Dan was amazing with the work on my 10th gen civic hatchback. He was able to get done a big project in a little under 2 days. There is little to 0 places I would ever take my car other than Dan at First State Motorsports.

Was looking around for a shop that installs performance parts for Hondas and came across Dan's shop. He's very knowledgeable with what your car need for a good build and he's also quick. He's done 2 installs so far for my Civic and I definitely plan on completing my car's build with him. Recommend

Id like to start by saying dan is one of the most well mannered and professional tuner/mechanic ive worked with, not only did dan go above and beyond to make my car with many issues dead right he even came back after shop hours to give me a replacement bolt for one that backed off after pickup and was out of his control

Nothing but positive things to say about Dan and FSM. Dan is extremely responsive, knowledable, professional and reasonable. In addition his work is meticulous and the shop is extremely clean. This shop is a hidden Gem of a place!! In addition Dan accrurately diagnosed the issue with our vehicle and fixed it throughly and effectively............."one and done"... ..resolved !!! An A +++++++ experience and would recommend Dan and FSM again, again, again and again. What a pleasure to do business with......Thanks so much for your help Dan !!

Dan is an EXPERT on the 2J and has knowledge around all things motorsports. His shop is awesome, and he is a super nice guy that will educate you on what he is doing and why it should be done. I took my IS300 here for timing belt/water pump, all seals and gaskets, coolant flush, spark plugs, oil change and belt tensioner upgrade. Car runs amazingly and quick turnaround. Couldn't recommend FSM more.

Dan seriously is THE BEST for any of your Japanese vehicle repairs. My boyfriend recently purchased an IS300 from a private seller. He had it for about 48 hours and it drove fine before it took a turn for the worst. Both my boyfriend, my father (who is a mechanic) and myself were all stumped as to what was actually wrong with it and what the true problem really was. A friend mentioned Dan to my boyfriend and he was more than kind about him dropping his car off after hours. After two long and tedious days of working on the IS300, Dan finally brought it back to life!! He worked his butt off trying to get it done as soon as possible and kept us up to date on it every step of the way. I would recommend him and his shop to anyone I know! Hands down, Dan and First State Motorsports are our go to for any vehicle issues now. We cannot thank him enough for all of his hard work!

Rudy's Auto good place to go for professional service as well as great price. The father who has now passed away was a great person great mechanic but the son is a good mechanic as wellUpdate: Rudy's is out of business now oh, I went there the other day to get some work done had been there to wall and it was closed look like out of business now hoping they relocated and not totally out of business. And if Rudy sees this please give me a call to let me know that you're still in business or give me a call to let me know how I can contact you the owner

Spoke to Dan at FSM for about 2 hours on the phone today. Very knowledgeable when it comes to any JZ platform. He answered all my questions and then some. Can t wait for my Distributor Delete and coil on plug kits to come in. Luckily FSM is very close to my house so if I need any support I know I can count on them. I will 100% be purchasing more parts for my 2JZ build from FSM, and you should too!Service: Electrical

Dan is knowledgeable, helpful and will point you in the right direction when you're ready to order. Add to that innovative in house products, good prices and incredible shipping times and you get the company that is FSM.

Dont hesitate to let Dan & 1st State help with your import sport car. Any 7m, 1j or 2j motor is in excellent hands here. Competitive rates and honest information will keep me coming back, any time my import needs work.
