Bought a car back in July and three of the tires were basically new. Now they have worn down a little bit and putting a brand new matching tire on where there was a one-off brand on the rear would ve been a mess for the transmission.I was able to find a shaved exact match tire to the three newer ones that I had. Pep boys down the road refused to mount it because it would ruin my transmission the whole point of me getting this tire was to NOT damage my trans as the mismatched tire had very little tread and the new one was the proper tire. The guy at pep boys didn t get it. I left there in a huff.Came to 3Js and they understood what I was doing to keep my differentials, transfer case and trans in good shape. Brought it in, they did it on the spot. Reasonable price and was out in 15 mins. On a Saturday! When I need tire work done I will be returning.Note to add: 3Js is no frills, straight to the point and reasonable. The employees were very nice and did nice work. I am very happy.

I went there to get my set of brand new winter tires mounted on my also brand new oem wheels. The service was average. Tires were mounted with a lot of minor scratches (see picture below).What I did not liked at all was that I took the wheels and tires to them in order to get an accurate quote. The guy who took care of me said $30 per wheel right after seeing them, obviously I accepted.Then when I came back to pay, they charge me $20 over the agreed price. They said that because the price varies depending on the amount of weights my wheels would require to be balanced.I find hard to believe that they expend extra $20 on weights, isn t that something they should factor in when they quote?Overall I would consider them to be average and I just think they should be more transparent with their quotes. -update review -Please disregard my previous review. After meticulously inspecting my wheels I found some deep scratches that were touched up so that I didn t notice the right away.It was a cheap and unacceptable repair. Don t go to this place.

So I went in there to get tires for my car only to find out they didn't have a lower brand so I had to buy the top notch Tire. Only the Good Tires were there expensive. I wish I would have went to Ron's tires before there! Oh well live and learn

We travel from Delaware to Philadelphia 04/21-04/23 for my son birthday weekend thank you to Eric at the front desk and the other guy in the back for helping us out and got what I needed to make me and my family day better! Definitely a great place to get your services done!

Quick efficient service. I enjoyed the peaceful service without someone trying to sell additional products or service to me like our shops. I loved how quick they handled my request. I would come back and recommend to others.

I had a leak in my tire...i didnt have an appointment..i was a walkin...they quickly took in my car to check it out..within 20 minutes they repaired my tire and at a very reasonable price..the gentleman at the counter was extremely nice

Bought 4 Firestone all season tires at 3 J's in Claymont. TPMS light went out after driving 45 miles and then came back on next trip. I didn't have to wait for service which was less than an hour.

I went on their website to get a price on tires. They have no pricing online, I submit a request for a quote like the site says, 2 days later and I still have not heard back. I guess business is so good they don't want anymore. If you're going to ignore your quote requests, then put the prices online. Because usually when someone wants a quote on tires, they're not looking to purchase them 4 weeks later.

I was blessed. My semi-flat tire was discovered only 1/4 mile from 3 J's tires. I went to them immediately. I only had to wait 15 minutes for a bay to open. They repaired my tire in less than 10 minutes and sent me on my way very cheaply. They were a blessing to me.

I purchased a used car and was ripped off on the tires. I had to get new rims and tires, they gave me 4 rims and 4 tires for $600 total which is a great price. They got the tires immediately and changed them for us right away. The staff were incredibly friendly, informative and transparent.

These guys are a bunch of shade tree mechanics that charge way too much money to half do work. I'll never trust them to do anything else to my vehicle. Horrible.

Went to this place as soon as they opened with a flat tire. They took the tire from my car and ordered a new one since they didn t have it in stock. They were able to get the tire the same day and assemble it for me. They even offered to put it on my car despite the fact they were about to close . However, I had a different car and already had someone putting the tire on for me at home. The staff was nice and very helpful. GREAT PRICE ! I have a BMW and my suv calls for run flats. Bmw would charge me 500$ per tire but I got it for 220$ here! Thank you !

I have been to the Aston location and Claymont and always find the price and service fantastic. They areally willing to tell you what you need but do what you want. This is a third generation business and it shows with their commitment to customer service.I am back again and the fantastic service hasn't changed.

Went to 3 J's by a neighbor's recommendation after almost going to NTB. Jay sold me larger tires for my Jeep after seeing what I had, for the price he quoted me for the smaller ones. Actually I didn't notice until I left, but he charged me $20 less than he said originally. Did some research after and I got a really good deal. Great guy, thanks Jay!

Went to Pep Boys because I get a corporate discount the priced me at 695.99 with a 45,000 mile tire. I know Jay at 3 J's tire. He sold me a 55,000 tire fora lot less and free rotations. Will only get my tires from him EVER!!!!Very nice to talk with while the work is getting done and had me out within 45 minutes.GO TO 3 J's, good customer service, great pricing and no upsale!!!!!

I didnt end up getting my tires here but they seemed uninterested in my money and time. I sat in the car for several minutes before having to get out for someone to speak to me....then the guy runs over before my feet hit the ground almost coaxing me back into my car. In my past experiences someone has come to the car to help me. It felt like he already was going to tell me bad news before I opened my mouth. I asked for my tire size and like I thought they only had two. Ok sure whats the price? He gives me an astronomical price then tells me I should go to another tire lot. Why would you send me to a competitor when Im willing to wait for yours to come in? Odd. I ended up going to PA and spending around the same he was asking for plus got a lifetime warranty and also better customer service. 3 J's your losing money man. You have to do better.

Great service. They were quick and helpful. I felt like they weren't trying to make me buy things I didn't need or overcharge me. Love this place. Will go there anytime I need to and will reccomend it to anyone I know.

Love this place! They are always very helpful! Pulled in with a 30 foot camper and they replaced all tires while I sat in the truck in about 30 minutes.

Just relocated recently and had a car with worn down tires and a cracked sports rim. Looked around the area on google for good tire shops and stumbled across this one went their and I m hooked. Main guy in the front Register was really humble, friendly and about his business. I would definitely recommend anyone going there and giving them business as I ll be going there from now. Thank you guys so much for the service!

I had a big nail in my tire, they plugged and fixed it fast. The guy even showed me where the leak was and i watched him pull the nail out.
