I spent time at a few local RV dealerships and I knew from my first visit this is where we would be purchasing from.Everything was easy! We had a little hiccup with our door following delivery and service promptly addressed it. Given our short experience thus far. I am confident we will not be going anywhere else for future Sales/Service.

Brought our old RV in because we got tired of watching YouTube videos & getting frustrated. The labor cost was well worth it. Alan was polite and extremely accommodating- he had the RV fixed & ready in just a few hours, and we live in it, so that saved us the cost of a hotel! Highly recommend.

Purchased a Class C here. This was without a doubt the best purchasing experience we've had (this is our 5th RV)! Jeff absolutely made us feel at home.No smoke, no mirrors, no surprises, just personable and helpful people.Six stars if it was an option!

As a life long Camper an RVer I have reached the time when my age has started to affect my ability to handle My Class C RV.. Through word of mouth around many campfires..I knew that Alexander RV was the place to go to for repairs,new and used units,and parts. So it was a no- Brainer that I would trust Alexander RV to handle my RV in a Consignment agreement. The process was simple and the follow through to a positive outcome. Was fabulous. My Late model RV was advertised as agreed upon,and was kept up and cared for till it was sold.. You can't go wrong leaving your RV in their competent hands.. Thank you again to the entire team of Alexander RV.

Sold them my camper trailer and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Very fair and honest, nothing sketchy at all about these guys. Highly recommend if you're looking to buy or sell your camper.

This place was phenomenal. Everyone there was extremely helpful, but Randy was the best. If I could, I would go back and buy another one. We love the service, the people and the advice. You can t go wrong on Alexander Rv s.

I thought good and hard about how I was going to go about this review. I bought my first in June. As anyone trying to buy something you do try to wiggle the price a little. I was told the price was the price because they had to replace the floor and it was onsale. So I agreed and bought it, thinking ok they repair a soft floor and it did have new flooring so it's something I don't have to worry about for a while. On our first camping trip sitting on the toilet just didn't seem right, but couldn't figure it out. On the second trip, my first payment is now about due and the toilet started rocking. We had it looked at and sure enough who ever "replaced the floor and flooring" laid new covering over a rotten floor! As my contractor was digging in to find the reason, we found the leak was also never fixed and there was rot in the entire back half of the camper. While ripping up the floor, it was discovered the small area that was replaced in front of the door, they used a old window frame to support the floor! At this point I called several times, left messages and never 1 single call back, so I finally explained to the receptionist I guess it was, what was going on. She said yes they were aware of it, that they were awaiting a refund from the contractor and they were still discussing on how they were going to handle the situation. 2 months later not a single return call back. Also found out that their contractor who botched the repair job has refunded the money for his so called repair. Here I am almost $2,000 in repairs after a $9,000 purchase, after being told the floor was repaired. Little did I know is was a botched repair. Next purchase will not be here!

THANKS NORMAN! We are on the buying process still and came here after being at a larger dealer. Alexander RV is awesome. They gave such a warm family impression from the start. Honest open pricing and so kind. We can t wait to continue our travel trailer buying process here with Norman.We left so happy and relived to find an honest place! Thanks again!Update**** we have since purchased our travel trailer and loved them!! Totally recommend to anyone!!

I bought a camper from Alexander's RV and sold a camper on consignment through them. Alexander's is professional, efficient and their service department employees are great! Locked my keys in my camper, called the service department and they were ready to close for the day. The gentleman offered me his master key, waited for me to drive there to pick it up and told me return it the next day. Super people to work with. If you want a clean RV and excellent service, go to Alexander's. You won't find better people.

After trying several other dealers and not liking how we were treated we visited Alexander RV. All I can say is WOW what a difference. They were helpful, but not circling like vultures. They explained everything and offered things without us feeling like they were seeing $ signs. We love our new camper and will definitely return. Highly highly recommend.

Great trailer for the price! Not trying to be a Karen but this is insane the buying experience was great everyone was helpful and friendly but after the trailer left the lot it s been going to hell. Made a huge mistake buying as is Bought the 07 Travelstar 28SSO using it for long term stays for the time being and the within the first month the galley tank had fallen out of the seats and pulled the sink plumbing down into the trailer (it s supported now by a board and jack stand), first few rains we were woken up to a wet bed dripping from the skylight above next the one above the toilet started leaking both now covered in tarp (called and said something and was told most likely just needed to be caulked said ok that doesn t seem too bad) month or 2 later flooring was dug up in the bedroom by the dog to then find the subflooring was completely rotted underneath said oh well let s try to put some new flooring in! So we pulled it all up to find black mold in the flooring (pics included after remediation) no Insurance can cover, Rob had said Wow! We had no idea when I called to get the tags in. Now that it s getting cold and the leaks and soft spots are getting worse and more profound ruining our clothes both in a hamper and in the cabinets above the bed it s getting to the point id almost rather set fire to it in the driveway or load it with c4. Never want to buy an as is trailer from any dealer after this experience

Absolutely amazing team over at Alexander RV. Randy was such a dream to work with. He answered all of our million questions and helped us every step of the way. We were greeted with nothing but real, honest, and great hospitality from the moment we stepped on the lot and they ve even checked in on us since we have brought our camper home. We tried to work with a business closer to home that just did not match the quality of service from Alexander RV. I will never shop anywhere else!

Awesome business. Very professional and great to deal with. We left our travel trailer with Alexander RV for consignment due to us moving overseas due to military orders and they took care of the sale for us. Kevin was a great person to deal with during the whole process. Highly recommend them!

These guys were amazing to deal with. They sold us a Monaco diesel pusher. They made sure everything was in perfect working condition. We would 100% return to buy our next one. This was the best experience we ve ever had buying an rv.

WE took our RV there to have the awning repaired. They gave us a price and also gave it to the insurance company. when we picked up the RV the price was $360 more then what was quoted. It appears they did not include the labor in the price they gave . This amount should have been included in the price to repair the awning not an add on later. They ripped up off as Insurance would have covered the amount for labor as well. We will not be using them again and will not recommend them as they are not honest.

I would highly recommend Kevin Alexander and Alexander RV Sales to anyone looking to buy or sell an RV. We recently sold our RV through them and found them to be honest, wonderful at communicating the process and progress of the sale and a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, I have dealt with several other RV dealers on the Eastern Shore of MD who were not as reputable. I am looking forward to the day when we will purchase another RV. Alexander RV Center will be our first stop!

We recently bought a 2015 Lacrosse travel trailer from Kevin. He went out of his way to make the deal happen. We have camped twice in it already, and love it. It had a couple minor issues, and I brought it back. They took care of it, and fixed them without a problem. I highly recommend. They are awesome people that stand by thier word.

Great customer service.We were camping in Delaware for a week and were traveling back home from delaware to NJ on Saturday 8/24/2019. Our tire on our travel trailer blew out on the highway. Unfortunately, we left the spare tire back home. What to do? Got on the phone and searched for RV repair shops near by. I called about 4 places which told me their service center was closed. Finally called Alexander RV center. I explained the situation and gave the tire size to them and the person the phone (I'm pretty sure his name is Cliff, sorry don't remember his name) said they had a used one. I said I'll take it. We removed the tire and took it to them. When we looked at the service hours on the door the service department closed at 2pm. We were there after 2pm. All of the service guys were gone but the service manager understood our situation and changed the tire himself. If wasnt for his excellent customer service we would have been stuck out there. Me and my family are so grateful Cliff took the extra step and time to help us.

Excellent service got me right in and chased down a trailer brake disconnected problem . AND they are covering it under my manufacturer's warranty as they are a forest river dealer. Great folkes and they will be doing all my service from now on..My dealer gave me 2 months before They could get me in and didnt bother to chase down the problem the last time they had it in.. I only wish I had bought my camper from Alexander RV..

It's so refreshing to know there are still honest people. We took our old Winnebago here because the ac stopped working. We thought we were going to have to spend over a thousand dollars on a new one but they told us it was just a circuit breaker and didn't charge us a penny!

A tire blew on my 2012 Winnebago Lite Five 5th wheel causing fender and body damage to the coach. After much "back and forth" between the insurance company, a local Winnebago dealer (Winnebago policy is parts can only be ordered by a Winnebago dealer) and the manufacturer Alexander's finally completed repairs. In addition, they also completed other maintenance not associated with the tire incident. Everything was completed prior to Christmas and my anticipated departure for Florida. The patience of the staff, their workmanship, dedication and honesty was outstanding and above reproach.

The people there are beyond exceptional. Everyone there gets a 10 plus. My sales person Rob and Kevin the owner remembered my name and greeted my when I pulled up so show my wife the trailer.

The manager was very helpful on a Saturday when their service center is closed. I had an emergency with my rv and needed to replace one of the tires. I called and the manager and he changed my tire at a reasonable price.
