Always friendly, always prompt! They are great at communicating costs. As a woman, it s great to know that I can trust them and their work! After bad experiences at the chain maintenance shops in DE, I know Integrity Auto will always do a great job at a reasonable price!

Integrity Auto Repair hasn t let me down yet. Now, that I think about it. They have only charged me for work that my vehicle needs and not the work that I thought it needs. The pricing has been fair and upfront and the turnaround in getting it fixed has been great. I don t have any complaints about them. It s not too many places that you can go and get friendly service that s fixes your problems correctly.

Had these guys work on all my cars (bmw, Toyota, Hyundai etc) for the past 3 and half years now and boy I can guarantee you that you will not regret taking your car there. I love their honesty and workmanship. Definitely a 10/10 recommendable. ALTHOUGH they can be quite a bit expensive (on labor or labour) depending on who you ask, you always have the assurance that you car will be fix within the same day if not next day

I started using Integrity when my dealer quoted me an outrageous price for a service. My grandson sent me there and I found a company that first and foremost is trustworthy; and provides good service. It means a lot when you can trust your auto repair shop.

I was traveling home to NJ from Maryland when I suddenly heard a loud rattling from the front of the car, just as I crossed into Delaware. I found Integrity Auto Repair on Google Maps and drove there. Despite that they seemed busy, they got me right in. A mechanic test drove my car, pulled it into the shop and, through meticulous work, found the problem. They had me on my way home in no time, and for a very fair price for their work. I am extremely grateful for Integrity Auto Repair -- good and honest people, quality work and a fair price. I highly recommend them.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We came from Switzerland with a Fiat Ducato. Our A/C was broken. The guys helped us and fixed the problem. They even searched and bought our european parts in the Internet because the suppliers in US don t have them. They helped us out, very happy and would go back immediately. Thanks

My car (2007 model) is in good working condition simply because of the work done by Integrity. I have used their services for several years and have been very satisfied. They are always there when I needed them. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Truly a 5 star experience. I broke down on the side of the road this morning- car would not start and thought I d have to go through a huge mess figuring out what was wrong with my car. Was referred to Integrity Auto, had my car towed into them at around noon and received a call at 3 letting me know that my car was fixed along with an oil change. I have had horrible experiences with auto shops and this experience was refreshing to say the least. It was a pleasure from point A to point B and as a mom of 2 getting back on the road in a timely manner is so important. Thank you guys for an awesome experience!!! Would recommend to anyone.

Integrity always makes the trip worth your while. They are kind, work quickly and efficiently, and offer fair prices. Integrity Auto helped me out when I had serious car trouble traveling back to NY! They were closed but Jim was there and helped me immediately! They were all awesome, knowledgeable, professional and just amazing! I highly recommend them if you re in need of an auto service shop! I found integrity Auto in an online search and by reading reviews and comparing with other shops in the area. It is hard nowadays to find a shop that is not out to rip you off with excessive charges and made up diagnosis just to squeeze every penny out of you. I was skeptical but gave them a shot. Well, their service was excellent. They gave me an accurate assessment and a fair price. I was surprised because I have had manny bad experiences with other shops and was ready for the fight. But I was surprised and very pleased with their service and professionalism. They fixed my SUV in a timely manner and did not overcharged me. I did not felt ripped off and I feel like I use them in the future for any other repairs and will definitely recommend to others.

Had an 88 Monte Carlo at 2 different shops for a total of 3 weeks and neither one of them was able to fix it. Integrity fixed in 1 day. That was 2 years ago. Needed more work and they didn't have time but recommended another shop.

I found them on Google reviews and they were the best reviews I've ever seen. I took my car in for ac repair and they found the problem quick and fixed it. No upselling or anything, super fair price for the work they did. I highly recommend this place. Great experience!

Was traveling in the area one evening (I'm not from DE) when my water pump decides to explode. Was able to safely get off road and called insurance company for a tow. They asked to choose a local mechanic and I choose Integrity based purely on their name. Got a call first thing next morning with John asking me what happened. They put the car on a lift immediately, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and by late afternoon the job was done! Picked it up the next day. For literally just dropping out of the sky to them, they gave me such great service at an affordable price - I feel rescued! Hope I never have to use them again, but for anyone in area you can't find a more competent, equipped, professional and just plain nice mechanic.Service: Engine repair

Jim and crew have been my go-to mechanics for over 15 years. Integrity is a little out of my way, but totally worth it - there s no one I trust more. Unless you re a mechanic yourself (I m not), there s no substitute for having a trusted mechanic. I tend to hold onto cars for many years. They ve helped me make smart choices about when a repair investment is worthwhile, and when it s time to move on. Good people, fair pricing, quality work.

I am new to the area and took my car in for an oil change, windshield wiper replacement and new brake pads. The professionalism and genuine attitudes of the people who work here was refreshing and wonderful. I am really grateful I came here, they not only did an amazing job, but they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The prices were extremely reasonable, and as a woman coming here for help I felt I was treated very fairly, and not taken advantage of. Thanks Jim, I will definitely be back!!

We needed several repairs on our car that was not necessary for the car to run, but needed to be done (AC fixed, Window fixed, wipers fixed). We called around and got 4 quotes. 3 were from big chains. They offered to sit down with us, look at the quotes, and not only match but in some repairs went lower. They did not over promise, and kept up up to date on parts and how things were going. If I know anything you need a great car repair man you trust, a great IT for your computers, and Trustworthy doctor in your life. This auto repair place is now my go to for all my repairs.

Update on this business. I gave them a review over a year ago, and to be honest, even during COVID the service has stayed the same and taking into the restriction even better, Call for an appointment, they are prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. If they know what parts you need before you go (is cabin air filter, brake pads, etc.) they make sure that they have the parts ready and waiting. The costs are less than what most other places charge and on top of all of that everyone makes you feel like you are a family member and your car is the most important job they have.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Wiper blade installation, Battery, Oil change

My experience with Integrity Auto Repair was excellent, My car was finished in a very reasonable time and the service was done to my complete satisfaction. The price for the repair was very reasonable and the management was very accommodating when I had to leave my car overnight in the garage. I received a detailed receipt via email and will receive a reminder when I need future work. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to my friends.

I should have posted this a few years ago. Thanks to Jim and his team they were able to rebuild my totaled Mazda 6 and get it running like new. Very good honest work for a good price. Very timely as well. I loved this car so to have it back again was really nothing short of a miracle considering the damage done.

Found a great auto service place locally.Had a very good experience with having my van serviced at Integrity Auto Service. They replaced my rear breaks, oil change & fixed my van doors issue in a timely manor. Will definitely use their services again next time I need auto services!

I found Integrity Auto Repair through a friend of my son. They are the most awesome group of people!! Professional, they do NOT overcharge, knowledgeable, And friendly!!! They actually answer questions with a smile.You will not go wrong by using their services.

My recent service was for a Ford Fusion with over 100K miles on it...I know what you're thinking....oh oh...time for stuff to happen and expensive things to be fixed...well, that wasn't the case at all. We were so happy and frankly shocked that Jim went over our extensive list of things to check and found nothing wrong...that's the point. He is always so honest and doesn't repair or replace things just to make money...we are grateful for this shop and plan to keep coming here for many years to come. Thank you Integrity Auto!
