The lady I spoke to and set up the service with was probably one of the nicest people I spoke to, she made the process super easy and convenient. Trustworthy company for us out of state people.

Called Cox's RV repair in late-July with a small leak in the roof of our camper. Called back 6 times over the next 5 weeks and was continually told "you're on our list, we'll get to it." This past weekend, I found that the camper was now leaking from 3 spots, and so what was a small problem has now become a much larger problem. Called back again today and was told that they could not complete the job. So, not only do I now have a bigger problem (and associated bill to pay), but it's late September and I am back at square one, desperately making phone calls to find someone that might be able to help. If they could not do the job, fine, but they wasted 6 weeks of valuable time in order to tell me that.

I called for AC service. They came when they said they would, and my AC never worked better. And I thought the price was very fair. I would recommend Cox RV Repair!

Thanks to Mark we are enjoying our long-awaited trip to the beach. This is our first trip this year and we have literally waited all summer. My husband and I were traveling on the expressway heading to the beach when someone flagged us to check our leaf spring. Sure enough it was hanging and broken. Mark went so far above and beyond what anyone else would ve to get us back on the road. Just a little over 12 hours later he had us back in business. He is our guardian angel for sure. He is very good at what he does, is professional, fair and a super nice man. We will definitely be giving him our future business and have already recommended him to friends and relatives who camp. I know this. A dealer would take forever and our vacation would ve been ruined. Thank you so much, Mark. May God richly bless you.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!Called for assistance with minor plumbing requirement and de-winterization. Having had a previous poor experience with a different provider, ALEXANDER RV in Milford, where the unit sat in a field for more than one-month, I this made the appointment and asked When will service be performed? Reply: on the day you bring it in . Upon arrival with the unit, the technician stated: I hope you are not in a hurry for this; I work only one day a week - it will take 2 weeks to get to this . Very poor attitude; poor shop setup, poorly equipped shadetree operation; only bright element was Sherry , who was cheerful and helpful with service order preparation.

Completely incompetent to fix anything. We have taken it back 3 times still not fixed wouldn t do the worked asked for. Leaks crooked floors he put down couldn t close the slide out when he was done with new floors in them, you could stick your hand in from the outside to the inside where it is supposed to be sealed everything this guy did is a flop. 8 mths of hell lot of money lost and still not fixedDo not use this guy just saying

It took me three months to get a return phone call. Then they strung me along for several more months because they were so busy. Now, all of a sudden, Mark does not work on diesel RV's anymore. Maybe someone can explain how the diesel motor relates to the rooftop AC.My suggestion is to look elsewhere for service.Service: Air conditioning

Called Cox's RV repair due to the control box going bad on my AC for my RV. I spoke with Brian asking if he had the part. Brian contacted the service truck and informed me he had the part and was in my area. Cox's RV repair had me up and running in less than an hour. Great people to deal with and highly recommend if you are ever in the need of RV repair!

I first contacted Cox s RV Repair in the spring after purchasing it in April 2015. I needed to have a minor repair. I called the dealership where I bought it used. They said it would be 4 weeks before they could get me in. I had reservation for the weekend. I Goggled RV Repair in DE. COX s RV popped up. I called and he scheduled me for the next day. They have Winterized it and dewinterized and checked it out for the season, in 15, 16, 17 and will do it this Spring as well. He has fixed other items that have popped up. I am widow, my husband and I have been camping for 20 years. I sold the 36 foot fifth wheel. Purchased a 30 2013 Class C with only 4,500 miles on it. I am very comfortable taking the RV to Cox s for any and all future repairs. He talks to me and answers my concerns. This is a Class A operation. Fully recommend this company. They are trust worthy people. I have recommended this company to my brother-in-law and he is now a regular custermer.

Made an appointment with Cox RV in early June for a July 2nd appointment. Took my 5th wheel down on June 28th. Picked up my RV on July 17th and found nothing done. many calls went unanswered and still nothing. RV was in for maintenance for an upcoming 10,00 mile trip and now I am unable to find anyone on this short time frame to look at my RV. Do not recommend them. Poor way to run a business.

Have been using more cox RVfor 20 years he has repaired everything soup to nuts on my RV never a problem Great people wouldn't recommend anybody else

Worst rv repair servie in Delaware.. I called them cause I had no lights on my camper and they said they could come out on wed to fix it.. hour later the lady called back and said they can't come to campground.well just came back to the campground and guess who's here cox rv.. thanks for being so rude guess my money wasn't good enough.. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone... poor sevice
