Unfortunately I had a minor collision a recent snow event on my two month old BMW. I was very pleased to get it back it the time frame promised and happy to say I can t tell it was ever damaged or repaired. Just like when it in the new car lot.

Caliber Collision was great. The staff at the front desk were pleasant, friendly and professional. The guy that handled my car was nice and professional. He text me and called me whenever any changes or delay s came up to keep me informed. They were great! Car looked like a new car when I got It back. Caliber did a great job on the repair. They would send out occasional updates on their progress, and vehicle was ready on the date promised. Everyone I dealt with there was friendly and helpful. No complaints at all.

Caliber Collision has done an OUTSTANDING job to my 2010 Toyota Corolla S, I would DEFINITELY reccomend my friends and co-workers to this fine staff if they ever get into a collision. Here's my testimony, My before and after pictures.

They did exactly what they were supposed to. The cost of the repair seemed a bit high, but I don t know anything about cars. So I probably just don t know what I m talking about. End product was fantastic and they washed the car. Very pleased with the work and happy to leave a five star review.

My experience with caliber was flawless and phenomenal from beginning to end. Dylan the service manager kept me in the loop and informed about the status of my vehicle. As promised my vehicle was completed on time, and in effect done a full two days ahead of time. I recommend this location for anyone who is looking to have body work done on their vehicle.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

The customer service at Bear Caliber Collision is exceptional. Kelly and Jess provided me real time updates and were very informative. The technicians also did a great job repairing my car. I was rear ended back in Dec 2022. My insurance gave me a list of repair shops to call. After calling 2 other shops on the list who told me they could get me in sometime in March, I called Caliber Collision in Bear, DE.When I called the young woman who answered the phone was so nice. She transfered me to Kelly who was just downright sweet and relatable. She explained that the next available time for repair was early Jan...yup, I'll take it...it was better than the March window. We set the appointment to do the estimate at the end of that week. Pulled up that Friday for the estimate. Kelly looked at my car, took pictures and gave me a detailed outlook on best and worse case scenarios. She said from just looking at it, it doesn't seem that bad but the full extent of the damage won't be known until the bumper is removed.Fast forward 2.5 weeks later. I drop my car off for the repairs. Kelly called me the same day to explain that it was "worse" case scenario but still nothing too crazy. She told me the timeframe was 2-4 days and it was exactly that. Dropped off Monday, picked up Thursday.When I picked up my car, it was as if I was driving her off the showroom floor, she was clean -like CLEAN CLEAN! The inside and the outside!!! Thing is, I keep my car pretty clean to begin with but she was another level of clean...LOL!I say all this to say, have you been in an accident and need work done? Caliber Collision of Bear is a definite 10 out of 10, my car looks absolutely amazing. The whole staff is outstanding and knows the meaning of exceptional customer service. I was kept updated throughout the whole process. I highly recommend the Bear location.

Great experience! My service was delayed on their end for various reasons (accidents happen& I don t worry about little things) I genuinely believe the circumstances were so unique that it wouldn t happen again. I personally love caliber in bear. The staff are beyond friendly and informative. My car window was replaced within a day and they were patient upon my arrival to which i showed up right at closing time. They were very sweet with my toddler who asked to peel off old Halloween decorations off the window while we waited for our ride when we Initially dropped the car off and my car was returned to me vacuumed and washed. You can t go wrong with GOOD people. Thanks again caliber!

Kelly did my inspection of damage for my insurance company Nationwide. She took pictures of the damage and sent both the estimate and pictures to Nationwide for me.this was done even after saying I was going to use another collision site for the repairs. She said that she was happy to help. Everyone was professional and pleasant.

Caliber made the entire process of fixing a small door dent/paint job quick and easy. From the initial evaluation to completed work everyone I dealt with was friendly and informed. Car was due to be done in a week but they had it completed in 3 days. Thank you!

Customer service was wonderful but my car ended up being worse than when I took it up there before they fixed it. Nice cover up paint job but the way it drove and sounded was god-awful.

Great customer service staff and repair staff. Kelli is great at her job and very meticulous when she looks at your car for damage. An added bonus is my car was cleaned before it was returned to me. Thank you so much. I would recommend using this company if you need collision repair.

Caliber Collision is amazing. I went in after an accident so I wasn't happy but they put me at ease. They do great work, provide detailed information and a warranty on all their work. I'm super impressed with all of their staff. Plus my car looks clean, that's a perk!

My car was beautiful when I got it back today. The entire process, from start to finish, was seamless and easy, for a fix I had been putting off with dread. The ladies at the front desk were extremely welcoming and efficient. I received constant and timely text updates leaving me with no worries throughout the week about what was going on with my vehicle, as well as giving me accurate updates about timing. The gentleman who drove it over to me on pickup went back and re-wiped an area for me while refilling my tire. My repair took under 2 weeks (for a fix that my dealership itself quoted me almost a month!!). They worked directly with my insurance and with the car manufacturer in general, got a perfect match for my paint, and it drives incredibly. Overall an extremely simple and relieving experience. Should I ever have any fixes or any other issues, I'll be back with this store!Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes, Battery
