Someone I know purchased a vehicle back in September 2022, and currently has not received her permanent plates. After her contacting the DMV and finding out this company did not submit for her plates until February 2023. Plus, things that were supposed to be repaired prior to picking up the vehicle was never taken care of.I would highly recommend not purchasing from them.

I wanted to make sure i left an AMAZING review. I worked with Erik through the whole process. Ive been saving money and was able to get a car with 1300$ down. My credit is TERRIBLE yet Mullins walked me out with 2011 Nissan Rogue!!! Low miles great car. Clean in and out!! Mullins has great staff great communication and great vibes!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO MULLINS

Gotta watch what you buy from them. I bought 3 different vehicles from them and each time had something go completely wrong within 2 days. The second one I got from them the check engine light came on as soon as I left the dealership. The it was hell from there on out. Ended up have over 1,000 bucks worth of work done in a matter of 2 weeks

I honestly cannot leave enough positive feedback here to even begin to cover how satisfied my husband and I are with our experience with these guys.A few weeks ago, Erik and Jack worked hard on getting us into the car we didn't even know we wanted. We began our search for a mid sized SUV, but one walk of the lot and a 2014 Chevy Impala caught our eye. We initially had no intentions of even looking at cars, but one test drive was all it took. Once we made the decision to start the process, Erik was extremely helpful in easing my anxiety of the whole trade-in /car-buying process. Towards the end of the transaction, Jack went through the entire online paperwork process to make sure we understood everything. We left that same day with the car we fell in love with close to no effort on our part.Both Erik and Jack have been diligent on making sure we've been taken care of from the moment we stepped foot out there. As can be expected with any previously owned vehicle, there was something minor that came up with our car. Not only did they take care of it right away, but they seriously went above and beyond for us!! I've never experienced a situation like this before when dealing with vehicles, and am truly grateful.We highly recommend Mullins Auto Brokers!!

Me and my Boyfriend purchased TWO cars November of 2019. My car (Ford Fusion) was fine. My Boyfriends car was NOT. Within a month of purchasing the (2014 Impala) the car had gears being stuck, shaking/stuttering and it always seemed like a slipping transmission. Everytime we took the car back the Dealership (Joyce- who was so nasty and disrespectful and Bryan) claimed there wasn t anything wrong with the transmission. Since day one we stayed at the Dealership trying to get the car fixed. Here we are now August 2020 and the TRANSMISSION needs to be replaced and Mullins demands we pay almost 2,000 to fix it because we just went over the WARRANTY! When we had been told these people what the problem was! We have two kids, and all we wanted was respect, and for these people to fix what was wrong since the beginning!! We do not recommend ever doing business here. These cars are brought from Auctions a lot of the time and they have no idea what is wrong with the cars, and they sell them!! Again, please do not purchase anything from Mullins Auto Brokers in Bridgeville DE!! We are looking into a lawsuit don t put yourself or family through it!!

1. Have an attorney or be prepared to get one. Have them review everything BEFORE you sign anything. Take an attorney with you. Get absolutely everything in writing. Everything. If someone won't put something in writing, you can't trust their claims.2. Have a trusted mechanic go with you to inspect and drive the vehicles. Do not use a mechanic you don't already trust or know.3. Look up Wynn Warranty on the Better Business Bureau website. This warrany company is terrible.4. Do not make any purchase the same day you look at vehicles. Do thorough research about your options. Visit several dealerships. Know your options.5. There is no lemon law for used cars. But there are consumer protection laws. Misleading about the condition of a vehicle is considered consumer fraud and applies to used vehicles. Be prepared to utilize these laws if you are misled. You can contact the Better Business Bureau. You can contact the Consumer Protection Unit through the Department of Justice. You have rights. Have an attorney.6. Pay close attention to all one star reviews. Make sure you have witnesses to everything that's said.7. Research car dealership sales tactics. Thoroughly.8. If you're trying to establish credit, just get a secured credit card.9. Do a vin # search. There are free websites that offer this service for free. You do not need to purchase a Car Fax report.10. Be aware of price gouging.11. Look into certified used vehicles.12. Research interest rates. You will end up paying double by the time you pay off the vehicle.13. Take an attorney with you.14. Refused to honor free oil change. Told me they didn t have a mechanic and would call back when they did. Still have not heard from them.

When I purchased my 2013 Grand caravan from them everything went smooth at first. I was told they was replacing the motor and everything would have been taken care of the week I purchased the van. The following week when I picked up the van I noticed the window still had a crack in it. I called them and Fran acted as if she didn t know what I was talking about after they promised to have it fixed. In the mean time of trying to get them to fix the window On my way! To work a light bings on the dash and oh can t seem to find it because they had place black tape over top of the tire pressure light that they once again promised to fix. Just so happens when they covered the light in the tire pressure it covered the check engine light too. As a paying customer I was furious and called them back and once again Fran and Jack wanted me to pay for half the cost to fix the issues that was promised to me. Eventually I found out they purchased the van from the auction and I m currently paying in a vehicle that is not even running. The dash board looks like a Christmas tree and I give up calling them because they are disrespectful. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. If I could place a 0 I would. I m in the process of finding a lawyer

Today 11/08/22 my wife was driving her 89 yr old grandmother down to salisbury gor a dr appt when her grandmother tpms light came on. My wife went inside to see if they had a tire pressure gauge that she could use to see what tire was low and whichever jerk she was speaking with told her no but she could go over to the wawa and use their air pressure machine to see.... so to that lazy jerk I say I hope your wife, daughter, mother or grandmother needs assistance with something and they get treated much better than you treated my wife. My hope for you is that you will be a better person next time.

Today we bought our first car in a long time. The salesman Kyle was great, he was upfront not sugarcoat ing anything.He worked really hard to get in something. The whole staff is great they make you feel right at home.Mullins is the place to come if you want good service . Thanks mullins

Well when I bought my truck back in February I gave them a good review. While the whole buying process went well, the aftermath did not. When I bought the truck it had a check engine light with a code on it. As part of the we promise agreement Jack said he would get that fixed. Well it is now July and still not fixed. They did make an attempt to fix it but that did not take care of the problem. I made several phone calls just to be finally told that I may have to pay for half of any further attempts to fix the issue. I would not care so much seeing that it is a used vehicle but seeing as it is a $20000 used vehicle I do.

I wouldn t recommend anyone to go here. Yes quick sale, but manager, technician etc all speak another language (lack of communication). It s a shame

What a great place and people. Eric made it happen to get us the car we wanted and worked hard to get the payment we wanted. And Jack was right there to make it happen also. It was raining when I got my car so when I dropped it off for them to take it to DMV(yes they even ran it through inspection) . Eric made a sure our car was nice and clean. I haven't had the pleasure of buying from Mullin's auto brokers yet. But I can say I've had the pleasure of knowing Jack almost my whole life and even though hes a small town guy he has a very big heart for helping others. I plan to buy in the future and this is the only place I would go. Jack is a man of his word and I'm sure everyone else who works there is as well.

Do not I repeat DO NOT purchase any vehicle from them. everything was fine at first until I realize they sold me a lemon their cars come with no warranty & they buy them from auctions & do little to no work on them before selling it. I was totally screwed over when I brought the car back they blamed everything on me I only had my car for about 3 months before it stopped working completely my vehicle is now a total lost & I have to pay for a vehicle I cannot drive!!!

They Sold me a car a week later the exhaust fell out of the car, took it back and told them that the exhaust fell out and the transmission was slipping and after taking a closer look under the hood the alternator wire was cut and tapped together. They fix the exhaust at no charge, said the trans was fine and never addressed the alternator wire. The next day after my pregnant sisters foot went THROUGH the carpet and the rustest out frame straight to the ground taking it to my mechanics we also entered the highway trying to speed up and the car wouldn't go into gear. Found out that the trans fluid was burnt. It was bought literally a month ago, ALL payments have been made but the down payment that was made off the total of the car was refused back to me upon signing the vehicle back to them. I have a NEWBORN and need a car so now I have to come out of pocket to get a new RELIABLE vehicle so that I have a way to get to and from work to support my newborn child :) I have ALL pictures and documents to support my problem and will be taking further action.

Traveled for 2 plus days by Greyhound to get there and then had to camp out at midnight like a black Friday sale. I was determined not to ride the Greyhound back to the Midwest and they made it happen. Looking forward to trading up for something else in about 6 months

I was really stressed about finding a place that would work with me, this place has 5 stars for a reason. Brenden was awesome, he made calls and made sure the process was rolling smoothly, Jack was awesome and was available whenever we needed something and Fran actually made paperwork fun lol 10/10 Thank You Guys!!
